Fwo Smart Motorway

The worst app I have ever seen. For login they demand verification code. The said code is not sent to email and phone number. and there's no way to request for a resend option. Even they didn't mention that the code is sent on mobile number or email. Tried many times but failed to login. Salute to the developer.

SMART----- hilarious......🤣🤣🤣 this app is too much smart that it doesn't even send you the verification code ,unable to get any verification code neither via mail or SMS. too much promotion but in reality such a failure. really disappointed... and I can see alot of negative reviews regarding the same issue but still they didn't even bother to get it fixed...

Like everyone else I'm also stuck at verification code level. Looks like a poor effort by the developer team. I wonder how it got even a 3.2 app rating?? it's a zero at present. I am going to uninstall it and check back in a couple of months. FWO apparently wasted a lot of money on half page newspaper ads.

This app should be renamed as M tag recharge app as this is the only useful feature in this app. No one will use this app for any other purpose like Navigation (using Google Maps) or Travel Prayers and above all FM transmission (seriously). I am unable to view my past trips and / or available M tag balance which was real smartness.

Pathetic app. No info about the error during registration, what it needs what or where is the error. Registration should be simple which is not. Before going towards smart motorways, they should have focused on a smart app.

I didn't receive any code for verification. How am I suppose to use the app without the verification code. Its an excellent initiative but it need sto be done right. Kindly do resolve this issue as I have seen some other reviews highlighting the same problem.

I just installed the app and trying to register as a new user but its not signing me up. The worst part is it does show any error at all, there's a grey box which appears as an error but nothing written. Really confused as I want to recharge my mtag

i have installed this app for about 1 to 2 months, but the problem is that i don't get any verification code for activation of account, the time for receiving the code ends but i don't get any verification code for further proceeding in the app. Indirectly, if this flaw isn't removed then this app is literally useless !

Pathetic interface. Color of the text and background is both gray for notifications so the text doesn't appear. I wasn't even able to register myself on the app.

Very 3rd class support..It's been aprox 2 months I've installed this app, it's stuck on verification. This app is not sending verification code. FWO is a reputed organization and such cheap software development teams is ruining their name. I hope they will correct this issue.

Amazing that our government spends hundreds of thousands of rupees on such apps and the developers who create them only to find out that they are merely low quality UI with zero functionality. At least if you can't improve the looks, get your feeble app working so that it benefits people. Otherwise there is no point in having your app listed on Play Store. It's a waste of space here and on our phones, hence it only deserves a bad review and uninstall for now.

I want to give feedback about smartmotorways app. Please send verification code to anyone who installs app after getting m-tag. It should not be linked with travelling on motorway. I got the m-tag but did not travel. If I get the code I can explore and get familiar with the app before I go on my next journey. Best Regards

I am writing this review, because of zero productivity of this app, Problems includes , How can i sign in with the email address and password that is already registered with in this app. In simple words ,it is not logging in with the credentials. I will gave 5 stars after the troubleshooting.

After installing and sign up an account, I tried to login but it requires a verification code. I didn't receive any code although i tried 3 to 4 times. After logging in and using the features of this app I can make any rating for this app. thanks.

1. Notifications can't be viewed fully either on notification panel or on app 2. No link for notifications in the app. 3. In app feedback does not provide space to provide feedback about app or any problem. 4. An overall app design is required to make it really useful.

My email address is already in use and there is no way i can reset it. if i try to reset it, the app says it has sent a new password to my email address but i never receive it ... so recieved my new password but now the app is asking for a verification code which i don't have.... Please remove this nonsense....

Not a good app, I logged in once on it and after that I am trying after every week but nothing is happening it just stuck at receiving the code option which I think will never arrive.

I am unable to get SMS verification code also I am not getting password reset email. Hope developers are working and will resolve issue soon. This issues seems at server level and it can be resolve with few tunings.

good app but recharge by credit/ debit card has some issues. for example card expiry date dropdown starts from july onward to December. no option from Jan to june. Also it would more helpful if we can check remaining balance.

whatever you want to do, this app won't help. Incomplete work. Only working function, that was much needed, is updating account balance. Thanks.

worst app ever. you can link it to MTag ID by getting MTag ID as input from user and show details of user like balance. pathetic. I think it is not developer's mistake. it is the requirement provider's blunder. may be they dont know what is an app look like. useless app.

It stucks in every step, user interface and design is truly unprofessional and childish. Needs lots of improvements.

A poor app the verify code don't receive after many trying. And ultimately no login. Before the launching any app kindly trial it. It damage the goodwill of motorway. Thanks

waisted 25 minutes and still not able to login. extremely poor GUI. apparently the developers were not selected on merit. 500 characters limit is not enough to properly Express my experience. poor app.

Installed the app for the very first time. Followed the registration process and it says my email is already in use. "Forgot password" functionality is also not working (no email received).

app is not working properly. when sign in then just on wait for verification code and try many times but not receive. when send request for password re set then new password not working. resolve the issue

Very bad experience.....its not working at all. Just wastage of time. Shame for advertising such app on electronic media.

it is really a pathetic app I have been trying to registered myself but registration page doesn't complete registration process and being stuck when pressing the registration button at the bottom so please resolve the issue otherwise don't spread leaflets at motorway for installing this application

Pathetic.... This app is like serving uncooked food to guests. After registeration, it gets stuck on verification code as it does not give semd verification code neither on email nor on mobile. what is the use of promoting sucb apps when it is not functional yet.
