AARRGGHHHHH!!!! THE most frustrating UI I have encountered in years. I'm a long term Fuji X user, with my kit registered already with Fuji UK. This app recognises me but does not pull my kit through AND THERE IS NO WAY TO UPDATE THE APP. So I can't put it all in AGAIN and it ignores what I have. Kafkaesque circular logic and there is no CONTACT US button. Who on earth designed this??? I give up.
Changing my review as it's working fine now. Not sure what happened originally. Great app, love the rental booking and workshop sessions! Cannot to visit the place for real.
I received a notification from this app this morning saying that their store was closed today Sunday and normal opening hours would resume tomorrow. Thanks for the urgent delivery to my phone of this crucial information... Useless app; uninstalling.
Android version sucks. Cannot sign in. Doesn't recognise my email or password that I set up on my ipad.
Provides all the required info, I've not yet tested the booking features though.

How do you create an account on Android? I hit the 'Create Account' shortcut but nothing happens?
Will not let me create an account on android version - using a Samsung S8
Absolutely useless app. It was confusing enough to navigate when it worked, but now it does not work at all. It says I need to update the app, but when I try it says that this app is not available for my device. I have a Sony Xperia XZ1 compact (model G8441), hardly an ancient phone, and there's no explanation as to why this app won't work on my phone. Given the app is the main way to book services through the shop, it means it is extremely difficult to book a camera service or clean. Why has Fuji made it so difficult to interact with its shop?
