At first, for about a year or so, the app worked well without any issues. Lately it has been knocking me out of meetings I'm signed into and frequently won't even allow me to connect to a meeting. Also, in the last month especially, once I get connected to a meeting, I'm not able to use audio at all. I get into the meeting but, the app won't allow me to switch to phone or speaker in order to hear the meeting. It has been very frustrating, I need this app for very important meetings. Please fix!
The app does not ring. I miss calls constantly. Also, the audio during a call is extremely low and there is no way to successfully increase the volume, and I am unable to use my headset (the app doesnt recognize them). Why is there so speaker setting?
Anyone with issues like audio quality / volume / etc need to consider the headphones and microphone they are using. I've used this app for nearly 3 years for work and until just recently I've not had an issue. Currently having issues receiving calls but only after a Samsung One UI update, the app itself hasn't been updated AFAIK so I don't think the issue is with any changes made to the App.
This ties in with our Corporate version perfectly - let's me be out of my office but still connected!
My company just started using this versus our old phone system. I dislike this app so much. Customers can never hear me, when I go to answer it puts calls on hold somehow, it only rings for a millisecond before it says missed call, I had 6 calls ringing on top of a call I was already on, it messes with everything in my phone. I thought our old phone system had issues...ugh. We have our IT department looking into this but after reading reviews it seems like it's a common occurrence w/Fuze Mobile
There's a weird bug that changes my volume settings any time I receive a call. My phone is always on vibrate but after receiving a call, even if it goes unanswered, my settings are switched to Ring. This is extremely inconvenient. Otherwise this is a fine app.
The app, severly impacts the performance of my phone. When it crashes, and it does that often, my phonre responds much quicker with it gone. Also needs a way to turn it off, when not in use, and back on when i need it.
Works pretty well but I have issues where a call shows to be active when it is not. Occasionally audio starts doing weird thing. I was listening to music then got a call and after the ca music kept playing from the "phone ear" speaker and not the normal audio speaker.
I attended a presentation that was view only (and muted) but the chat option was awesome for asking questions for the presenters. The download was quick on my Galaxy 9. The voice quality and video quality were super clear. Great first time experience as an attendee.
This app worked great until about 3 months ago. Now it will not load any of my meetings on my Samsung Galaxy 20. I've been through all the troubleshooting tips on the Fuze website. I've had the IT guys look at it with no resolution. Endlessly frustrating.
App keeps crashing as soon as I open a conversation. This started happening after the last update. I tried sending email to the support team but didnt get any response from them. Really no channel to contact these guys.
Agree with over people's complains regarding the battery. It started loosing charge much faster after installing this app. In addition, call through this app very unstable. 1 hour meeting can be interrupted 3-4 times. If somebody shares slides, they are updated very slow on my phone screen. Removed it immidiatly, will use phone calls to connect to fuze conferences. Have no idea how other features of this app work.
App freezes often and requires a force stop. The app also causes an audio adjustment to your audio output device of you have it connected. In many instances, until you manually shut down the Fuze app any audio you play from another app will be distorted.
Notifications override, app takes over entire phone when a call comes in, including putting an current call in speaker phone. Does not work with Bluetooth headphones or automobile. Would not use if I did not need it for work. Zero stars would be a gift....
The worst app ever. Cannot distinguish if a call is in progress and allows other calls to come in making it impossible to hold a conversation with anyone. The GUI is poorly constructed and it asks you to rate each call after you have completed it. Stay away from this app.
This app is okay. Sometimes I get no notifications of calls or messages unless I open the app and it keep open. Every week or so I reset the cache to see if it helps but haven't noticed if that fixes anything.
My company uses Fuze globally and we constantly have frequent issues with outgoing calls, group calls, meetings, participants joining calls, etc. The calls are consistently unstable. On the mobile app, it kicks me out of meetings for which I am the host if I get a voice call. In China, it's virtually unusable. Internal messaging mostly works.
The calls are always static, the other side can never! Hear me. And if I'm lucky to switch carriers! It barely helps the issues. It's one problem after another. I've Uninstalled this app and reinstalled this app. IDK what else to do. It's bad..
If there was a 0, I would have rated it a 0. Horrible voice quality. Can't answer incoming calls while on a mobile call. While on mobile call, if a Fuze call comes in, the mobile call switches to speaker phone and I can't answer the Fuze call. Continues to drop calls.
Bug on new update, can't click on missed calls or numbers in phone book. App just crashes and restarts. Not ideal when working from home and I use this for work! Update- fuze have fixed issues and app working now.
Used at work daily, works great from the laptop. The mobile app on the phone is also awesome. Best to have a good Wi-Fi signal. Great for for those times that you're away from your desk and need to connect with people.
Do not download the mobile app. I'm being flooded with work calls even after uninstalling and putting on do not disturb settings. So far IT hasn't been able to identify or resolve the issue.
I'm not at all receiving any message notifications in my fuze app. each time i open up the app, the chat takes loads of time to load up. the main problem is with notifications. i never get notified of any new messages in my mobile app.
Only rings 1/2 for incoming calls through app on cell. You dont get a chance to answer call at all, but crystal clear when you call back. At times spotty while on desktop, but well overall.
Worst app! I keep on entering the extension numbers but it doesn't connect and stays on robo directory my voice is not going through tried on windows and phone..not working either way..what a waste of time...We did open a ticket but your support engineer said we are unaware of any such issue in your country and couldn't provide any help..just asked to try vpn
Constantly says "Something went wrong. Restart Fuze" This has literally been going on for two and a half months. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled this app at lease six times. I am supposed to be using this for business while I am working from home.. Absolutely useless!
Very poor and buggy app. Our company has decided to use this service, for some reason, and it causes more problems than anything. It still has a long way to go before it can beat out apps like Skype or Microsoft teams.
By far the worst communication app I've ever experienced. Not only is the desktop app terrible (features are a joke, memory hog, unreliable) but the additional steps tip simply use the phone app make this even worse. seriously. garbage.
Great to use. Clear calls, can message using all emojis 😃
Pretty frustrating experience tbh. Calls go straight to voicemail constantly. The voicemail seems to be set up in such a way that if I put my phone to my ear, it takes that as a tap on the screen, and stops my voicemail. Yet, if I try to hold it away from my face, it thinks I want speakerphone, and blasts it into my ear with no way I can figure out to change it. Giving it a second star because it does work when it feels like it.
