VERY good breakfast burritos. But the app is kinda tricky to set up an account. Name, email, etc screen isn't intuitive, doesn't give clear errors. It wouldn't advance until I fooled around with the name. Must have first, space, and at least 1 letter for last. Took several attempts before I "guessed" that that's what was required. Hard to find the menu option for scanning barcodes, from a receipt, to collect points.

I havent had any problems with the app. The food descriptions were good and payment (including tip) was just fine. I was able to modify the items with ease which is GREAT if you want or dont want something on your meal. I havent used the rewards option yet so I guess that will be one to try out and update the review on that at a later time.

As many have pointed out the new rewards aren't as good as before... However, fuzzys did a great job of warning us a month or more in advance to use it, or to see it change. So stop complaining about your missing $50+ dollars of rewards... you rarely spend them anyway if you had that much saved. My issue is related, it's the false advertising on the app description "Earn rewards faster." As many point out spending $150 to redeem for a $8 item is slower than spending $100 to earn $10.

Great idea but needs fixing. About an hour before closing I was trying to make a pick up order and about 40 minutes before closing I finished selecting items and was going to submit, however it says it's too late to make the order. It would've been nice to be notified of the time prior to wasting it. I still went and ordered my food in person and scanned the barcode, it just takes the convenience or of the app if I'm not aware I'm creating an order for nothing.

Both me and my daughter had trouble with this app. Logs you out, deletes your points (before they expire), and password stops working. The website is a little better but just tried to use that and it wouldn't go through it said they are having to high of volume and couldn't complete but we are in the parking lot rn and no. There is no one inside so. Don't even bother with app. Maybe order online if they let you but best bet you'll have to go there in person and go inside.

App works great. Never had an issue with it. The only problem I have is they only let me redeem enough reward point for one item "when using the app", or at least that's what I was told at the restaurant. That's a ridiculous policy. Many places will let you redeem as many points as you have for as much as those points will buy. But the app itself works fine.

Seems just like every other rewards app. Definitely worth getting if you ever eat at Fuzzy's. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because sometimes I have to open the app multiple time because I will open the app and get a pop up saying something about my phone having some rooting problem or something like that, at which point the app auto closes and I just open it again. Other than this issue the app is like any other rewards/ordering app and would be 5 stars.

Everything was great the other way where you can exchange the amount you gained with anything on the menu. Now? I have to wait to unlock what I want. It's a waste of time now. The other way was more convenient because I would order specific things because I'm restricted from a lot of the items.

Updated, see below... As I suspected, we have to spend A LOT (33%-66%) more money to get the equivalent of the old $10 system. Booo! The old rewards system WAS one of the reasons Fuzzy's used to be the go-to place for me and my family. Not so much any more. Update: On 9/27, I used 1000 points to buy a burrito. Prior to, I had 1440 w/ 60 to go until my next reward. After, I have 0 points w/ 330 to go. Do the math & watch your points balance! I reached out to support, but have had no response.

This app was great, but it's now losing some stars since you've implemented a rule change where I can only get points for one purchase every four hours. Um, you guys host a trivia night every week in my town, which means we're sitting there for 2 and a half hours ordering drinks multiple times, but now all of a sudden we can't earn reward points because we're sitting there longer giving you money??? Gtfo, and you can sure as hell bet I'll be cutting back on my drinks there, too!!

They've consistently made the app easier to use but with worse rewards. You used to be able to earn actual items like shirts, then they rebranded for some reason and it was only food, but money toward ANYTHING... Now it's just specific items. And you can't earn points with the minigame. It's objectively worse now.

This app is currently worthless. Unable to make an order currently. The local restaurant is telling people to just call. Considering the current circumstances a restaurant really really needs the advantage of an app like this one. Pop up windows saying that the spicy pork taco is unavailable for curbside pickup..seriously!? Other pop up windows saying you cannot use the time specified even though you've chosen a time two hours from the current time. You're seriously cramping these restaurants!

The previous rewards system has a good flow and feeling of Earned to Redeem ratio. This new system is a joke. Clearly the company was losing money off of it, because the new values for certain items to "redeem" are ridiculous. 1,250 points equals $12.50 spent, to get a $7 salad? That's almost double. I had $20 in rewards cash back and I feel absolutely cheated by this new system. I could've redeemed those points for two salads and a side, and now I can barely afford one. Don't try to pass it off as a "new and better" system when you're actually shiesting customers in the process. Be honest about it.

App crashes. Id actually use the app more if you had nutrition information listed by each item, make it easier to know how many calories Im about to consume. I like being able to order mobile but make it easier to use my points.

Cannot place an order for pickup. Gives error "Oops! The sum of your selected payment method tips must equal the order tip" when I tap Place Order. The total was exactly what was shown as the total on the prior screen (and was auto filled by the app!)

Useless! Apparently the app was updated with more ordering options that make it impossible to place an order. Everything tries to force split payment and gives an error of "Oops the sum of payment methods and tips must match" Good job losing revenue during a pandemic lock down guys

Easy to use and complete the order. Fast and easy. All you can ask for. I did have trouble with the scan your card, but I'm used to entering the payment info. That could be fixed and this app would be ahead of all the others.

The app works fine. They changed the way that they reward you, and took away the money I already had as a balance on my account. They get one star, because they basically stole $20 from me.I know I was rewarded this, but I still spent the money there to justify giving me the reward. I probably won't go back to the fuzzies since they decided to steal the money that I earned.

You should be able to scan receipt for items you actually purchased no matter if you redeemed on same order. If I placed the items separately I would of had the bar code on receipt to scan on app. Great experience - not received food at time of review.

New points system is a major devaluation. Previously you could spend $100 and get a $10 gift card. Now they multiplied the points by 10 to make you feel you have more points when in reality, your points don't go as far. $100+ spend now gets you an item that costs well below $10. Great job guys! ☹

I had signed up before and scanned several previous tickets and this time when tried said I needed to update app so wouldn't do anything until I did and when did it didn't show any points and had to create a new email and password etc. So to say the least very unhappy so far.

i have a better time with this app than most of the reviewers, but using the rewards seems impossible. I earn the rewards by ordering online, but it will not let me use the rewards by ordering online. Then after ordering in store the same day it won't let me use my rewards which costs me money i had not intended on spending. How do i use the freakin rewards i've earned???!!

The app is great. Your communications with your stores is abysmal. I got all excited about a free salad that I had to redeem by a certain date. I tried .. and it just came out of my points. The app is great... your marketing and inter-store comms need some work. 😡

Only thing I don't like about the notifications is that you'll get one on the app and then when you open app it's never shows what the notifications on the app never show up when you open the notification. Like today it' said that there were going to be double points given for all money spent and I just got my order and scan my receipt and only received regular amount of points.

Once I was placing order for breakfast and after going thru menu and doing all the stuff, it says restaurant is not open yet. It should check first if restaurant is open or not before letting user go to menu item.
