The whole procedure is slow and unnecessary complicated, every time I wanted to add another photo I had to start the procedure from the beginning (new codes). The fact that I even had to download this app, login to store's wifi and give my details (phone number!) just to print out 6 photos is more than annoying. Not gonna use it again, I will definitely go to Boots next time.
Can't find the "collage" option on the app. I made a folder of "favourites" on my phone to make it easy to find the photos I wanted to print but the app won't let me access all my folders so I have to go thru all my photos again to find the ones I want. My local fujifilm shop is listed on the website but not on the app.
Thanks to the unhelpful staff at the mc alleys photo centre I ended up with photographs that were cropped and half of the photograph missing. This was my first time using you system, it is also my last.
Works when transferring pics at the shop but when from home, no option to pay unless you have a PayPal account. Pictures darker than originals.
Really easy to use . And was able to collect my prints within the hour or delivery was also available.
Very slow to upload photos & some of them fail.
when i go to checkout and order it says uploading your images and wont work, been trying for 2 weeks

Not very happy..i uploaded photos twice and then put in my cc details to make paymebt and it kicked me out..didnt save my order either which took nearly an hour to upload..and noe i cant access my banking to see if rhey have taken payment ... you need to fix this asap

Great app, love the idea, we don't print enough photos anymore.
I keep submitting my email address for a forgotten password email but I never get one. This means that I can't log in. Neither can I set up a new account because my email address is already associated with an existing account.
Since the update it tells me I have no internet connection when I try to go to checkout. Wasn't a problem with the previous version.

Awful! I spent ages choosing my photos and when I got to the end it keeps saying check Internet connection. There's nothing wrong with my Internet this is obviously a bug please fix! I've used this app before and loved it and told all my friends and family to install it. Now I'm disappointed
App and method of sending photos to the kiosk is absolute rubbish. You need to browse through your photos on the app to find the ones you want to print. Why did they get rid of share via Bluetooth? Best option would be to be able to share from Google photos/WhatsApp/etc and have the Fujifilm app as a share option. If you absolutely need to use a Fujifilm Kiosk download the pics to USB and avoid app at all costs. Welcome to 2005 Fuji!
