Funko

App crashes anytime I try to move anything regarding lists, but espeically moving things from Wish List to Collection. Everything else moves so slowly it's not worth even trying to do things on it. There are also issues with the search not working properly and mislabeling of items (things not tagged properly) that makes searching annoying at the best of times, down right impossible at the worst. I have some hopes they'll address this issues in later builds!

Adding and removing items from a list takes much longer time than it should. There is quite the delay. Would also like to see the scan feature available while in another list that I created. While in my wife's list, I should be able to scan and add the funko to her list, rather than the scan feature defaulting to the main account holders list.

Its a basic inventory system. Separate lists can be created & shared but the person its shared w/ has to dowload the app. Not helpful for nonfans. The system is slow so it is a 50/50 on if the system registered your click. I've also noticed that occasionally items will get unaided from your collection which results in duplicate purchases!Changes have been extremely slow so don't expect much. All their replies to ratings have been 'please type your reply above the line' & they haven't noticed smh

The only thing really holding this app back from a collector same point is when I go into a shop that is a bit older and I don't have the best service I can't access my list. There needs to be an export option to export the list as maybe a PDF. Or heck even being able to export it so that I can have it as a spreadsheet. Just some kind of exporting needs to be available.

IF ITS NOT BROKE DONT FIT IT!! Ever since you guys made the huge update where everything is changed it's now horrible. The loading takes forever(and it's not my service because it's still the same). It only loads 60 at a time but before there was much more. Now a new problem is when you scroll after you wait forever for more to load it randomly makes the ones you seen disappear and then replace them with new ones. I really wish you never change what the app was before.

Love the redesign but it keeps saying there is no Internet when scrolling through long lists of products. Then it takes me back to the beginning of the list and I have to scroll hundreds of products down again, and then it does the same thing again. Trying to browse available products and update my wishlist and this bug is making it hard. Edit: it freezes when you scroll down a very long list. Trying to view entire 2021 list but get less than halfway.

Decent application for knowing the price of certain figures that you own but the app fails to save the items I add to my collection and to use the barcode scanning feature I have to reset the app every single time I want to scan a new pop and at the ability to open the list function on the application is completely unusable the application completely crashes when I try to select it would really those things fixed

App used to be great. I could scan lots of new pops in back to back. Now I have to open another part of the app to then go back to scan in another item. If I try to open my list now, it just shuts the app down. Other niggling issues as well.

Used to be able to see my list. However, every time I open the app, tap on "list", it quits on me. Never used to happen before and now I can't even see my collection. Will update my review once this gets fixed :( Google pixel 6

Incredibly sluggish experience. It was decent back in the day before the massive overhaul (for the absolute worst it seems). Better to use PopPriceGuide as an alternative, although not perfect either; just much more usable.

I gotta say, the app has improved since 2019. However.. it doesn't have all the pops listed. --- Edit: Absolutely. The first ones that come to mind are the Journey to the west exclusive Funko pops: Sandy, Monkey King, Tripitaka, Pigsy, White Dragon Horse... The rest I had on this list did eventually make it into the app.

Freezes up, you need to shut down and restart the app just to scan multiple items. The scan again function doesn't work. The prices are completely different compared to the pop directory also. Needs ALOT OF WORK TO FIX THIS

I actually like this app, it allows me to be able to look at the collection I have gathered over the years but i have stopped buying POP figures because I can't access my collection any more for some reason. If they fixed it then sure 4 to 5 stars but until then a 1 star review.

Used to work ok. Now it crashes every single time I try to load the list menu. Not gonna uninstall unless it continues to be broken after a full month. After that oh well nice while it lasted.

Used to work great. Now, for the past month, it wont load, let you search, or add to your collection. And it's taking a very long time for some new products to show up. I've had a funko soda and a pocket pop for a while now and they're still not on the app so I can add to my collection.

Completely useless after the latest update. After I scroll for about 2 or 3 seconds it will jump back to the top of the list. It loses internet connection, then regains it, back and forth, even though the connection is fine. I'll keep it installed for a while to see if it gets fixed because when it works it's very useful.

The new updates ruined the functionality in my opinion, and they STILL haven't added the option to share lists with other users. I miss opening the app and immediately seeing the newest Pops as they were announced; now, it's incredibly difficult to browse for new products. I don't know why they made these changes. Other than the ability to add to your own lists, the app is basically just the website.

not satisfied with the overall app experience. Continue to use of auction sales in eBay have decimated values. also loss of flow charts has made the experience less enticing. Also, you can't get ahold of anybody. They don't respond or the app won't even let you send a message of correcting the multiple mistakes on this price guide.

Well, the app did get fixed on terms of actually working, so that's a plus, but I really dont like the changes that they also made. Now everything's separated, new releases can only be done alphabetically so you dont know what the newest actually is, new releases tells you nothing about when or where to find the pop, and you can only view the first or last 60 of the list depending on if you do a-z or z-a, so if theres over 120 you dont see what's in the middle. The old design was so much better

Would've given a 5 star rating but the update completely ruined it :( My favorite feature was the home page as I can scroll through the funko releases newest-oldest and add the ones I like to my wishlist as I can't keep up with all the new releases. Unfortunately that option isn't there due to the update and to add something to my wishlist I have to look up the name (aka know what it is first) and add it that way.

new update, looks nice. Very buggy unfortunately, trying to give feed back results in an error and doesn't send. Seems like they're focusing more on sales now more than us collectors with this new update. When inputting my birthday for fan club it, it tells me I need to validate email (no option to send email to validate again), when I've had my account for years. Will update my score if its fixed. Also the price guide is not very accurate.

I've just made the mistake of updating. The app has gone from being organised,relatively intuitive&easy to navigate to the tangled mess it's now become. Clunky,cumbersome & messy. This is a step forward onto boggy ground. I think it might be an idea to step back onto the path & try again.

Most of the time the buttons don't work. Even the text looks off all the time with spaces. Nice idea of an app but needs a lot of rework.
