Great company, knowledgeable and friendly staff!! They have helped me out tremendously, I can breath easy with my business line if credit!!

Service is nice to have, when I can actually access it, which isn't often the last few months. App is hot garbage and very buggy. No longer allows login/PW autofill, which is REALLY annoying, but doesn't actually matter anyway since it won't complete the login anymore. I just keep getting a pop-up that looks like a sticky note saying "We are updating our app, be back soon!" It's been doing this for two days now again even after deleting and reinstalling multiple times. Go back to the old version

For months, I am constantly being hardased by fundbox. Everyday I get up to three calls a day. I am living in fear even though my account is in good standing. Each person calls to tell me the same thing that my account is past due. Sometimes, they call while giggling in the background and then end the call without saying a word. Everyday is becoming a nightmere for me, even at work. I can't even bring my phone out in the public for fear of fundbox' harassment calls. Reporting this company!

Simple and fast to use

Disabling autofill, not allowing password managers, not allowing paste on password fields. You're not improving security, this worsens it. For people with complex passwords or auto generated passwords using password managers you have removed their ability to login. Useless app for those of us that care about security.

Great service, comes in handy when you have vendors who pay 15, 30, or 45 days. Which helps you cover running your business with any slow downs. The company use your business history by looking at you invoices to decide how much you can obtain. As your business and usage grows so does the amount they give. Great for small business.

Ontop of the problems from my other post. My account was locked or disabled as they call it for the 3 weeks i used there service anytime you call them they never did anything to unlock my app. When i asked for a receipt for all my transactions what they sent me and what my bank sent me dont match. I over paid by 140.26. Then when you call them to dispute it they throw you every excuess in the book. DONT TRUST FUNDBOX UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING ROBBED.

Obtaining approval was easy. I received the funds very quickly. Sometimes, the app has glitches, but that isn't too much of an issue. I hope to get better rates as my relationship grows.

If you have a small business then Fundbox is the best way to go to make you even more successful. They are respectful, polite and most professional and helpful people and business. Thank you Fundbox.. And every quarter they review your account and if you pay on time and are good back to them they will continue to raise your limit to make your business BOOM. Excellent. Love that my money is always available and received in less than 48 hours. Only down side, that they don't provide a credit card to use. But that's just a minor inconvenience.. over all love it...

Hi. The app opens with the symbol then asked me to log in. i haven't set up an account yet. i don't see anyway to even set up an account. Of course it isn't letting me log in. It's saying I have no account. Is this a legit app? I just downloaded it today and rebooted my phone after. Should i just delete it?

Good the only thing I don't like it do not give you option to select multiple invoices to cash you have to select one by one and you have to paid fees for each invoice to be cash.

A credit line was easy to obtain with many options. The rate was good for the ease of funding, and I will expect lower rates as the relationship continues

Have been using Fundbox line of credit for about 6 months. Super helpful, super easy. Definitely great for short term bridge financing.

Never any issues, which is most appeasing. Very easy to use, great customer service if ever needed, the terms and conditions of use are spelled out. My go to funding source with no hesitation nor regrets

Getting error "You are offline! Trying to reconnect..." Im connected to interner through everything else, and all permissions have been accepted. Not good

Keeps logging me out. Doesn't work with password managers. Doesn't allow copy and paste of passwords.

The funds are there when you need them. They didn't discontinue during the pandemic like some of the other resources that were available on other sites! Thank you Fundbox 😊

They tell you if you pay it in full the won't charge any fees, but you can't make a full payment unless they charge you for the first week which allows them to charge you for that week.

Fundbox is a legitimate marketplace lender that connects business owners with a number of financing products. And I will continue to us them for my business.
