You can tweak different properties like enabling/disabling the clouds, enabling/disabling the leaves and dust particles and modifying the density of particles.

Not much of a tornado more like a thunderstorms with blowing leaves and that's it. I've seen a tornado and this isn't one of them.
No tornado just blowing leaves that's really stupid

There's no tornadoes, just crappy wind and debris blowing effects.
This app is wack dont download it.
However, I am rating this one star based on several attempts to access the application, all unsuccessful. It places adware to the point where I can't have 10 seconds to click out of the ad. It also freezes everytime you try to access the settings feature that allows you to create the Tornado. So you at least have several reasons for a 1 star review, & not just a 1 star review with a comment that says "ths ap scks" I am not going to tell anyone not to download it, but I am going to let you know that this was my experience with this wallpaper. I hope others have better results.
You have to wade through saying no to like 3 ads before you can even get to the settings. Oh. And every time I try to open the settings the app crashes. Nexus 4. Uninstalled.
I downloaded this and it didn't even set as my wallpaper and the app kept on shutting itself down. Not worth it.
