I liked it ok for a while but have been fighting it for a month and half now. I uninstall and reinstall it for it to work for 2 or 3 days. Then it stops working and telling me about it with a flash message every 30 seconds. "Sorry the program is abnormal, is collecting logs, is about to exit."
Could please fix that the app always running in background? Even though i force quit, it still keep running either my watch connected or not. It's draining my battery and kinda annoying also because it just wont stop running in background. I think this is really serious bug. Please do something. Thanks
If i could give this app a zero rating i would. I dont know if someone has messed up and uploaded the wrong version of your app or something but it is still in test mode. You can t register or login with 3rd party apps. You cant bind with your watch and worst of all is the bluetooth connection does not stay constant. What a waste of money on the watch and time on this app. Shouldnt even be allowed on the google playstore.
It for whatever reason dosen't want to connect with my Fundo watch. I've now tried several apps by Fundo to try to get it to send Notifications to my Smartwatch from Amazon, but to no prevail. I bought a watch from them before, and while it was updating, the app crashed and bricked my watch. All these apps are obviously Chinese and have extremely poor translations at times, which makes for rough troubleshooting. Only giving 2 stars because once I bought another watch, it did connect but not well
Hi, this version 2.5.5 doesn't allow me to register an account using my mobile phone number and also doesn't allow me to register using Facebook. But I am able to login as Tourist mode and share the step count to Facebook. And also I noticed that you cannot change the temperature reading to celsius in tourist mode and the temperature display will always be in 84 fahrenheit. Kindly refine your app please. Please don't stop at this version. Thanks a lot!
Keeps crashing when using the app. Drains the battery too when it crashes. Also, loses data when watch is turned off. Also keeps having errors when I my watch shuts off and then tries to pair the Bluetooth.
Whatever I do with the app, all im getting is an error message saying that the program is abnormal, is collecting logs, is about to exit. I can't even set the time correct. The bracelet has no value .it doesn't work! I want my money back!
Why does this app keep crashing, it doesn't work anymore it keeps saying sorry, the program is abnormal, is collecting logs, is about to exit and then shuts off you need to fix your app please I just wanted a watch for my birthday but this is the second time I've had problems with it.
The watch is connected via Bluetooth but none of the information is transfered to the phone. App has all permissions and show successfully connected, only syncs time and date, nothing else.
It's rubbish I cannot sign into the account apparently it's false email when I know it isn't. I've tried other accounts and still can't use the app. Want my money back. if it was possible to give a 0 rating I'd definitely tick it!
After the recent update (Aug/Sept 2018), I cannot connect my bracelet any more. Tried to downgrade, still not working. Very bad and useless app! Can someone recommend an app that works with SQ80 bracelet. I can not find any :(
Trying to bind mobile, it won't send SMS not will it allow me to bind the F3. You guys need to pull your finger out and fix these issues, sending back F3 because it's useless even as a watch until it can sync.
This is the worst app I ever use. Is not even connecting to smartwatch. And the message (sorry, the program is ubnormal, is collecting logs, is about to exit) is popping out every 5 seconds. Very ANNOYING.
The app is faulty, it doesn't accept my registration. It just says: Failed to register, try again later. I sent an email to the developers and they still haven't gotten back to me. It's been 10 days now! I had to send my bracelet back and ask for a refund! Very disappointed in the lack of support and response!
good but is very difficult for connect with Bluetooth. And sometimes disconnected automatically, i don't know whats wrong.. i'm using fits bracelet device.. i hope more updates for fixed bugs. thank you

My watch finally arrived this morning....Cheap looking but you get what you pay for.....It is now six hours later and I have still not received the "code" to bind the app to my phone...After reading these reviews (which I should have looked at before purchasing) I'm apparently not missing anything but problems and my money! JUNK!!!!
This is one of the worse apps I ve had the displeasure of trying to use. It constantly crashes and wont stay synced to the watch. It needs major work moving forward.
it keeps saying 'bluetooth not connected' although android finds and successfully pairs with the band via bluetooth, can't even set the correct time for the watch.can you please solve this problem?
App is allover very good but please add one more options that is history. I think if u add this option in ur app that will very helpful for us bcoz how long I/we take screenshots in the end of the day. Otherwise good job developer nd ur team . 👏👏. Thank you
Very ineffective, problems with sleep tracker and bluetooth connection. Not impressed at all. Wished it had stats!
ok; not only do you have to pair it from your smartphone but also from the app: Me/bluetooth connection (hint: if the battery charge indicator shows a ''broken'' battery= you are not paired. it should show the battery level). then everything works except for the Reports, and also I have to wear the watch UNDER the wrist for it to pick up my heart beats, hence 3*/5.
