Fulton Bank Mobile Banking

The app works fine minus a few kinks that could be straightened out. Have historically run into issues with login (once or twice), trying to send money via Zelle (a few times), and not having access to "available" funds shortly after them being deposited into my checking account (half-dozen times or so.) Otherwise I like how my Android/Samsung password manager works with the app, also features digital check depositing and an easy way for you to move funds between checking & savings.

I love this app for the most part, straight forward, you can budget, you can turn off your debit card, you can click e-statements with no hassle and download them straight to your device. You can also put travel access and make appointments with no hassle, along with Zelle built into the app already, so one less app download for me. However, they since got rid of one touch fingerprint access, which I loved. Which brings my rating down. If they implement it again, my rating will go back up.

Your app is so user friendly and easy to use! You use ample letter sizing and easy to locate categories. Makes my life so much easier!! I can't answer your questions below in the tell us more field because the buttons are not visible that say yes or no and I don't want to guess the wrong thing. That's the only thing I say that needs correcting.

The UI redesign looks great, kudos to the Dev team, but there is a bug where if I tap the notification button in the top left corner the app signs me out due to inactivity. It's probably a quick fix though, it happens with management wanting things to go to production that probably shouldn't. Overall, the app is easier on the eyes and much easier to navigate.

Useful for checking your balances and making transfers with ease. I wanted the app to make check deposits & there is always a problem. I tried to deposit two checks, both $30, both written by the same person. The app says one of the checks is for $0.00 & the other check is for $10. So I will still end up going to the bank. Often the app cannot properly detect the date. If you've already written "mobile deposit only" on the back, you'll be asking someone to give you a new a check.

I like the ability to make a mobile deposit. However, every time I use it, I have to retake photo numerous times. Took 10 minutes to finally have deposit accepted. It is way too difficult to have my photo accepted. Took numerous photos once again as the app could not read the very legible date!! app takes photo before you're ready, also. The picture taking part is much improved! 9/2/20 Sorry, but even the page to rate the app is confusing! No or Not Sure? What about Yes?

I usually use my laptop to conduct my online banking. However it crashed and I was in a bind. I downloaded this on my phone and it allowed me to do everything I needed to do After almost a year of using this I can't live without it. However, if there was a note section to include what the check was for would be even better. UPDATE. A new bank took over changed the program slightly. Before I had the option to go right in. Now I have to enter my password every time. UPDATE: Password issue resolve

This app used to be great but recently it started to take a full minute or more of the circle circling and saying trying to login when I go to login, it will login eventually but takes extremely long. They made an app so you have convenience on your phone but that totally defeats the purpose. I reached out to support but they we're not willing to help me in any way

Everything about this app and this bank is slow. The app is really slow to start up and just needs an update because it's trash. Mobile deposit is a pain. It can never take a clear picture of the check. Deposits take too long to show up on your account. I hate this bank.

Nearly impossible to get a good picture! Other banking apps have no problem taking great pics with great clarity. This one can't even detect the date which is in bold type and the clearest thing printed on the check! Go check out your competitors and build from there.

App works with most Talkback interfaces, very useful for managing money on the fly. I do miss carrying around all those ones, though. I used to only use ones so I had to feel every dollar I spent. And I kinda miss going to the bank every week too, sometimes. But I mean the app is great for 24 hr money management on a busy schedule with like 20 different bills all going to different places on different days.

Would be better if it told you exactly how to endorse the check before you got to taking the picture on the back. If it told you up front, you could make sure it's endorsed right so that the picture taking session doesn't get interrupted by realizing you haven't endorsed it right. Other than that, it's a solid online depositing program.

Pretty easy so far n now that it's been a year I love it. It couldn't be easier and alerts me to low balance, to large deposits...everything. It makes it so much easier than calling the bank constantly and going there constantly.

Horrible App. Buzzing every single time taking pic for Mobile Deposit. And of course, I need to retake pics many times. Couldn't find a way to turn off that stupid vibration set-up. Loading is like a minute... Hope it can be fixed to stop wasting time as my average of depositing is like 3-7 mins for each check....

I am able to access for balance info and transfers...... but always issues with depositing checks, ALWAYS! I live 40 minutes from the nearest branch so it is definitely a feature that needs to be dealt with. And the app was supposed to be updated when the last merger happened!!!

Could really do with a dark mode. Also, the prolonged maintenance downtimes are a pain though I suspect that's the bank more than the app considering pretty much everything else goes down at the same time. Yall need to learn how to do updates more efficiently. Aside from that it works great.

Before getting a Motorola, I had no problems with the widget for this app. After, every time I try to refresh the widget, it goes into the part of the phone where it moves the icons around instead of refresh the page. Other than that, good app.

It would be great if you could turn off the sounds when making a mobile deposit. I don't need a narrator telling me what to do every single time! Your prior version let the user turn off voice prompts but this version doesn't.

Easy to use, only thing I would add is an easier option to text with live support. Other than that, it fits my banking needs and I usually do not need to stop at my local branch in-person.

Too much down time for "maintenance" is annoying. Needs improved for 5 stars. Still encountering issues when used between the hours of 11pm and 6am, specifically when trying to move money between accounts. Info never updates or reflects actual balance. I almost drained my account doing the same large money move before realizing account balances never updated?

I use lots of mobile deposit apps with different banks, this one is horrible. It doesn't auto focus well, it doesn't assist with lighting, and rejects deposits with, "not authorized" explanation frequently. The bank takes the check with no problem and doesn't see an issue to deposit, but not the AP. Accepts deposits about 60% of attempts

Clunky and unreliable, check deposit is seriously way too picky. I have to confirm every check I deposit, and even then there's no guarantee they'll accept it, because some stupid jot or tittle was out of place, meaning I have to save EVERY SINGLE CHECK for days on end and check back to see which ones were accepted and which ones weren't. Really annoying for a business account.

This is literally the worst banking app ive ever used. Constantly logs me out, if you need to reset your password be prepared to take phone calls instead of getting text messages or emails. Mobile deposit doesnt work. Took 3 days for them to even allow the account even though i submitted all the correct information was told i would be notified, never received a single thing about it being active. I do all my banking online, its basically made me believe choosing fulton bank was a bad idea.

UPDATE - APP has been glitchy recently with occasional error messages trying to sign in and also when scanning checks. So taking off a star. Previous -I've been using the mobile app more than my computer for paying bills, transfers, etc. - very quick and easy. Best mobile banking app I have used !

Great app! Easy to use and navigate. I love the app. I can see and view my online statements, my balance, pending transactions, send secure messages, lock and unlock my card, and best of all I love how can I view my points I earned with my debit card. The app is phenomenal. Good job Fulton Bank. GREAT app!

I haven't had an issue depositing checks until today, even with abnormally-shapen checks. It says both images need to be retaken because they are not clear but all details are clearly visible. The rest of the app functions fine and is easy to use.
