Horrible app. Won't load at times Won't update at times. Crashes all the time. Junk.
6-29-20 Update: wont notify me, wont load, and when it dose do those it's a notification from 9 days ago. It gone for good. An app isnt contact info. An email or phone number is contact info. Constantly crashes and locks me out. Customer service took a week last time. A billion dollar company and this is their app of choice? Seriously? 4/3/20 Crashed AGAIN! Uninstalling for the fourth and LAST time. I'm not reinstalling it! If I could give it 0 stars I would!
This app is actually a 0 on review. Like so many other people says it constantly crashes and never works when needed. We are in the middle of severe weather with ice storms and Toyota is sending out notices and it just keeps crashing. The only way I find out what's going on is through friends on Facebook.
App crashes repeatedly and has had the same issues in the past, particularly during bad weather events - the exact time that we really need it. Please upgrade infrastructure to support high traffic during production interrupting events.
Honestly it doesn't work a majority of the time. The login fails or it will just never load. Not sure what the issue is but I figure they should probably call maintenance. If this app were a machine on my line it would have a whiteboard next to it.
Ive wasted who knows how much of my time trying to get very important info from an app that is worthless. Crashes every time, logs me out and wont accept my password. Customer service is NON existent! After years have gone by we are still dealing with the same issues.
App crashes so much. Cant even look at the daily drive, broadcast news, or the uniform store without this app just crashing. The app always tells me I have no internet connection as well even if I'm connected to wifi.
It works only when it wants. It shuts down when it wants. When it decides to work, it is slow and does not scale correctly for phones. Great idea, terrible execution!
Error!! get no info. From the app or the apps creators about error, I've emailed numerous of times about the problem and no response. I so do not want to keep this p.g. please fix this so I can get alerts about what is going on.
App forces close almost 50% of the time that I attempt to open Toyota Times. I've uninstalled the app then reinstalled it, downloaded it to a new phone, and it has the same issues.
This app has had issues since it was first rolled out years ago. And the last update wasnearly a year ago. If the company wants its employees to rely on it for pertinent information, then someone needs to really work on the consistent issues that we deal with and make it more reliable.
The app takes up way too much memory on your phone at 83.69 mb. It would be nice to have an option to move it over onto your SD card to save space on your phone. Maybe I should submit this as a Kaizen lol.
The app continuously crashes. Once a week it logs me out then when I put in what I know is my password, it says login failed. I have to reset my password to get in. Today I've reset my password twice and tried to log in only for it to tell me that my login failed WHILE IM LOOKING AT THE PASSWORD I LITERALLY JUST CREATED! This app is raggedy at best and you would think Toyota could afford better technology.
App crashed and will no longer accept my password. Customer service is non-existent. When the app does work, it crashes or won't load or refresh.
Junk.. This app keeps force closing and now has completly logged me out and when i try to reset my password it allows me to do the full timely process only to tell me something is wrong with the program
I would give this app zero stars if I could. Takes multiple attempts to sign in and alerts take hours to come through even though I get an alert that there's something new!!! My 5-year-old nephew could create a better functioning app.
Oh dear lord.... I thought we were supposed to be leader's in the industry? This app is just awful no communications in 2 Years?? I just found out about this app and I've worked at Toyota for 12 years 🤔😅.... This app does not reflect what we build. If only we could find developers that have the same values as Toyota this app would be great.
Stops working everytime i tap on alerts or files. Has not updated for 5 months. Working on updates and running better.
The app is junk, won't open half the time. For something that is supposed to give me info o. If I am supposed to report to work when there is ice and snow outside it would nice if it was more reliable
Very frustrating. I have to keep installing and uninstalling too get the app to actually work. I have to do this every single time I need to check the app. Please fix this.
The app barely worked before. But since the latest update now it just crashes on you nonstop can't even get the app to open. If I didn't have to use this app I wouldn't use this app.
Terrible, app hasn't been reliable since the beginning. Either won't load and keeps buffering or loads from 12 days ago. Definitely needs work

Awful. Each update makes it work even worse. It refuses to open most of the time since updating.
This is easily the most worthless app I've ever used. It rarely makes it past the loading screen and when it does I am not able to login.
Complete garbage. It was force closing all the time, so I deleted it and reinstalled it. Now it won't even let me log in.
As of lately, having problems downloading post. Constantly have to uninstall and install to get new posts. Rather wait to get to work in order to read the new posts
This app is ridiculously SLOW. If I didn't need it, I'd get rid of it. Takes 10 minutes just to get to the Daily Dispatch to read it.
App is junk!! Have to uninstall/reinstall every single time I try to check in on it..never refreshes after each reinstall😠💩💩
This app is very annoying. It doesn't work half the time. Particularly in times when it is most needed. For example, weather, plant delays/closures, etc... This is a continuing issue that has been brought to attention multiple times. We get notifications to uninstall and reinstall the app. Just fix it.
