Future group is a perfect scam. I have enrolled for easyday club membership promising for 10% discount on all products and monthly extra offers of about 300rupee each month with coupons provided. Within a month of time the shop is closed and not seeing it active. This is really a big time disappointment with the group as a whole. If they know that the shop is getting closer y to sell Rs999 membership cards to the customers. This is completely unfair and total scam.
I wish there was a 0 star to rate. The customer care email provided has its mailbox full and my complain/query did not get delivered. The number shared to connect to customer care, never connects. Worst experience !!!
Headache for Central Customers. Its very difficult to redeem either free cash or monthly cashback earned after availing the offer. They are not sending otps for redemption. Stores are also denying to accept instant otp without assigning any valid reason. Instant otps are also not displaying but showing as qr code which stores are denying to scan to redeme. Once you log out the app to relog in with your another no. to avail cash back, the app is not allowing to install and login. Itz befooling us
I:ve been purchasing ration from Big Bazaar with home delivery. I placed my items in cart and tried to pay thru FuturePay, on 7 March. It accepted the order and asked me to load the wallet. I loaded the money but no order was generated. When I complained, the customer care said I should wait for 7 days because Big Bazaar cannot deliver now. First, they shouldn't have accepted the order or asked the money if they could not deliver, so this was plain fraud. I did not get my order or money till now
Not sure what's wrong with the app, earlier I used to book online, now after adding items to cart and continue, it says we are working hard to make slots available to you and next option is disabled, and there is no way we can connect with customer care executive. This is happening since more than a month, I have 6k in my BB Profit club card which is about to expire, pls suggest how can I book online and connect with customer care executive
Please refund my bigbazaar wallet credits. I tried to call ur customer care, showed temporarily unavailable; mailed you, showed mailbox is closed, reported through app, no response. Like at this point i see no difference between you and a scammer. Please do something about it
I feels cheated after deal with reliance. I have get enrolled with easy day for a year membership and stores get closed just after 2 month of membership renewal, reliance stores refused to give benefit of the same. Totally enoyed with future retails.
Group is total fraud, not maintained daily needs, poor response. Even customer care number listed in app don't work. Responses are sluggish. I'm writing this feedback as after becoming a member in future pay (easy day). I recommend don't believe on Future Pay they don't take care of customers except money and busines.
These people are thieves. They first sold there products with schemes of cashback and now u cant avail cashback also as they have sold there company and they keep cancelling your orders until your wallet cash expires automatically . They wont sent u any order not even a hanky.
This app is a scam. No option of customer care. Upon ordering items, they'll either not get delivered or will be partially delivered. You'll not get your refund ...
We are not able to order through bigbazaar app or website from past 4 days. Previously it was showing upgradation and now it is showing.. Check other stores. I have accumulated some FBB credit to use on a special day at FEB 2022 end and it is expired now.. :( Due to unavailability of website, my credits was expired. Please verify and share the credits back 🙏
I have suggested this app to few of my friends as well. It's very convenient to use. Since the lockdown, there are options to order and then pick up from the outlet or delivered home. Loved it!!
I have taken it for Big bazar and without any notice it was closed and our money was stuck. Most of the purchase through it was not very good and branded.
From Past 3 weeks, you are adding money to the wallet, n when we go for shopping for Bangalore Central (RESIDENCE ROAD), they are denying saying there is error from Future pay, and not able to redeem the amount , understand one week but every week this seems to be a joke, get it rectified or do not add money in the wallet. Ur wasting our time, money n energy.
It doesn't show big bazaar anymore , whenever I click on the big bazaar it never shows anything, and will be shown it's getting upgraded
Since last 13 years we know to future group, first with big bazar, and er are the very frequent customer of that. And when profit club card was introduced we also join that. When easyday club was introduced we joined that also. But after all our experience with the group of future was not good if we explain that so very bad time we expend with. Now at present big bazar and easy day club both are in working system but each day group send notifications for offers, plz. Stop it.
Redemption of coupons are not very easy. I won Rs 500 cupon on spin n win game . But when I copied the coupon n try to redeem in central store, there's shown there is nothing any facilities to redeem the coupon. It's a very embarrassing one.
It's of no use anymore. I have Big Bazaar balance, which O am not able to use as thre are no more stores. It is also not payable on their sakes offers on Future Pay. Perhaps, they don't want to use/refund it.
I have deposited 10k in this app wallet to use big bazaar online delivery. It's been more than 6 months since the big bazaar is not serviceable and they have just kept my money in their wallet for no reason.
The app is just a middleman waiting to take comission. I tried 3 stored and none of them accept the future pay wallet option. If the stores in your app do not accept your wallet then why shall I use the app at all?
I am a BBPC member and now I am not able to use my money for buying anything... they had debited 10K from the card and every month 1 K was supposed to be credited and so in a year 12 k.. after the closing of Big Bazaar.. the monthly 1 K is being credited but unfortunately I am not able to use it.. Now I feel this to be like some scam and feels like cheated.. No response from any person on the emails also.
I couldn't able to make any order for past one month...it's reflecting as we rae working hard to make slots available & then it is disabled...I have 2k which is going wasted due to this...
Cannot access my account as the app won't send me an OTP so I can't even log in. The balance in my account is now inaccessible. Please fix this soon.
Absolutely Bogus app and portal. After placing the order, they say that the item(s) ordered is / are not available. They cancel the order and keep the money in their wallet. Many a times the order is executed, money is deducted but items are not delivered, even after the due delivery time / slot is over, they keep on writing that payment is awaited and the customer is kept waiting indefinitely. It is a worthless app / portal. Please do not download it at all.
Big bazar is shut down but no option in the wallet where we can use the balance amount in our wallet. Very bad experience. They have just cheated people by giving profit club card.
I should have chosen minus 5 as a review score , but it's not available... They replied to my query. Gave some stereotyped reply... advised me to change my password. But whenever I am going to change the password it is " INVALID SECURITY ANSWER" . IT SHOWS THE DEVELOPERS ARE ABSOLUTELY CARELESS ABOUT THE REPEATATIVE PROBLEM. N.B.- I uninstalled & then reinstalled the app too.... EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE...
Once again after updating the app i am not receiving OTP message for login to the app...I had faced this issue earlier as well and it was resolved..Kindly fix this future pay team asap...dont wanna reduce the stars..always had a good experience of using the app
Caution !!!!! It's a trap !! If there is any negative rating option. I would have given that to them. Please don't ever buy anything from this app or from store. They will give you the offer by giving cashbacks in their wallet BUT you can't use them. They will left you without doing any help. Terrible Experience. Worst ever thing I have seen. I have lost my 2000 rupees from this app.
