so, a few things. I know this is a small local branch. that doesn't justify not having access to routing numbers through the app itself or the full account number. some dont have those things memorized and if they are out on the road, how are they supposed to have easy access if not provided with that information via the app. also, the deposit time on checks uploaded on the app is so hit or miss. sometimes its minutes other times it could be days. 2 stars if that
I have never had a problem with this app. Very easy to use without a lot of unnecessary settings and button options. Deposits are quick and transfers are right at your fingertips!
The App is Super easy to use. I like that I can easily switch money back and forth from savings and checkings without having to go to the bank.
The app doesn't work on the new Samsung Galaxy S22 series. I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, and it won't open.
Awesome app for an awesome bank. The ladies and gents at the oil city location have always been friendly and helpful. They always have a smile and are happy to help. All other banks should take notes. HAPPY NEW YEAR
I've always had amazing experiences with the app and the in person banking experience. The ladies are wonderful
I fairly often have a problem with the app not letting me log in. Also, routing numbers being available on it would be nice. Other than that it is a very nice asset.
App started crashing a couple months ago. It doesn't even open anymore.
I like it when it works proper. tends to lock me out of my account alot. I like that I can transfer money from one account to another and see all my transactions.
Unable to open after update ...have tried all troubleshooting instructions from app and bank..still not working.
So far so good. App-based banking is new for FUN Bank and, so far, things are going smoothly.
app just doesnt work. it force closes every time its opened. One star till issue is fixed
there are times when it wont let me log in. transfers on sundays show they are in the acct but dont register on my debit card
My Experience with F.U.N.Bank is always positive and that includes online banking as well this app is Easy to navigate love it
Works good. Just wish it sent me text reminders when payment is due

Much improved from my original posting from April 6, 2022. The app has been repaired and is now working as was previously to an update. Very useful app when working properly. I use that all the time.
