Need lots of downgrade than upgrade. App is not simple to place an order. Searching itself is tedious with drop downs. Cant see the current price when order is pending, so have to go to quote and keep pressing back button to come to order book section. There's more features but lot more inconvenience as well. Keep it simple. I'm annoyed to use the app. I have great trust with this team. Hope they address the issue or introduce a lite version. If required, I can list out the changes needed.

This is a pathetic app just full of bugs. Can't even add indices or scrips to the watch list, either they don't appear or not allowed to add as 'already existing' which you can never see. Adding indicators is a task in itself, delete the typed word & indicator itself vanishes!! The IT team is poor to say the least as they are unable to fix most of the things and better not even aware. Not a single app in India which is reliable, either they are not user friendly or full of bugs or both

Absolutely zero transparency during the auto square off time. Horrible experiences so far as they try to let you go through maximum losses eventhough there are adequate buyers/sellers as applicable. Not sure if the algorithm is designed that way specifically, if there is one! Additionally, we often see issues with gateway timing out or validation pending issues which are painful. The bottomline is that never put your funds in their hands and if you do, square off all positions before 3:20 PM.

I loved the UI, but to user experience is quite tough at times. Especially when trying to searching the options of stocks and indices. Also, as a user I would like to view the graphs of index as well which is not feasible at all. In the hourly graph view I find it better to have 3hr graph rather than 4hr graph interval.

One suggestion : When I click to open a new page and when selection goes to search box it's better if the keyboard pops up automatically instead of having to reach the top of the screen to click again to bring the keyboard. This saves time while having to search or place an order. Please include this in your coding. So far so good. Thanks.

No change even after updating. Still it is asking to updaten. 1.Logs out everytime, i switch between apps. 2.No option to change indices in the dashboard. Also, it shows only the percentage change not the aboslute. To get absolute value, we need to pull down from top and that is also uneditable. 3. Can't add indices in the watchlist. 4. Charts take years to open. The last update was on 13th May but don't see any change.

I have been using this app since last 1 month and I have few observations.. 1) Its good that lot of options are available but UI is not user friendly. Its very annoying and confusing 2) Taking time to load the chart.There is no buy and sell option in chart window. 3) Font letters are looking very small. Please make the app look attractive and simple so that we can trade faster.

I am using this app from almost 3 months along with web version. I would say that the interface should be more user friendly. Sometimes the watchlist does not work properly and requires good bandwith. If you see the interface of kite, that is quite smooth and navigate easily. So, I think if you should focus on making the interface smooth rather than adding more less used features. Too much features will make the loading of app heavy.

Everything is fine apart from the fact that market orders aren't that quickly executed. There's a delay by a second in both the app and the Web platform. A second is precious. Hope the team works on this and makes the execution of market orders super quick. Dear developer, there is a lag with the market order. When I click on market I should get the current bid/offer rate that I see but instead the order gets executed at the price that appears after a second or so.

You guys transfer the calls in different departments and at the end you disconnect the call in frustration.Do you think I am a fool? Moreover, there is no follow up at all even if I write a mail to you. Your services suck…. I have uninstalled this app. I think this app is not worthy as it contains a lot of anomalies. Whenever I bid an order, it shows an error which leads to frustration. I think it is the worst app I have ever used in my life.

Installed it yesterday after someone wanted me to check this app out if it is any good. Installed it but never received an OTP for guest account. Tried atleast 5-6 times. Anyway, I tried to login using guest account in the morning thinking that since I was trying to create an account in the middle of night their servers might not be Active, guess what now it says your "subscription is expired". Awesome!! Uninstalling it right away. Thanks for wasting people's time.

I have one important suggestion, I draw horizontal lines in the web version for analysis but when i switch to mobile application all horizontal levels disappear from my charts. This issue was there in previous version and it continues to be there in latest version also. All other indicators are visible as saved only horizontal or vertical lines are not visible in mobile app. Please address this issue at the earliest. I would improve the rating once this issue is fixed.

The app is ok from the UI point of view. The bad part is if you have created "Watchlist" on web trading platform then you need to create seperate watchlist on Fyers mobile app. Most of the trading platforms provide same UI and watchlist will remain same as web and mobile platform. They need lot of improvement in the mobile app. Zerodha & Upstox is good in this case.

Why auto logout? I'm looking at the charts, now I want to go back to homepage, or any other page in the app for that matter, and I find the session has timed out?? Such a waste of time having to login each time this happens. Time is a huge factor in trading, so this re-login thing is stupid. Surely you can improve security in some other way?? Fingerprint login perhaps?? Let us stay logged in once IDed...

Login expires randomnly within seconds. This is all you search a scrip and fill the fields in BO and SUBMIT. It asks to login again. After login(4 digit pin), says Order being sumbitted for execution and loading forever. Have to kill the app, login again and at BO sumbit asks to login again. Process repeats. Blocking to place orders. I login on both web and mobile. Ofcourse web order placing has many issues like stop loss/take profit is not allowed in decimals(though It worked earlier for same scrip). In mobile it allows but token expires randomnly. Definitely, need to improve a lot. Fix the bugs. Most are blockers. I will upgrade rating if I see any improvements.

Dissapointed with the app interface. Very unfriendly. The worst thing is about watchlists. Every time I logout the watchlist is gone. Once again I had to add the scribs. How many times we should login in a day. Very worst app every time while placing the order th app asks for login. Because of this I am failing to place the order at required time. Because of this issue I am losing money. If it continues further you are going to loose customers. I am already using upstox which is very good.

even after 6 months the below mentioned features not implemented. I guess you won't care for customer needs. The mobile app is useless, as so many have mentioned about an issue.still you can't able to fix it. Again and again it asks for password. Below is 6 months old review. mobile app not even has portrait mode. i am waiting for this since 6 months.Also i love order modifying on chart as in web. Index addition gives error as already stock exists, while it is not. otherwise app is just ok.

The app gets struck most of the times. You will not be able to place order during the important times of market. This infact has induced me losses despite the fact that my targets were right. This app needs lots of improvement. Moreover its not free trading account. It charges fee every year. Additional to the brokerage and other charges.

Very very worst application and ui and customer support. They keep on forwarding the call. None of the guys responsd to the query. Very bad attitude from the support team. No studies for the chart. Web application is not working and Other desktop application are also a pain. Never ever go for Fyres only for margin. They're charging heavy for the all the other stuffs

App is not useful for mobile trading and charting. During this lockdown we can use FYERS web; web experience is really good. However post lockdown I would like to shift to mobile trading app. But, experience with mobile app is exactly opposite. Need more simplified and clean interface.

Mobile app is very bad in features, it doesn't showing CO, BO, dont have order button on chart and watchlist also have defects. Im a new user, 1st impression is very bad. Try to make it user friendly Update: very bad customer support, no one takes ownership to resolve the issue on why my demat didn't open. They gave some numbers to contact but those are unanswered/swiched off. I can imagine what will happen after i placed an order and some thing happened, how customer service team will help me.

Hi, your web platform is very good and useful especially for scalper. On the chart BUY SELL position display and modification option is outstanding. Only problem I have is, there is no UPI option for fund transfer which is instant n free. Your IMPS and NEFT takes time although its free. SO please make UPI available for fast transfer.

App is really slow while loading charts. Please update this issue. time taken on this while place order would take such long. since charts load very slowly. I don't have reply option. so I'm adding my notes.I'm using Samsung Galaxy note 8. it takes more 6 to 8sec to load chart. Also stocks which I add on app I cant see on web same vice verse. Each time I load first chart comes with save once of 'x' chart and den it switch to proper chart. since I no reply option u can reach me to my email FA1237

Hi, I have recently started trading with fyers app. The platform is an excellent but only one things needs to be improved according to me. There should be some distance required in between T, Q & Chart icons, where we need to go and trade, why because these three buttons are very close to each one. If my finger is little big then I cannot click it in a single attempt what i am looking. Because some times if I touch T, the page open Q and vicevesa for Q due to my big little finger.
