FXR WiFi fix and rescue

I had been having 2 problems with wifi. Saying it was connected when it wasn't and having to go into airplane mode and out again to fix. Wifi randomly turning itself off, and unable to turn back on without restart. I downloaded and used this app 2 days ago, and have had neither problem since Thank you very much

When you start the test, do not leave the app. You'll see a message and a progress report at the bottom. I didn't notice this on my tablets large screen, and switched to Android's WiFi settings screen, but I switched back to this app after only a few seconds and it still worked anyways. This was the only thing that worked for my HP Touch pad.

I have Samsung S+ and my wifi connection keeps droping down. This application didn't resolve my problem. Furthermore, there is a bug and i need to figure out how to undo it. Now my internet browser keep saying "no connection" even thought it is working. This popup message is annoying.

After updating my galaxy s3 mini to Jellybean 4.1.2 my wifi stopped working. It initially showed "Authentication error" and later kept on continuously connecting and disconnecting. After trying out different rescue apps on play store I finally managed to fix the problem by using this app.

It actually seems to have worked. Wifi was getting constantly dropped with a "authentication" error. Sometimes forcing me to re-enter my key or turn wifi off and on. Been 2 hours and no drops. Was happening every few minutes before so I'm guessing its fixed. Would have loved to have bought you a coffee dev. Thank you.

Downloaded this app on my OnePlus One. My WiFi would show my network was saved and secured but would lose connection and not reconnect when I would leave the network. Had to switch on airplane mode to get it to reconnect. After do loading this, WiFi is fixed! Also, it seems like my battery life is better and there are 2 annoying glitches it seems like ha e since been fixed. This app is nothing short of amazing!

After I updated my radio and installed CM11 on my S3 my phone would have the annoying habit of dropping WiFi and being unable to reconnect until I restarted my phone. This meant that if I left the house at all and came back I would need to restart my phone. This problem would become extremely annoying once I went back to university. This app solved all my problems. I can now disconnect from WiFi networks and be able to reconnect without a restart. This application is truly a godsend! Thank you devs!

I ran the application and with the progress bar it said my wifi was fixed. However, it didn't actually do anything except erase the password I had programmed in there. Not a big deal since I know the pass code. I tried to write my actual wifi problem that i am having in this space here, but not enough space to write.

My galaxy s5 for some reason was not connecting to my wifi. It kept reading "obtaining ip address" I at first downloaded wifi fix and with many tries to fix it with this horrible app there was no success. I then downloaded this wonderful app and after the FIRST run/scan the app told me to restart my phone. I now have wifi and works like it should! Thank you! Saves me a lot on data.

My oneplus one was going wonky on its wifi (not connecting, only uploading when connected). Saw this app on a forum and tried it out. Deactivated and deactivated my profiles, erased my saved wifi networks, but ultimately resolved the wifi issue after it did its thing and asked me to reboot. Really quick and pretty easy.

My phone stopped connecting to wifi some time ago. After going through all the possible solutions to the "saved, secure" problem I decided to try this app. The first time I ran the fix it rebooted in mid process, the second time it finished properly. To my surprise it fixed the problem and I avoided having to the a factory reset. 5 thumbs up!

I'm on my 2nd S6. The first one was seemingly randomly restarting over and over. The Verizon store gave me a new one 3 days later and the new one did the same thing. I was able to determine that the reboots were happening when I was near an open WiFi area and the auto-login scripts we're causing it. This app somehow fixed the problem just before I was about ready to dump this phone for a 3rd. I have no idea what it did but it worked. Thank you.

I used to get a msg 'Error" while trying to connect Wi-Fi. This app fixed it cleanly and Wi-Fi was up and running. After 1 hour the problem resurfaced. Not sure if I can say it really fixes the problem. Others also seem to have same problem.

My Wifi would drop and reconnect every few seconds after I ran the fix its hasn't dropped once. Will update post in a few days to tell you if its really fixed. No less then 24 hours it went back to dropping wifi every few second. So it looks like it didn't fix it

I have spent days on the phone to my service provider, on the phone to my device manufacturer, trying to connect with various other devices, searching the net, watching you YouTube how to fix videos, downloading serval apps and trying to get them to help. Then finally this little gem, solved the problem with my Wifi. I don't know how, but I don't care. I ran the app, then rebooted my phone and presto. Very happy, thank you so much clever developer.

This utility fixed WiFi reception which was lost after upgrading my Samsung Exhilarate to 4.0.4. Only problem remains the WiFi signal strength shown in Settings remains low but upload and download speeds are normal. I had to run FXR 2 times to get this result. You guys write good code!

My Samsung Galaxy 3 (I5800) had difficulty connecting to every wireless network, had very low connection signal even if I stand 1 meter away from the router and stopped downloading at the middle even if the signal was strong. After this patch it works perfectly. Thanks :)

All of a sudden,WiFi on my moto g(first gen) stopped detecting network. Broke my head all evening to get it fixed. Then a friend of mine referred this app to me. And what can I say.. Problem solved in a mins time.. Thank u so much!

I used this phone for 1 year to connect to my home network. Recently it stopped connecting. My Kindle Fire, G-tablet and laptop had no problem making a connection. After weeks of intermittent connections and several reboots of the router and phone, I tried this app. My connection is active again. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping it sticks!

I recently installed Cyanogenmod 7 for my aging Nexus One and the WiFi was super slow. This app managed to repair the WiFi back to full speed, allowing me to hand down my old phone to my sister in working condition. However, the problem occasionally returns and the app needs to be run again, which is why I cannot give it 5 stars.

Anyone who has a Samsung Vibrant knows that wifi issues are the biggest with this phone.Now thanks to this app, i'm fully functioning and connected to my wifi as I post this :-), I haven't been able to connect in weeks and t-mobile couldn't fix. I give this app a million stars if I could

I changed my droid name just like bluetooth name. So my wifi was ballsed up. This app fixed it big time. Tried other apps that did not work but this one is the cats knackers. Please read before giving bad feedback as they dont promise they can help.

I was skeptical of this app working as my wifi was dropping constantly only with my home router, so I thought it was just a router problem. My home router is the only wireless N router I connect to but no other devices at home had this problem. This app has fixed my problem and its been at least a day since I used it with not a single signal drop. Thanks very much

This app fixed forever the recurring fault with WiFi connectivity on the oneplus one phone that many people have experienced. The only other fixes I found all involved rooting and flashing a ROM. This app fixed the problem immediately and easily, without needing to root. Single button press and it started working, and there have been no problems since. Recommend!

This fixes the WiFi Error issue - when I try to enable my wifi, it would show me an "Error" without enabling it. Sometimes it worked for a minute or two, then it would disconnect and get disabled again. After running this app and restarted my device, I was able to connect to wifi. I've been on wifi for the past 30 minutes with no issues. Thank you!

Galaxy S4 - For some reason my wifi was connected but it was the only device on my network that was having issue. Pages would load slowly, occasionally not at all. Videos did not load or were extremely on/off when loading. I tried static ip, power cycling the router, etc etc. As a last resort I tried this. I don't know what it found but it's working well now!

Been having trouble staying connected to my mobile wifi, and i'm close to reformatting my samsung note 3. Ran this app this morning, and i'm just so glad that my wifi connection is now stable. :) - correction : i just got disconnected again

Now fixed - thank you. Samsung S8190N Wifi stayed connected during sleep - then the first scan after the sleep turned it off - FFS. This app fixed the issue (unfortunately it deleted all my stored wifi profiles - but I knew that it was going to do that - and it is a minor inconvenience).
