It iis ace (June 2019). I have been disabled since 2014 and this app is a game changer. I miss the option of when rejected ..not knowing why. Eg no fuel , closing or unable to help in next hour, or other reason. Because some of us can either wait or send a carer at some points if it's open. Eg a family member before day trip, because I don't trust getting fuel away from known stations. This app helps with that and map view

Good idea, app works well, but let down by some stations that are unable to assist when I ask for help. There are two stations on my regular 35 mile commute that use the app and eight that don't. Both are unable to assist more than half the time and are Shell stations which are more expensive. Get more stations signed up please and include their £ prices in the app.

Really useful app, it's made my life so much easier. It's helpful to see a choice of fuel stations with distances and the system to alert them usually works well. The only thing I would change is having to give the pump number if checking ahead of time.

Can't say enough good things about this app. Wonderful way to plan my trip. I love that I can request assistance and have 30 minutes to get to station for service. Allows for much more independence. I'll install the shell payment app next so I can pay from my van.

Decent enough app and does what it states, quite helpful. Running a car that uses super unleaded, this app is very handy, however, most of the forecourts that have super unleaded are missing from the list, such as Tesco. App must be sponsored by Shell, Esso and BP because they appear on the list of available garages most often, but they are the most expensive. Why no Tesco forecourts?

This app keeps me on the road and independent. it's so easy to use and invaluable. The Team behind the scenes give excellent customer service if contacted too.

Used it for the first time this morning in Apple garage. Staff member was out to my car within a minute. He had no problem tapping my card and bringing me back a receipt. Might be an issue if people wanna fill up their cars and only have a card to pay with. But for now, it's a brilliant way to help disabled drivers

Despite having loads of Petrol Stations near my home they're not part of this service. I thought that this was a national scheme with at least Applegreen service stations taking part. Not in the slightest bit helpful if the nearest petrol station is really far away. A total waste of time downloading this app.

I usually dread filling my car, I normally have to ask friends or neighbours to come and help, but I happened across the fuelService app - what a Godsend, the system went like clockwork, and I filled up without having to keep other drivers waiting while I unloaded my wheeled walker. Brilliant!! I can't recommend it enough!

Always Excellent although a shame not all petrol stations sign up for it. Their loss! Its a fantastic app and all my friends, who also have a need for this kind of assistance, have this app

Very glad I downloaded this app which was simple and easy to follow. It turned what is often a nightmare trip for fuel for me into an easy straightforward trip. Thank you to the developers 😊

This app is brilliant. I am a wheelchair user and it makes refuelling so much easier and less hastle for me not having to get the wheelchair out.

Amazing app that really helps disabled people keep their freedom. The system works seamlessly. Every time I use it the petrol station staff find the app helps them too. Whoever came up with this service deserves a knighthood. Thank you.

The app has helped me a lots for the past year and more and I appreciate the staffs for their support. However, I have changed phone and when I try to register my details on my new phone, it says invalid information. Please assist, thanks.

Excellent customer service by the guy who filled up my car, first time experience with this and I'll definitely be using it again, a complete lifesaver when you're disabled!

Works really well for me. I generally use one station and I go at times I know won't be too busy. Like how it works well with the BPme app too.

Fantastic app and it worked so well to meet my needs. Took away the stress of trying to get help while getting petrol. Would recommend this app as its fast and efficient.

Great app allows me to contact the petrol station and then simply pay with another app. Would be amazing if payment could be made on the same app.

Great that some superstores (with reasonable fuel prices) in my area are signed up to this. Not just limited to the stations with higher fuel prices.

Easy to use. Quickly locates nearest stations. Calling ahead is helpful but not necessary. FIVE STARS.

This app has made my life so much easier. Whether I'm filling up close to home or need to find a petrol station in unfamiliar territory, it does the job quickly and easily.

excellent service at the petrol stations covered, but could do with expanding the network. a few more supermarket forecourts would be good.

Used successfully for several months. Gives my independence back as don't have to always ask family for favours. I only use the supermarket fuel stations though

I'm stuck miles away from a petrol station and does not show two petrol stations I know are local and open. If it doesn't show all petrol stations its pretty useless...

I have used this Applegreen petrol station 1 because it's very my home. 2 I have always found staff very helpful and friendly and approachable.

it's very useful but then on weekends you'll find only one person working at a time and they cant help you.
