Unable to Login to App getting Email/Password Invalid. Whereas, it working fine when login through Browser.
The app freezes after each update..you cant login with fingerprint and the entire phone get lovked once you open the app in non updated version..ao every few weeks my app causes the entire phone to freeze and i have to restart phone and update app.. pathetic experience for users
The app doesn't have functionalities to check which are the current schemes in which you are investigating. Neither it has functionalities to see what is the duration for which you have done the sip. Forget the extension of sip altogether. Better switch to direct MF apps like coin,groww.
For the last 1 month I am trying to activate my account but the representative don't have Tove to attend me. They are so busy. I messaged them almost everyday. Even I deposited 1000 in SIP they didn't have time to return the money as well.. awesome service..
Horrible experience, waited for 30 mins for video verification and no one called.
Have been using this app for past 1 year , I found no issues until now. Customer support is not upto mark .
Need more information about stocks required like PE price for favorable investment, sector news, quality stocks to build safe portfolio, portfolio score depends on return and stock selection. Sector wise chart, return graph in last 5 years. Need too much work to improve the application.
Not user friendly. No option for equity transaction details of my funds. No online account opening and closing facility.
this application is totally waste,they do not activate my account quickly and costumer care are very irresponsible they do not pickup my colls .
Good improvements in the GUI and the process. Good to see the questions being addresses asap.
They fool customers by having regular schemes and no direct schemes thereby charging commission indirectly from nav. If you start sip then they don't let you cancel before 6 months- they make it compulsory when there isn't any such rule by sebi. The cancel button is with them and not customer. Explore other options like groww /et money/ zerodha instead!
Update 2nd-Jan-2022 Reducing one star, as app do not provide option to stop SIPs. We have to talk to their back end team before stopping SIP. Very easy to use app.
I have been using this app for last 3 years now. One thing I have noticed in comparison with other app such as Groww is they have clean UI and it's user friendly while Funds India lack both. There is no option to download your statement in app.
The app is has limited functionality compared to on website. You cannot add more to liquid Funds. The stocks section is slow and has limited features. However, whatever they have given works flawlessly. The UI is smooth and intuitive. As an enhancement I would suggest adding interactive pie charts rather than static ones right now. Also a way of classifying funds in my portfolio on various criterias as per my wish would be a good feature. Also please fix the "Session Timeout" issue which always asks me to reconfigure login pattern. And for time being, you can provide access to older version of app. It is very annoying.
Sir please provide date change facility for sip.im u asing other app also, that have many features like date chage,amount change and many other facilities.if u update all this features it will be more helpful for us
Customer support is very poor. Call got disconnected even hard to contact and they don't even bother to arrange call back. Last one hour I am trying to contact them
Cannot login when using mobile data. Always fails with "there was an error", while it works with WiFi. Have not seen this with any other app. Cannot check fund holdings before you purchase units on the app. Cannot check/modify bank details via the app. The UI is dated and clunky, and some processes are unnecessarily complicated even on the website. I use the platform because the fund advisor is pretty great, but the app/website has quite a way to go to be considered polished.
Updated the app on Nov 12, 2020. Post updation App Icon disappeared from the mobile wall. However in google playlist it it is showing as installed and can access it from play list. I tried several time uninstalling and reinstalling it with hope that icon will be avaiable but it is not. Can you look into it, what the new bug is there in your updated application.
I am using this app for more than 3 years. Earlier it was good. After updatation it became more complex and confusing for users. For few clarifications I had to connect with customer care. They help you which is great but I don't understand what and why they upgraded. Overall service and support team is good only concern is with this app.
Hi FundsIndia, People who are saying that session timeout issue still persist are right. It happens when you dont close the app but it runs in the background. When you open the app next time after a little long period. It will log You out and then you have to enter your password instead of pattern lock. Edit: The session logout problem is now fixed
I have been using Fundsindia for the last 3 years without any problem. But the current version has totally dissapointed me. I have downloaded it n 2 mobile sets and most of the times the app doesn't open at all in any of the mobile sets. Hence I couldn't follow the info. Please bring a new version based on the older versions.
Unlike other broker apps, the user cannot cancel SIPs on his/her own. Everytime u need to cancel an SIP, it requires the user to contact the service providers by email, phone or in-website chat service to put forward the request. But it doesn't end there, the executives will try their best to persuade u, and in the process frustrate and waste time . Personally, each SIP cancellation required me to ask them a total of 3 times (all this while ignoring the advisor's pleas)tofinally grant my request
Many core features available in site absent in this app like no option to edit SiP amount in app while in the site its difficult to do in mobile (unless you are using a laptop/desktop) because the site hasnt been built with a responsive design-based layout and the screen tends to get cropped up when opening in mobile
The last update to the app is horrible. Shows incorrect data many times and has become very non-friendly to use. Earlier console was better. Please fix this asap or we have to look for some other broker to invest.
Nice and user friendly app. The team they are working with is excellent. Specially I wanna thank two members of their team one is Bala and second is Soni. They both are very much approachable and always wanted to help. The only feedback that I wanna give is the equity page needs plenty of improvement.
The app is improving day by day immensely. I am using it more than 2years now. I am happy.. There are lots of area can be improved. But slow and steady wins the race. I loved their new homepage and web page. Hope to see some more updates in future. Best of luck team
