Furnished Finder / Travel Nurse Housing

It's a great app. My biggest complaint would be the messaging system. I wish the hosts/LL's would be easier to reach. Also please make it possible for hosts/LL's to specify which pets are allowed. Many say pets allowed but when I've contacted them they don't allow cats. There's a pretty decent selection of rentals. No Ads!!

Just used the app to find a place near my workplace assignment. Its free, there are no fees or anything that I paid while contacting the potential landlords.

I love using this program. It offers quality facilities and clients. The customer service and help desk rep are very efficient and professional.

It has been easy to navigate and very helpful getting me leads for travelers and to communicate with prospective travelers.

Very easy to setup and use this app. I love the fact you have all the control over who you rent your unit to and negotiate your own terms. Making changes to your unit's description or terms is sooooo easy.

Awesome site and easy to navigate! I move twice a year or more for work and have had great luck with this app!

App is super slow now. When sending a message or clicking on a profile, there is a long wait before it completes its task. I never noticed this on the web page, but haven't used that lately. I wonder if this is just the app, or if it's the website too? Whatever it is, they should fix the app.

It's helps me out for housing for travel work. I love using it over some of the other's products.

The entire thing seems scammish to me. I dont recommend for either the "service" they offer or the platform in which it operates. If it's real, I have never made a booking yet I am on 3 other platforms and always am booked for long and short term stays. Becareful cause it seems like a "big" company deceiving ppl and they charge to post where all other platforms are free. IJS.....SCAMMISH

App doesn't work right. When I attempt to open the App, it tells me that something is not right and asks if I want to empty the cache. Even after emptying the trash, it still will not open. After checking to see that there is no update, I forced stopped the App, but it still will not launch, stating, there is a bug in the App.

I receive notices immediately. It's very easy to respond to inquiries. Easy to move around the site. Very happy with everything.

I've had nothing but great experiences... the only thing is it was hard to rate my stays and I had absolutely beautiful ones.

Like that the stays are longer than Airbnb. Everyone is looking for at least a month. Also like that they give you leads so you can reach out to travelers.

Had to learn this app and go in and note that the unit is available often, but once I learned it, I find it very useful and helpful

A bit clunky but does the job well. I use it all the time and would highly recommend to anyone using this service.

We have been a user since June 2020. Recently we notice that notifications have had a number listed under the rental type category. The response should be Room or Apartment. We have been seeing the number 9 listed as a response to this choice. Many times the form isn't filled out except name and notes. FF should require all questions are responded to.

My first experience was awesome but this one has been mentally draining. There is no listing associated with messages sent for booking requests so I have to scroll to the owner to match to the message. Not sure why but 3/4 of the ones I've messaged say not available but it is available on the ff site. It would be nice if people actually responded to inquiries even if a no

Living at a place in Texas, helpful when you have to work late to have more then one housing location and was easy to view places, the members responded very quickly and worked with my needs

I like the concept but the whole system has a lot of bugs. I'm now getting a message saying that I need to update the app but when it sends me to the app store, there's no update available. I even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it only to get the same message..

Glad there's an app version. But lately I'm not getting notifications for messages.

Communication with potential renters, updating the listing is easy. Being my first experience renting this had been great.

This app takes forever to load anything, but I can look past that. But if you change your search at all, every single listing you press on the map just shows the pop up box for the same rental, usually the last one you clicked on, no matter where you click. So not only does it take forever to load, but I have to restart the app all the time. More filters would be a great addition. Also, and this isn't the apps fault, but lots of hosts don't update availability for their listings.

This app is a was great, but it needs a little more work as far as more filters, map proximity results, marking off the listings that were contacted already or no l longer available to you, adding more detail to the listing ie. whether or not the owner lives in the house etc, the pictures freeze at times. You're able to submit a request or reach out to the owner yourself. As a travel RN, I would love to be a tester/feedback person if needed. Thanx, I found several places using this app.

Love this app but could use some improvements with messaging ☺️

App is poorly designed... Too many things to list but can't cut/paste, asks to exit app rather than just exit, and in text box the app doesn't properly adjust to screen.

Furnished Finder has been great ! I've had good results for 2.5 years in renting a bedroom out of my elderly Mom's house. When I signed on in Dec 2019, the Staff spent a lot of time with me on the phone walking me through their site and helping me with my listing. I recommend Furnished Finder to anyone who is in a high demand area.

I have had many good experiences using the FF app at the very beginning. Recently I am not getting my problems resolved, which is somewhat frustrating. However the courtesy and willingness of the staff to try and resolve problems has been outstanding. The app needs to be perfected. When it is working I am pleased.

Needs to have a way to mark properties as rented and remove from searches. Also needs a better notification system. Won't know you have an inquiry if you don't check email regularly

This app is difficult to navigate and I can never get user profiles go load. It just freezes, every single time.

Great first experience using FF! It took ALOT of searching to find the right place close enough to my hospital and would take a dog, but we found it!:)👍🏻🙏🏻
