Fwd: the port forwarding app

Hello, can't connect through UDP when using it for Minecraft Simple Voice Chat Server. I've tried to isolate the problem and LAN worked fine. I forwarded from default gateway (eliminating possible problem from internet) and the server said it failed to read package from the client. Please review if there's any bug and update it, thanks.

This app is very useless, but easy to use at the same time. It couldn't open any port and forward for me through my USB Ethernet neither could it even do the forwarding through WiFi. Nonetheless, it does have a user friendly interface, but doesn't have the ability to forward ports in real time especially if the forwarding is done through Mobile Network. Nonetheless, I would recommend you open and forward a port through the netcat software instead of using this software.

Beautiful open source app, and exactly what I need! If only it worked. UDP: can't even connect to the destination. TCP: works well for about a minute, but crashes every time. Even with the app active in foreground, screen on, battery optimization off. So disappointed, wish I could pay for a working solution! Will make issues on GitHub when I get a chance.

It has very simple interface and i would love to have this ready anyday, anytime. I just can't discern if the app actually works. Might be a better idea if i didnt use it as a Hotspot device. Good one.

I tried using this for changing the NAT type for my mobile hotspot connection to my xbox one and it didn't work. I am not sure if I am using the correct port on the sending side tbh but I have tried everything I could think of and this basically has zero influence on my xbox one.

Please make it woking in background and in errors. When some error comes out like when wifi or vpn disconnected, it also stopped working! And stops in all small errors. Please make it working in all situations. Thanks

Works but many a times the port forwarding stops suddenly and then hangs. Please fix this bug. But overall the app is very useful.

This app did help with easing my trouble using a university network where much stuff is blocked, I can now use this app to do more things over my own cellular data line. Looking forward for range port forwarding which immensely helps with the situation more. Add oil developers.

THROUGHT THE udp port not wrorking when i start in bombsquad and it say some function not work and i try 5-7 time i create and it not work please make it better for my game i need to host please fix it! thanks

It does the port forwarding, but will stop itself at random time and need to press "start" again. Sometimes need to restart the app all together.

Works well on Moto one, but seems to poop out running in the background. Could use a notification badge or something to keep it going.

Great concept for an app, but when I go to enter an IP address, a number pad shows up, and there is no way to enter an IPv6 address with it (no colons or letters).

doesnt work , the port is not forwarded device : ONEPLUS A5000_23_191008 It seems there is private routing from the phone to the ISP and NAT so that might be the problem. Only in France ?

My goal was to forward something received on the public side of the phone (from the ISP provider for the phone data) to a device tethering on Wifi. Never worked....

It's not working. Put my PC's ipv4 as the IP and I go online to port scanner and it says all those ports are closed. And because of this I can't run my ark server

This program actually works but ONLY if mobile provider provides a public IP address. Unfortunately most providers doesn't allow a public IP address as default. To get this program usefull is necessary to contact a mobile provider first.

Didn't work on my Galaxy s20 to forward ports. Pc that phone is tethered to still says the ports are closed.

Wonderful App. However, it starts but after 1or 2 minutes it stops, says "broken pipe"

When I try to connect to the port, it says "connection refused" and disconnects.

Doesn't work. Ports are still closed to outside port checkers.

There is no other app on "port forwarder" request. So, your app is best.

for those (including me) who thinks app is not working: make sure you have clicked START button in the action bar

very useful only problem is when phone goes standy, this stops working
