Used to be great. Apparently no longer supported. No update in over a year. No response to emails.

Old phone app OK, new phone way toooo slow, gave up waiting, uninstalled app , life's too short, fuji cameras are great, app is awful

Used to be very good and perfect for reading on tablet, but issues 22, 23 and 24 will not open beyond the front page on my Nexus 10. Support have been unable to help beyond suggesting I use the PC version.

Slow, buggy, won't download a mag after several attempts. Have to use the FAQs section to link to to the web version that's only accessible through the app. Then that's slooow at each click. Don't know if it's even worth the effort. .

Downloads are ridiculously slow, unable to read any content as issues will not open. A poor app for Fuji to consider worthy of showcasing their excellent products and the talented creative image makers who use them. A simple readable document download would be preferable to this .

I sort of disregarded all the negative comments about download issues and still installed the app. But guess what, here I am giving it a 1 star, which is really disappointing considering the magazine has great content.

App is very sluggish. If you leave the app for whatever reason the download starts all over again - makes it impossible to download anything if your screen goes to sleep.

But u can't on a phone anyway, no way of zooming in at all completely unreadable. Issue 16 is only 9 pages too so not even worth bothering with. Can just about read it on my iPad.

Hopeless don't waste your time or storage space. No zoom it only works landscape format TOTALLY UNUSEABLE FUJI YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS APP TOTAL LET DOWN

Complete rubbish. App did not appear. All links from "read" say installed on the app store. Then you get a tiny version which is impossible to read. The few pages there were did not look very interesting.

Team behind this app clearly don't aspire to the same high standards as the team who make the cameras. App is slow, hard to navigate, and forces you to use it in landscape orientation. Frankly it'd be a more pleasant experience just downloading each issue as a pdf

Nice to have this publication, however the delivery is laggy and slow making it almost unusable even on my new Samsung Galaxy Tab S3

Good magazine when first installed. Crashes after every install. Uninstalled. Fuji make brilliant cameras but rubbish app. Reinstalled, appears to be working.

One word - appalling. Extremely slow, slow download of content and once done the content doesn't work. Uninstall.

What happened to this app? How come it became so damn slow? And how the hell do you close/exit the app without the need to press the "Home" button on the device and force-close the task? The app has been great before. Make it great again.

This mag is full of beautiful images, great photographers and tips to make the most out of your photography – a fascinating read. It’s great to keep up to date with the latest Fujifilm news!

Clicking the country button on a nook hd+ does nothing

Eog. H. Sep 17, 2017

Content is A+ but navigating the articles is like trying to figure out a puzzle for each page...

Pau. E. Apr 13, 2018

Only problem is downloaded issues are stored on internal memory and can't be moved to SD card and use up a lot of memory.

Joh. T. Jul 31, 2016

Slow to download and open content, and there even is no practical way to zoom in on the text? Why go for an app then at all? Advice; ditch the app, and make it easy to download the X-magazines as a PDF.

Pra. O. Oct 31, 2016

No downloaded file is viewable, the app throws error

Joe. H. Sep 29, 2016

Very hard to read on a phone.

Shi. M. Feb 27, 2018

Can't zoom. Forces into landscape mode. Really confusing UI / UX. Don't download.

Very bad app unable to open

Ric. L. May 1, 2018

Seems to work well, very happy with it.

Why can't I zoom in on a story? I have a fairly large phone and can't even read the storys!

San. S. Jun 9, 2016

...and it hangs there... after a while it may sluggishly open and you discover yes this app IS free, but you have to re-download all the past issues soon my smart phone I exhausted all possible Internet traffic. Worst app I encountered up to now. Fujifilm stay away from these guys that have many ideas but cannot implement them. KEEP IT SIMPLE with QUALITY of content and IMAGES. Forget about hyperlinks and php styles, go for a plain PDF! Besides it doesn't even close and I have to force quit it!

Eug. C. May 25, 2016

Downloaded app on Samsung Note4. App does not allow zooming into the text. Wordings are too small to read on a handphone.

Dav. W. Jun 15, 2016

No good when you are Unable to close app without turning off your pad/mobile device other than that it opens and downloads mags all OK but not much in the mags anyway read all in 5mins not including download times not worth while downloading

Kik. S. Jun 15, 2016

It frezees, can not read the good content. And the developer seems dont care to take action for the bad review, let alone try to fix the app. Whats the point of being fully interactive if we can not read the content.
