If you are an advanced user and would like to use browsers other than Funamo Safe Browser, such as Dolphin, Skyfire, etc., you need to manually set up proxies at the system level. Please note that the setup for system proxies differs based on the device models, Android versions and carriers. Works ok, but for some reason this browser allows you to switch to bing, or duck duck go, so you can skirt the safe browser. This is despite using funamo to block other browsers. Both apps need to be updated.
Nice tech, but old and unsupported. Their 1-time licence business model is obviously unsustainable. I would gladly pay monthly fees to get some decent support and regular updates.
the app no longer works with my s10 after 2 years of use with an s7. the last update was 6 months ago.... not good. practically no app support.
Great app. Have used it for years to automatically turn the web off at night for better sleep hygiene. Ignore the low average star score. Many children have given one star because the parental controls are working. EDIT: Shouldn't this browser get UPDATED? WHERE ARE ALL THE REVIEWS?
This browser cannot operate with any webpage that has an embedded video. Please update QUICKLY and fix the issue
Does good at add blocking but is very glitchy and will rarely play videos within a website

I actually thought the browser was great, but since updating my phone to the latest android OS, the browser is unable to connect. Every other app works fine. Not sure how to fix it........ UPDATE: contacted support. They asked me a bunch of questions and after I proved to them it wasn't just my WiFi connecrion, I never received a response from them. It still won't connect to anything
Like many of you I'm having the same problem with this browser. I first contacted support weeks ago and they asked me to redownload the browser and parental control. The browser worked half the day then no more. I've sent at least 7 emails... ## update, if you are having this issue, turn off your power saving mode. The browser will work. Figured this out on our own. No thanks to Funamo support
After this update, I first uninstalled and reinstalled it. This cleared out all the previous problems I was having and now this browser is exceptional! Thank you for all the hard work you guys do.
It can't seem to access any website, at all, when Funamo accountability is turned on.
Even after the update, nothing will load on this browser. Not a single page. The only way it works is if I restart my phone. It will work for a little and then won't load anything again.
My parents like it, but it is pretty glitchy. I uninstalled and reinstalled it probably 4 times and it is still glitchy. Please fix it.
The app can't connect to proxy server. Every other app works fine. Please assist.

Only issue I'm having wight the app is there doesn't seem to be an option anymore to add a website to your screens homepage. I hit the 3 dots on the upper right, but there is no option to add shortcut to home screen. Am I missing something? Hello? Recently doesn't work. Will say that data is not recieved even though there is data and/or working wifi. I usually have to uninstall it and reinstall it, and it becomes a whole thing.. PLEASE fix and I'll change my review

Need something that's faster because it takes like 10 minutes to load anything.

This app urgently & desperately needs an update for Android 10. It keeps crashing on my Galaxy S10e. I would gladly pay to keep this app as well as Funamo Parenta Control up to date. Though I'm not a fan of subscriptions at all. I really love this app and it's helped me keep myself disciplined countless times. There's a lot to appreciate about it. But it needs more frequent updates.
