AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST. It's the most horrible experience you will ever have. They force you to register for auto-deduction of money from your bank account, and then they stop giving you any service. They are not reachable by phone or e-mail most of the time, their pickups take months of coordination, and you end up paying for all that extra time + frustration, anxiety, other problems especially if you're moving out of a rented flat and need the furniture picked up quickly.

I placed an order for an unlmtd subscription and paid the full amount. I got a confirmation mail from furlenco both for the order and the payment, but the app says that no such order has been placed. This is totally unprofessional and deeply frustrating. And the worst part is, I can't seem to find a way to contact you guys. Tried calling your customer care multiple times, no luck. Placed multiple requests for a callback, no luck there either. Wouldn't recommend your product to anyone.

You people very cleverly charge people for the services that they didn't even availed. A person paid for 1 year in advance, but if due to any reason that person has to leave the city in between the subscription period and doesn't need the subscription anymore then as a proper professional service provider you should atleast refund some portion of the upfront payment that has been done. But no, you people take it all. Would never recommand Furlenco to anyone, if only that can bring any changes.

I requested you guys to schedule the pick up of the rented cupboards on 30th April. My subscription is ending on 30th April. It was showing 30th until yesterday when I received a message saying it will be picked up today. I am not home so won't be able to provide access. They have nothing to say about that and can't reschedule. Surely my last time using this bogus, good for nothing app!

Terrible service!!!!! I rented an air purifier from them on a 3 month subscription plan. And I have spent last 4 months trying to return the product but instead of scheduling a pick up they have kept on adding to my outstanding bill for last 4 months despite me dropping them 4 emails, a few requests on app and a number of calls right when my subscription ended. They conviniently chose to ignore all my requests and have been harrassing me with IVRs, SMSs and Phone calls over the past 4 months.

Also note i want to cancel the subscription and it's been 3 months. I am not going to pay anything. You can take your things and go. The worst service. Please don't rent anything from Furlenco. Today 23 of May, I had already requested to cancel the subscription and all I get is payment requests. I seriously guess all are having understanding issues. Really not done. I am done sending emails with screenshots and what not. But still no response. Please don't use FURLENCO. WORST EVER SERVICE.

Terrible app, bills almost never updated. There have been days (3 in consecution) when customer service number was out of service. Also, customer service number has limited hours. Further, call gets auto-disconnected after customer has stayed on the line for 10/15 minutes. Seems to be a start-up with almost no thought applied to customer service. Another point: I called 2 days prior to end of my 3-month rental, and was told that "contract says" call them 7-14 days prior. 1 month rental added :(

Worst customer care ever experienced. I cancelled my subscription and after continuous nuisance calls and rescheduling everytime at last moment, the team took 2 month to take back the products. And surprisingly I'm charged for their inefficiency of taking the products back on time. Now that I'm trying to contact customer care & there is no customer support number itself.The chat bot is useless and even after requesting call back everyday from last 2 weeks, there's no responce.Horrible experience

Absolutely pathetic service. Do not avail the rentals from here. 1. We had booked for a return well in advance and scheduled pickup for May 24. However that wasn't completed. 2. We were promised a pick up on May 25 morning instead. The pickup has still not been processed. In fact there's no update on the expected pick up. 3. The customer care phone number isn't responding and rejecting calls.

Pathetic Experience with Furlenco Unlimited, in the last 8 weeks, we had 6+ replacements because of defective products. On top of that we got defective mattress, which we now want to swap with some other products but almost everything is out of stock, we can't downgrade or cancel the plan as well. On a purchase of ₹80k+, this is the kind of experience we are getting, and support is giving random resolutions. Either return the money or provide the services.

One of the worst service care providers..we have booked a pick up twice and no one has turned up to pick up the stuff...they keep charging you endlessly even though you have ended the subscription and booked a pickup to return the product.. This is the third time we are booking a pickup and now they r asking us to buy their products. 🤣 We dont know what do we do with their products...please look into the matter and get us out of this mess..

I am quite frustrated with furlenco. My invoice is all wrong and I keep getting 10 updates a day that the payment is overdue even though the app says that it is not due before sep. No customer rep ever calls back. Last week a person called and mentioned that there is a technical issue and it will be fixed within 48 hours and it is now over 120 hours and j am still waiting. This is the last time that I will use this service

This is with reference to ticket ID 2215685 and ticket ID 2197504. In this regard, it appears that furlenco shows a low price to make you book and pay and then bills you higher amount. I had taken a 3 month subscription plan and paid entire amount at the start. Now the app is showing as inr 8.1k payable. Now, I want to cancel thr subscription but it is prompting to make payment. Eg. I had booked fridge at 901. But furlenco has billed me 1710. I am unable to cancel subscription due to this. HELP!

Pathetic experience with billing and getting deposit back. I haven't received my deposit yet, the customer support representatives do not even know what are they saying. If you ask the terminology they are all like ok i need to check but they themselves do not know the meaning of the word they used. So not ordering anything from Furlenco again!!

First thing App is not an updated version poor maintenance quality. No customer care number are available to speak up on emergency issues. Chat bot is even worst than any other applications compared. I cannot see options like cancel, return. There are many options missing in the app. Worst!! Second thing products delivered are poor and old. I ordered bed and mattress it has lot of bed bugs. Giving this review on midnight think about it that the service given to us is not a promising thing.

Furlenco has lost my trust completely. I have placed a request for returning my products, on the app it showed successfully placed and arranged the pickup on 1 April. However on the day before pickup the app doesn't show anything regarding pickup. There was a technical glitch from furlenco. I tried contacting customer care service but nobody helped. They simply given up and said I am the victim here. It was me to be blamed for not placing the pickup request. They deduct full charge.

My goodness, is it frustrating to use this app or what? Customer care also needs to be more proactive. I am so overwhelmed by the whole payment process. Haven't been able to make a payment of 0.78 so I reached out and was promised that it'll be resolved within 24/48 hours. It has already been 24/48 hours yet, no resolution. I know it's a small amount but I would like to get it resolved ASAP. I also don't know why I have this pending payment when I had already made the whole payment for 6 months.

Payments and security deposits are utterly confusing. No customer service, no human interaction, no one responds to emails. Chat is a bot, and a very poor one. Pathetic service, extremely disappointed. I lost my entire security deposit, even after returning the products in 100% condition. Almost around 4000 rupees just gone.

Deals look good. But worst delivery schedules. I had ordered wardrobes on 29th APR 2022. which are not delivered till now(19th May 2022). There is delay in scheduling and and there is no single point of contact to my delivery. Every time I need to go to bot ->customer care. As I get in contact with different person everytime I have to explain them from starting. This is time taking.

I rented a 55 inch smart Television and am disappointed with the experience. 1. The brand is not displayed in the app. And the TV I rented is not based on Android. This means that there are set appa and users cannot download apps viz. Hotstar etc. Before hiring make enquiries. 2. The rent is paid in advance. Do not assume that rent is paid monthly. This is not made clear until payment. The design is purposefully misleading. 3. There is no response from customer care. Verify before renting.

Bad UX in n app. Not intuitive at all. I run in spiral & there is no response by suport inspite of raising a Return request 2 days ago over call & mail with screenshot. The Return request is not seamless & easy. For every Cancel reason, there is a cross-sell or products. I WANT TO CANCEL. ASK NO MORE QUESTIONS, JUST TAKE IT BACK. When I say I'm relocating, immediately they ask which city & start cross-selling. Phew! Tiring. The call support also asked me to reinstall the app but no change.

PATHETIC. Ordered was delivered after numerous calls with customer support and then too installation was not completed because the installation team was missing equipments. Have been following up with customer support on the same but they only keep extending the expected date. Atleast refund the amount if you are not going to install it. Why should I pay for a product that I can't use. Absolute rubbish. Would not recommend anyone.

Awful, I cancelled my subscription in March 2022 and requested for a complete pick up of all the items, people didn't turn up and only took half of the future. Despite chasing no response, on top of that they are continously charging through autopay. Avoid this company at any cost. I rented furniture from them in Bangalore, worst experience. Be cautious, won't recommend!

I am really disappointed/ dissatisfied with the fact that same city relocation is not provided... so I need to return as I can't get bed dismantled and fit again as that's more costlier... and lost the balance subscription of my Bed... inspite it is mentioned inter city relocation is available they are giving reasons of covid... covid story is over long back and everything is back to normal...

Booked a TV, got a basic HAIER TV for 17k a year, if that's their definition of smart TV, absolutely was not expecting this. Remote doesn't work. App support terribly managed, no support, no call, some AI lady giving outputs which aren't working out. Have raised cancel subscription request past 3-4 days only to not get any response. Please do not use this app.

Very very unprofessional customer service. I have been trying to contact them from past one month for a repair, and no luck at all. These people don't even care to respond to your requests. Trying to remove auto payment due to the same reason, still no luck. I wouldn't ever prefer furlenco once I get rid of this one subscriptions that I have already taken. Pathetic customer service.

This app is the worst as compared to any other app. I placed an order of refrigerator, washing machine and a bed.... Made a complete payment... And after sometime .... Boom.. the order is cancelled. They say I have to complete my registration and in faq articles it is required to upload aadhar and pan card. But the amazing part is, there is no option to do so. Placed the order twice but got cancelled. NOT AT ALL A RELAIBLE APP!!!!!

Most of the furniture I ordered was average and the ones that were damaged, was still damaged after multiple replacements. They continued to charge me for the replacement period. Even after completing the minimum 3 month period, at the time of cancellation, no refund of money was made. Absolutely unreasonable way of charging penalties. The customer support is absolutely of no help, even if you try to reason with them, all you will get is a response as good as one by recorded tape. Disappointed!

I cancelled my subscription within minimum rental period. Without any warning that I would not receive the amount that I paid upfront they ended my subscription. Now I am stuck with no furniture and no refund 🤬. I was very happy after using the product and other services, but this is not acceptable. Won't be recommending your services to anyone.
