It doesn't open last month or so. I have reinstalled twice. Very much useless. Bad experience.
Good app but updated portfolios not show on deskboard for seeing this we have to login individual portfolio.
It is the best fintech platform for the MFDs. I have not seen the technology services provider with such explicit and clean platform which is easy to use. You have done fabulous job. There are some bugs in app and need improvement, but I am very sure that your tech team will do continuous upgrade. There are currently 1,00,000 MFDs in India, it is big opportunity for you. Suggestions You must give utmost importance to data integrity and client prevention. My RM Mrs.Nikitha was extremely helpful.

As with any new product or service, teething issues were there, but fund expert has always been super responsive and always gone the extra mile to correct the errors and provided a solution. There is now way to change mobile number once you registered. It's not allowing me to login also.. lots of improvements needed.
Your app opens with a blank screen in my phone. Some compatibility issues I guess. App servers are very slow or APIs are responding slow. App is very sluggish. It takes ages to fetch data. please check with your team. Thanks 👍.

Nice app. User friendly and easy to navigate. Customized recommendations are great. Needs improvement in terms of robustness otherwise perfect for investment options.
App could be better in many ways. The main issue right now - Ever since a recent update the mutual funds section in the dashboard does not open 95% of the time. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
When I installed and tried this app, I received a call Fund Expert rep. I informed that I am only trying out and I don't need any assistance. Later I uninstalled the app. Since then I have been getting spam calls about stock market trading tips. When enquired with one of the callers, I was informed that they buy from some app service providers Now I wonder if Fund Expert sells our data as a company policy (declared on undeclared) or is someone in the company misusing access to customer data.

Overall experience is very good. Software is very nice and having multiple features with most of the products onone single platform. Demo by Mr.Manjunth ix very good. He is always helpful in solving Queries.so that distributors can get confidence.
Best App ever for Mutual Fund Distributors. The way it allows to navigate and automate business is very much wonderful. A must have tool for Mutual fund distributors if you really want to Automate and scale up business. This app really helps to transform business practices from old to truly digital way.
SIP details not reflecting for a client which is rectified by Manjunath immediately. Thanks for the support. Purchase, Stp were being executed with out being given additional dialog box which is also corrected immediately on informing. Excellent. Puurchase for external folios should be under new folios. Similarly purchase for a scheme in existing folio under Arn for an AMC to be auto selected instead of new folio pop up. Hope this also will be done at the earliest. 5 star for this good IFA App
Great Support from Sameer ji through out the process. Great work. Would like to further purchase the additional packages. Also had taken Vijaya Iprism, their service was not upto the mark. I am indebted to his service yet without paying a penny, they have given a app and website access. We, Murti Investment, using FundExpert software since one month. Its really very user-friendly compared to other service providers. Overall experience is very good. Enjoying this app as an IFA. Able to manage clients porftfolio with multiassets flawlessly. There are always area availalble for more improvent but I am happy with currently what thay have. Update: Platform is getting more powerful with new enhanced features like inbuilt client authentication/verification system.
Easy to manage and user friendly but need more aesthetic UI with one touch various report generation. RMs are very cooperative and responsive
Support is prompt and instant.....Innovative platform for MFD,some features are unique and for any queries instant solution support...I checked it in march that time was very basic but today they changed entire platform in modern way...
User interface of app is really worst. Seems like there is no design team in your company. Please make the UI more attractive as compared to current designs.
