Futubull - US/HK Stocks Quotes and Trading APP

Great app, but the English version is lacking some translations. Also, there is no option to view the user's historical performance data. Edit (01/24/22): Autotranslate added to most pages, capabilities remain robust. No further complaints.

Has a lot of features and is a decent platform with attractive rates. The interface is confusing and the charts don't really make sense...some tutorials would be good to have... Also the notifications don't seem to work... Furthermore, the content is 80% Chinese (including emails received) and only the main interface is translated. I'll just stick with IB for now...

Very good and user friendly app

Worst app for trading. Once you input an order, it will be in the submitting status for more than half hour without letting you edit or cancel which lead to loss instead of profits since I couldn't buy at the market price. They should be responsible for my loss as I made the right decisions to buy/sell but the order was stuck without being able to do anything in between. Don't use Futu if you are day trader.

One thing that makes the interface clumpsy to use is its idea works very much like the shopping app Taobao. Too many options, thus making the screen having to accommodate many icons and fonts very small. The navigation is not intuitive. Im closing this account soon.

Overall v good. V good data. But I fail to understand why a FPS transfer takes about an hour to clear, because the buying opportunity may well have passed by then. Also, some pages have no English at all.

Quite awful experience, i tried to transfer a small amount of money in after i opened stock account to check whether the bank transfer works. The money didn't arrive after 4 days. I contacted the manager to resolve the issue. The manager couldn't give any useful explanation about where the money has gone. Rather he just kept asking me to transfer a bigger amount to get bonus. If my first transfer has been lost, how could i possibly feel safe to make large transfer?

Many news/proms are in Chinese only, not useful for other communities who can take full advantage/use of the app

Absolute trash app. Doesn't recognize covered calls even though they have this strategy on their website. It requires you to have 200x the underlying price in cash as collateral in your account. Also will keep margin calling you into oblivion as your options value changes. This app will make you lose money on profitable trades. Avoid at all costs. Garbage

Super helpful in terms of volume of content needed to trade. One Glitch....please add English version for help guides and the point & seed section. And of course the push alerts.......its hard to understand what market is doing when all the alerts are being sent in chinese (hard to react with market)......please please please. Otherwise I very much support your apps.....thank you and hope you will consider my suggestions......& make app better so I can recommend this to every trader I know......

It was working fine till recently that all news feed disappeared. Tried reinstall the app but the same - no news

I'm using futubull since last two years.. Last time I contacted futuhelpline using built in chat function... Unfortunately they provide help only in Chinese not in English

Absolute garbage company with 0 English customer service. I tried signing up, but it takes you to a Log In screen. How can one log in without first signing up? Asked other friends to look into it and they can't figure it out either.

Good trading fees and a lot of information provided from the apps. But be extremely careful when you open the account, make sure you transfer the money in the right amount from the account you have stated in the application.

Very well thought，easy to use app. It would be perfect for me if 2 minute time frame is added.

Avoid this app! Server has been down for 2 days. Delayed all the time! Sold my stock at a very low price while it is 🚀🚀 and bought me stock when it is dropping.. Lost over 4000 USD now. AVOID this app . They never fixed and they even restricted user to buy/sell some stocks. I lost

Very good app with comprehensive functions. The only cons is it becomes extremely slow outside training hours.

Why there ain't translate to English option on the discussions ? Anything that the app promotes, it's all in chinese, there is a giveaway going on and when I press go to do the certain task, it's all Chinese.. Annoying as hell

Notification doesn't work. I never received any subscribed price alert. Very disappointing for such a well designed app.

not working well....a lot of features are not functioning. their CS suggested me to download from their official website which doesn't really have any link for android download. very frustrated! 😡😡

No English speaking customer support. Be aware of this as almost all the app is available in English until you need to talk to somebody. I would therefore not put any real money into this unless you speak Chinese

I think, if you could have an English subtitles while they are explaining or talking about the investment, that would be so much better.

Futu app are user friendly. We can get whatever trading related information easily. App layout are clear. On top of that Futu also offer very good foreign exchange rate when we do foriegn exchange thru their app, foreign exchange prosess take about 2 minutes only. Staff are well train, knowledgable and friendly. Very sastified to open FUTU trading account. Most impotantly their charges are super low which i never encounter before. Feel very happy when I get cash reward and one free Apple share.

Full of bugs and glitches, the simulation system says I have successfully sold my stocks, but stocks still appear on my page. Don't trust your real money in this app!

I want the old conditional order function and interface back. The updated version is lack of flexibility
