The techs are so helpful in chats, for $4.99 a month and constant very questions without exam fees this is awesome! For some things you obviously have to take them in to a vet but this is great, I love the new service!
This company is very, very helpful with any problems that I have with my account or order. They are very helpful in accommodating. The flea drops are just as strong as the market ones and work wonderfully. My cat has had no problems and no fleas since I've been using them. I recommend Fuzzy to everyone to give it a try. You won't regret it.
Only 3 stars because some very important links don't work, and haven't worked for months. But after having to use chat (when the button works) for every subscription management request, they still have not offered an update to fix the problems. I do enjoy the profiles you can set up for each cat though.
I like the app. My only issue was having to keep opening and closing the chat for it to refresh. other then that my experience was great.
Dr.Zietz was great, very helpful, very nice, honestly I wasn't expecting much from the app, but I really liked the video call that I had, I was able to talk through my dog's issue, it was a very good experience.
Highly Recommend Fuzzy...We did not have to go to the Vet and still received e everything we would have if we went of course minus all the extra fees...By far the most affordable visit ever..Who ever put all this together should win a big award..So many advantages by coming here.. A true 10 out of 10 ..

I was broke and given 2 kittens a day old. One was lost and the other thriving and healthy. These people were terrific!
I can't even login to the app because it won't send the code to my phone. I need to cancel my membership before the 7 days are up, but I can't because I can't get into the app. Don't waste your time with this app.
I'm not sure why this app has so many bad reviews, except that if you're trying to use it for a vet visit replacement, that's not really what it's for. What it more appears to be for in my opinion is to keep worried pet parents (like myself) from spending unnecessary money at the actual vet's office, or to let you know if it's a real emergency and you need to take your pet to the vet's office/emergency room. It does this very well and put my mind at ease in a questionable situation.
I will recommend this to everyone. The doc (Dr. Adam C) and techs (Denise and Jordan P) were very helpful and handled me and my situation with kindness and care along with providing all the information I needed and answering any questions I had. Thank you all again. I will definitely keep my membership going. it's worth it's weight in gold.
They charge you even if you cancel before hand. I needed the food for my cat who throws up constantly. This was the cheapest place to but it. I canceled on March 7 2022 before the March 14 2022 deadline. Still got charged $99.
Doeant even deserve 1 star. Purchased cause my cat was sick they charged me 100$ subscription but it never let me log in and my cat passed away and i want my money back. But cant get into the app to talk to customer service.
This app will steal your money and there's nothing you can do about it!! I have tried to cancel my subscription over 5 times before it charged my card. I tried clicking on, "manage subscriptions" and nothing happens! Then I tried clicking on, "order history" and nothing happened! I uninstalled it, and reinstalled it, this time "order history worked and ontop of the screen I clicked on, "chat with us" and the app crashed!!Yesterday, I was charged my $25 and now negative in my bank account.
I'm very pleased with the service they offer. They are very professional and to the point, making it easy for me to help them figure out what's wrong with my pet. The price is reasonable and worth it if you need a quick solution.
I can't cancel my subcripton I used my number but the code never sent there no way for me to log in other then y number so I can not cancel the subcripton it's changing 99$ I don't have and i can't do a thing about it I'm so depressed right now

in this age of being able to get instant gratification on things when your pet is upset or sick they can't tell you what's wrong and you get immediate results from this app to know whether your pet is good or bad and it's just fantastic
No answer from Vet tech. Once you create a chat (which is advertised as 24/7) you are left on unread for over 45 minutes. Although the suggested wait time is 1 minute. Complete waste of time and money. Also I was not able to get a single answer besides "I'm so sorry your dog is going through this." And "Thank you for your patience"
this is amazing and worth the money I just chatted with a live vet on got my questions answered quickly and are so friendly and personable 💕💕💕

Super glitchy, won't let me update info. Since you have to use the app not the website to log in to your existing account, I just canceled my subscription so I don't have to go through the frustration.
Very nice people, but they don't do health certificates for flying Did give me a referral to a vet office nearby.

No more useful than calling your vet, they can't do much of anything. Not worth $25/mo. I had to cancel through my Google account because the subscription page always says my session is expired even when I log out and back in, but all the other account changes work fine. You can cancel through your Google Play subscription list in the Play Store settings if youre having issues. The only upside here is you get a 7 day trial so I didnt waste money.
