Very buggy. I always have to close and open the app several times before the "log in" option even shows up. Also, it stopped giving me the option to attach documents from my downloads, and is only giving me the option to attach documents from my camera. I also don't have the option to file for reimbursement as a pharmacy expense, which is available on the desktop version.

App won't even open. I have only used the app to check my balances (it's been an uneventful year so far - knock on wood), but today I can't even get to the login screen. Even after rebooting my phone and reinstalling the app I am still getting the dreaded "Further has stopped working" before the option to login even appears. Sadly, at this point, I would not recommend using the app; stick with the website.

The app is not recognizing my screen lock on pixel 6 pro. Just got the phone and screen lock is one of the first things I do. The app worked just fine on my s20 with biometrics. So now I have to enter username and password every time on the pixel. Frustrating!

Let me setup account however when I try to login it states that I have to have an email on file. So I try to add one. Nope. Can't have to call customer service and of course they are closed. Can't do anything until I call first. Why did it let me set up an account without an email listed if I have to put one to do anything and then not let you update without calling??!! Frustrating.

I have to go through so much every single time to get into the app. I've gotten 5 verification codes sent to my email and I still can't get in. I'm going to have to call now instead of it being simple. The app is terrible and pointless because it doesn't ever just work.

The numbers often do not add up. Debits and credits are often misstated and miscalculated. Not clear on how you're supposed to upload OTC claims. Most FSA apps websites have a separate selection for OTC claims. For a company that supposedly been around as long as hello further app and website are very disappointing

Could not get past the authentication process. App would not allow me to enter my verification code (which took 10 minutes to arrive in my inbox). I'll just continue to use the web site interface until they get the bugs worked out of the Android mobile app.

Just got new Pixel 6 Pro with Android 12. App is stuck at splash screen. Tried both wifi and cell data. Tried un-installing and re-installing (and clearing cache/data)...nothing. Just completely stuck. Before that it worked well (on my old device)

Provides good basic functionality of the website when you can get it to work. Or you can get greater functionality from the website, along with higher reliability, all for a lot less fuss. Not worth the hassle.

Yeah, tried it once to at least give it a shot, but said unavailable try back later. I will NOT waste any time on this. Many reviews said they couldn't get it, reading those and trying myself to get in was all the time I am giving this. I wish the developers would actually read the reviews. It is golden information on how to fix bad apps but all these years only a few developers have listened.

Great app, I've never experienced access issues like some of the other reviews. Allows me to submit claims for reimbursement, see account activity, track account balances, etc. Would like to see My Records and Receipts function available online implemented in the app as well.

I recently registered my acct and the representative told me about the "great" mobile app for my phone. I downloaded it and it does nothing. When I did finally get it to open there is nowhere to log in? NOT SUCH A GREAT APP. After reading other reviews I see I am not the only one having this issue. I called back to customer service and after an extremely long hold time she came back to tell me she would need to do further research.

Excessive security for an app to check balances & scan barcodes. What am I being protected from, unauthorized claim document upload? Hard pass on being forced to agree to new terms and privacy policy. What, I'm serious, is the advantage over logging in via mobile browser?? Nothing but added data collection and less privacy. TL;DR app is useless garbage outside of ticking the "have app" box for the marketing department. Uninstalled.

12/1/2020: Update: I just updated to the most recent release and biometric sign-in still does not work. 7/24/2029: The most recent update broke biometric sign-in. Every time I open the app, it forces me to enter my PIN. I have tried turning biometric off and back on, with no resolution.

You're unable to use your FSA card if you have an expense that needs to be verified. This creates additional work now as I will need to pay out of pocket for these expenses and later submit to be reimbursed. The last company I used for this would still allow you to use your card.

Just tried to use this app for the very first time to submit a claim. Well, actually, tried it for the first time ever. The app stalled after I tapped the 'submit' button, and has been 'submitting' for a quarter hour until I closed it. Not a good omen.

I hate dealing with all the bs of insurance to begin with. This app just adds to my frustration. I can do everything except submit a claim... which of course what the app is for! Don't waste your time or storage space on your phone.

I can't change my pin or add biometric login. Also when I input the dates of service I can only see 1 digit of day when scrolling...makes it hard to pick the right date. I am android.

Used to work, and was easy and convenient...now none of my photis of receipts will upload. Waste of time and frustration... fix it, otherwise why even have the app as an option for your customers?

Go to sign in and it wants a email verification code. Switch to email app and further app reverts back to asking login information. This defeates the purpose of a mobile app if I need a computer any way.
