Absolute trash app. Always times out and user unfriendly. Cannot create values with commas in them as the comma is disabled. Could not access the app for over an hour because it would always time out.
Don't waste your time in downloading this app. Can't ever log in...always getting error message regarding timeout. Can't draw lines on charts. Can't customize your chart. Lot sizes set.
This app never worked since I downloaded it. It's terrible please jp.markets take us back to mt4 it is the best. I can't trade with my phone the app is useless. It's bad move for jp.markets clients. It's inconvenient.
Very bad app, cannot draw lines, add indicators on the same window to compare, not user friendly at all. MT4 is by far the best
Can you please put us back to meta trader? This is the worst app ever. What's "BEST"about not being able to choose lower lot sizes, put a stop-loss, mark your lines and etc.? One actually can't do anything on this app except taking a trade and soon regret ever taking it. This is just a ploy to make sure we loose all our monies.
I am really not happy with this Application, just not happy with what's currently happening JP Market.. I think Im going to withdraw all my money and switch to a different, more reliable broker!
Help, can't open app.. It's getting error, it got timed out and then crashed... But I like the app :)
I also hope JP Markets is reading this.... We cannot download an app which some of us never used that will put all our money in jeopardy. I will continue using my laptop until JP Markets fix this problem. I must say i am deeply disappointed
No trendlines no,lines wher u place oder ..it just treble it doesnt need,even one star ... Buy and,sell buttom are too close ul end up pressin one,by mistake ..the,whole,day,its,been loading ..till now,i lost al my profits ...
I'm unable to access my broker via thus app, it's a total waste of time,it keeps saying connection run out of time. I don't know why Jp markets got involved with such a stupid company that can't even get their app running
I think this might be one of the worst apps ever. Why cant i edit my lot sizes properly on the custom option ffs!

This app is just Kak honestly Everytime I try to log in it says connection error even after the phones gets restarted still goes the same thing

Rubbish!!!! JPMarkerts fix your problems, I need to trade on my mt4. Can't even login it keeps saying error. Waste of time and money.
need improvement to develop this app. No high low, spreads indicator and no chart indicator.
This app is terrible don't use it I had a open trade then app stopped working and I lost all my money this app crashes a lot

Useless app keeps telling me connection timeout and JP don't reply when you query about this , I have trades running that I can't close π€
Bloody useless app and this will.make me change my broker as soon as i get access to my accoun cause this cant be .I have spent hours trying to log in but its still saying time out blah blah.
Why don't the developers reply?? Profits are lost. What happens now? Can't even add stop loss on this app. Was in profit now I lost it all. Please remove this useless app.

I've never had a useless app like this. This is just a waiste of time. It keeps saying timed out when I login. Im just glad that JP markets allows withdrawals so that I can join a serious with business broker. What a disappointment from my local broker JP markets.
Dad application you can't even zoom in/out the charts better not to trade
The app is very slow... it takes me 30 min to an hour just to log in
If there was a star for zero I would rate it zero. This has to be the worst trading app on the planet. Don't waste your time downloading it. Besides the fact that you can never log in and it forever times out... you can't customize lot sizes..although it says you can.. no way to draw lines on charts etc etc etc etc. Waste of data and time.
