Where do I start? Let's see, they charged me double what they said they were going to charge for my cloud service!!! Charged for a whole year rather than a month so my bank account was overdrawn. Customer service refused to make it right and was very rude. Updated my device software versions and now the notifications aren't working!!! On top of that half the time when there is motion it doesn't register as an alert.

Worst app pairing, is very frustrating, I had to go through the process a half a dozen times and still could not add the camera. I work on computers for a living and thos is by far one of the worst wifi camera setups I have ever done. There needs to be a better way to set up the camera, like through a computer instead of by wifi. I do not recommend!

The service is ok, constantly freezing up and jumping forward on recorded video. Had someone break into my vehicles and tried to look at the video and it freezes and jumps forward random times. Video starts with person already in my car. Could not tell which direction they came from. I've been paying for these services and I do expect a better quality of service.

it used to be an okay app but with flaws. i would say buggy for the most part. motion notifications work well. to get the live video i have to swipe over and swipe back and then it loads. this has been an issue for a while. also for a few months i can no longer view my hard drive footage. i used to be able to view this just fine before. im limited to my 10 to 15 second videos and cant investigate further. updates are very infrequent.

When I first got our camera's....it went fine. But as soon as I switched my WiFi password....I have had the worst time trying to get them working again. I'm not very Tech savvy, but tried googling multiple things... To no luck. It's very frustrating when you have both parents working and a teenager remote learning that pushes all buttons. I tried for hours tonight with no luck. I have to hope for the best tomorrow, because it's too late to buy something now.

It used to work passably, but now the Wi-Fi connection fails with these devices only. It fails in multiple ways. Sometimes it won't recognize that ZMD_SAP is connected, and sometimes it connects and can't find any Wi-Fi, and won't work manually entered either. I reset all devices, cleared cache, reinstalled app, but it seems these devices are all a waste of money now.

On the phone app I was able to speak into it so my kids could hear me when I'm at work. Now my kids can't hear me almost at all the speak isn't putting out sound to any of my five camera's. Which is super frustrating when it was amazing before. We have unplugged and plugged them back in, reset them, and updated the app and nothing has helped with the speaker's. Other than that huge speaker issue they are great.

It's an ok app and a good camera system. When you go to playback or to an event. It does not load you have to go back and touch the option again. Than it takes you to a different time so you have to go back one more time and re open it. Sometimes it freezes and starts working at a different time. If you need help from them they never get back to you and you have to figure it out on your own.EDIT THIS IS ALL JUNK. DO NOT BUY THE CAMERAS

I decided to try a subscription for one camera, immediately decided I didnt want to continue and tried to cancel it. I reached out for support to make sure it was cancelled, only to be ignored. And then another payment was taken. I'm at a loss for what I need to do to get my last payment refunded, let alone getting the subscription cancelled. Funlux support, please contact me.

Good cameras with receiving images and sounds but intermittent microphone. Not sure how to troubleshoot the microphone.

I'm pretty lazy so I never rate or review things on here but I really like this app it does it's job and it does it good one big pro is that it gives you a free trial and when that's up and over you have two different payment levels as in being able to pay for a full year right then and there and not having to worry about it or do the three month option and if you don't want to / can't pay then no problem because they also have a free version that works just as good (ran out of characters) lol

I been using Zmodo cameras since the start for me 2010. What happened the viewing app was great. In the beginning l use to see all alerts without having to pay any money. I have 3 camera's up & can't see " Jack, Shtxzt ". What a disappointment. Also QR scanning can't be redone if the camera is too high to scan it. Leave things alone the updates are horrible. IJS.

I have three Funlux cameras and I have been able to get only one of them to connect to my network. Will probably trash all three since I don't want to bounce between apps to get all the camera views. My advice, get a different camera, one that has a better chance than 1out of 3 of connecting.

The cameras themselves work great, the low rating its because of app and its constant glitches. It makes it frustrating to enjoy the experience. It isn't easy to get the "playback" to work the first time around. I'm hoping they release an update soon to fix this.

Garbage. Cameras are junk and never work. Lifespan of a camera is a few weeks. Better go with another brand

Up until this weekend I would have rated this a 5! Now, I would give it a zero because my wireless system changed, not by choosing, and now it does not take 5 GHz. I contacted my network support and they even created me a 2.4 and I still cannot get reconnected with my Funlux. I am not getting any customer support to help me with this problem. I've done everything to put my phone back to 2.4 which should work, but now I have three cameras saying their online and they're not!

Im unable to configure my network or storage settings which almost force me to use the cloud storage. What good is the NVR if you can't store on it. Also, I would suggest a way to recover your password as an administrator. Removing the battery, DOES NOT WORK.

Bought a 3 pack from Amazon. Cannot connect. tried 2 different phones and 3 different wifi's 2 different cameras. non work. I'll be sending them back tomorrow. I helped a friend set up 5 a few months ago and it took us forever. I thought I had learned how to do it. guess not. Ugh Ricky

I bought these cameras a year or so ago... and since then I've had to deal with updates requiring me to have access to my camera's or getting notified after hour's after something has broken the motion sensor... the quality is not worth the scheme they have anticipated for the service that you are purchasing... I will find a service that better suits me that isn't money driven... dont waste your money or time

Updated Review: App now working. Looks like an update but never heard back from company so 4 stars Original review: We use this in my son's room for when he goes to bed as he has epilepsy and autism. It was perfectly fine for our needs but today 9/4/19 the app stopped working. Tried reinstalling but still doesnt work. Funlux website is also not working so there is zero support. If the app doesn't start working in a day or two I'm going to have to find another brand.

Very buggy, scroling through timeline is glitchy and takes you to a spot several hours ahead of the time selected. This error occurs on both our android and iOS devices. Alerts also take an eternity to load, sometimes being completely inaccesible.

I am really disappointed with the paid service. Mainly because it takes ages to recall a video from an alert or from timeline and sometimes they never appear you just get the loading circle spinning for minutes independently from your internet speed. Alerts are not that smart. Really not worth the money.

The app itself is fast and can show you videos in both SD 360/480 or HD 720 since that is the max my cameras can do. I cannot handle the fact that all of the options that are possible and everything the cameras are capable of is trumped by the fact that i do not subscribe to their cloud plan. Why should I? Why do i have to pay for an additional service to have access to features that exist in the cameras that I purchased?
