I dont like this app it doesnt show me other stuff that o want to see like a deposit thats coming in its a mess
This app has yet to log me in even once. It's terrible.

Would like to be able to transfer from one account to another, pay bills and make mobile deposites. So this app is only good to check your balance and 5 transactions.
Good app to see balances. Had to uninstall because it stopped letting me log in
Excited for the new app the announced hopefully it will have more features like deposit2go and being able to transfer funds from one account into tho other
Glad to see that all members can use this great app. But would have appreciated more focus on this when I was at my local branch recently. I could have been saving for over a month now had the branch employees told me about this app and it's new features at the same time the were trying to get me to apply for a credit card.
Error messege pops up saying i have to enroll mykey. Ive already done that....
Let me log in but then it wouldn't link accounts, and from there after wasn't able to log in again.
Keeps telling me to enroll in MyKey, which I did years ago and that the description of this "great" new app says you don't need anymore.
I have a savings account and no longer can use this app and there is no other

Taking a small amount from each purchase isn't really noticeable. It sure does feel good applying that to my car balance!

Love the tap for balances feature with out having to log in! Every penny I save in my future change account, I apply to my loan principle which is great! Everything else I use deposit2go
This does no good first of all its link to another account that you have to open encourages people to take loans out why can't you just collect the money and put it into any account you want and apply it whatever you want to loans if you have one or into your savings you already have the only one gaining is gte

Have been waiting for an app from the bank to access my checking info, etc... this app also requiires you to have another loan or mortgage to use it. No bueno! Looks like its back to using the online site. Please remove the restriction.
All other apps for banking allow you to access savings checking & loans without requirements. Gte doesn't apparently consider my home equity loan a loan. Wish they felt the same about paying it back! This ridiculous app deserves 1 star!!!
I still can't view statements on the mobile version. This is so stupid. Over the phone is useless and so is the online self-service options... if it wasn't for my auto loan then I wouldn't of even bothered with this stupid bank.
Really...only good if you have a loan. Too bad you don't catch up with other institutions to have an app.
Has NO online capabilities. If this is the 'new' mobile app, we will move our accounts back to our original credit union. I rely almost completely on online ability to do our banking. This app is totally useless. What a disappointment.
