Don't bother! Horrible app for Android! If you're looking to reserve parking in the future, if you zoom out on the map to show choices, the date reverts to the current date and time. I don't want to reserve a parking space while I'm driving down the road, but that's apparently the only way this app works. Wonky!
I enjoy the app. It makes parking in downtown easier. Right at the palm of my hands if I need to change or update anything. There is a small discount when using the app as well.
I've tried installing it multiple times in different occasions and it never works. First time it wouldn't accept my Visa pay. Second time it never got past finding the nearest zone. App is slow and unresponsive
Must have. Easy to use. Easy payment system. Save you the hassle of ticket when you lack change or prefer not to use a credit card at the parking kiosk.
Spent 10 minutes setting up the app after I parked.....all was good until 30 minutes later as I was walking back to my car I noticed I was getting a ticket from a police officer, when I took a picture with the app of the back of my car it logged the wrong license plate number some how. The officer already wrote the ticket so he said sorry and that there was nothing he could do. This app just cost me $45 for the fine and a $1.10 to park, I'm now embarrassed because I could have went to Southlake
5 stars if you could extend your parking when a zone has multiple spots. If you move to another spot in the same zone, you have to wait 5-10 minutes to renew with app.
Very easy. I got the meter number and put time on my parking spot without leavinng the car. Can extend the time from the app as well.
The app prints words over other words and the check out button is off screen making it look like you're done before paying. You can do better.
This is the best!! No more debit card and/or change to carry. AND, reminders as to when my tine is running out. you have to start using this app!!!
fort worth used tax payer money to create this app managed by park mobile a company with 1 star ratings everywhere. constantly crashes can't verify payments or cards, locks you out with no way of recovering account.
If you can figure the app out, it's decent. Also no update for almost a year.
Works fine, but takes FOREVER to load. Crashes frequently. On Pixel 3.
By far one of the best city operated parking apps out there (comparing to Boston, Miami, Kansas City, Chicago, etc)

Convenient extortion. nonsense 2hr limit with fees every transaction. Glad I'll never really have to use this again.
It's a good way to park in downtown I just wish they didn't charge extra for paying over the app then in person with coins

Very easy to set up and use. Sometimes the satellite doesn't seem to connect in some parking zones (I guess because of the tall buildings). But you can still email them to report the problem. You can also set up the parking session away from your car, too, in another place with better reception - just remember your zone number so that you can enter it correctly.
