This is not true 3D! TL;DR Fyuse doesn't capture 3D space. Fyuse takes a short video clip amd lets you scrub it forward and backward while viewing it. And I quote: "Fyuse captures space, not time, and allows you to view moments from different angles..." Don't be fooled. The statement above is false. Fyuse captures the *illusion* of space. You cannot truly rotate around an object freely. When you watch a "fyuse," you're just scrubbing back and forth along the timeline of a video clip.
Great concept well executed. The photographer creates a video with the app of a subject that is more or less stationary while the photographer is moving around the subject. Then the app permits the viewer to move around the subject by dragging a finger or tilting the phone. Then people share their creations with other users of the app. Photographers can creatively circle, pass, pan close or more distant subjects. I've wanted something like this for a while!
I absolutely love this app. It's soo cool how you can see people, places , items in 3d view. The only bad thing I can say about it is that I really wish I could export this experience into a format that I can share exactly how it looks in the app. The only format you can export it as is a gif but it really takes away from the full 3d experience where you can either tilt your phone to see the 3d object than in the gif it keeps repeating itself. It's just not the same experience.
Lol. Does not take 3D models, it just makes a gif of you panning around the object. The only added value is a social network which natively supports moving back and forth around the object with your finger. If that's what you want, sure, it's the app for you. Not what I understood from the description though.
Not working in Poco F1. First of all the fyuse app is wonderful. I saw its working in a friend's phone (iphone xs). I installed the same from play store but its not working in my phone ( poco f1) The app remains the same as in screenshot even if i try to lock focus or record by pressing the record button. I really like this app and planning to give 5 rating if it works in my phone.
Really good concept but absolutely trash app!!! You are forced to share your pictures on a network sharing platform and you cant opt out. Quality is extremely bad and over pixelated NOTHING even close to the facebook version all it does is take a vid in slow mo and play few seconds of it back 0 3D in those pictures you can share the pics on a limited social media platform but the recipient needs to login to their website to view it. Absolute bs app!!!!
It's a pretty cool app, but I wish it were a little easier to navigate, finding the sharing function requires some hunting. Also, it would be nice if you could clip the footage and edit the allowable viewing direction following the collection.
I use Fyuse off & on strictly for fun, although if the app could be manually configured so that you would be able to set a specific length of time that it kept capturing so it would be possibly to get 360Β° "Fyuse's" of larger objects like vehicles! If I was able to capture my entire vehicle 360Β° either in one fyuse capture or be able to combine 2 captures together then I'd give 5 stars being that I'd have some use!
for some reason the app is no longer working and it is saying that I am not moving enough and I am trying everything but it will not work. It works very well for a while after I first installed it and then after an update or so it just stopped working altogether. That's why only 3 stars and the edit on my review. Is there something you can tell us to do? I see others have the same issue. And I only installed it on this device so I know it works with the device. but no longer does! Please help us!
Fyuse is a really cool way of giving the viewer a detailed look at a subject/object... I've used it to allow potential buyers to take a closer look at small sculptures and the feedback is really positive. If you're movements are smooth and steady, it really produces some amazing results!
Works OK, but doesn't allow for the photos to be downloaded and shared outside of the app. I keep selecting share to phone to download, and it does nothing. Selected share to Google drive and it does nothing. The only thing I can do with a photo is share it on the feed.
I Really loved using this @ the past concert event my bf & I went 2- got a lot of cool panorama shots of the crowd, us rockin out, & of course the talented musicians on stage! however @1 point it froze & would no longr let me continue takin more videos/ 3D photos which was a bummer- but this is a totally cool app & like how I have the opportunity 2 b inspired by all of the othr creative users that share their shots. THANX 4 this neat app! can't wait to use it when I travel to Beijing China
THIS IS A HARD PASS! Technically does create 3D photo vid. Not exactly a copied feature from a certain fruit phone company & FB fame. As for THIS app, the resulting file is "locked" to the Fyuse platform by default. You have to 'post' your 3D photo to their platform & THEN export it. The process is invasive and sloppy. Ppl looking for this type of app aren't looking to post to a platform no one knows or will see.
Wouldn't allow me to capture anything, constantly getting error that I hadn't moved far enough, even though I'd only just started holding the capture button. Serious lack of troubleshooting or help files either in the app or on the website.
Usually, photography apps only let you do the usual stuff that you can do with your camera with a few improvements. This one however tries to bring something new with rotating photos. Sorta like Google's 360 view. I like the ideea and I think it should get more attention.
On the surface a somewhat useful app, until you come to the realizarion that you are completely locked to their platform. I mean, no GIF export, no Meme editing features of any kind. The single most horrendous disadvantage is that you can't export gifs or webm, mp4... or any other traditional and sharable formats.
A very confusing UI and whilst the photo thingies and quite good, you don't seem to be able to store them anywhere but publicly on their platform. But this might be because the design is so unintuitive. Either way, I'm uninstalling.
Android users look elsewhere. You can ONLY save gifs with this app. Boomerang does that with less effort. What good is an app for 3d photos that won't let you save the photo? I gave it 2 stars because it IS cool..it's just pointless. "Look at this really awesome picture that you cant do anything with!!"
Very unique app, good concept. Unfortunately it had issues, such as. Image zooms to far in once captured Upload quality is poor. These are issues already put forward by other users Basically if another app like this appears on the market and doesn't have the same issues, I would be going with the other app
Doesn't work, says "You didn't move far enough". Not even a single 3d photo worked, no matter how far I moved around the object. Tutorial doesn't help as I'm trying it exactly the same way. Maybe the gyro sensors aren't used properly by the camera app. Pity. Uninstalling. Device: OnePlus 2.
This would be awsome if it wasnt trying to be an image shareing app The tech is cool and fun to play with but the idea of it automatically shareing it to your forums is a real turn off from the entire app. As far as I know you cant private your account or usage so it's really a pointless app for people who dont want to share there things online. Definitely not recommended for that reason alone
It did not help to capture a single photo. I was so excited. Instead of capturing a photo it literally crashed my phone. Tried to go back, nothing happened. luckily after pressing power button multiple times, the power menu popped with a lag. I had to restart my phone to uninstall this goddamn trash app. π
Love This App and have recommended it to several friends. Would like more details of how to save a picture to Google Photos and retain the effect. As it only works when opened in Fyuse itself. But It's a want rather than a hardship.. Thanks Fyuse for a Great Photo experience πβ₯οΈπ
I thank God for finding Panorama 360, it has helped my Landscaping business, as well as my gourmet mushroom operation tremendously. Simply genius! GREAT FUN! The UI is fantastic, easy to navigate, and not without mentioning huge bragging rites when I show people what this piece of wizardry has to offer. I recommend you go ahead and download it right now, and enjoy the world again...simply awesome, to say the least. Bravo!!
An idiotic concept in the name of 3d photos.. It usually takes a short video that can be played for a short duration and as you move the video plays. Totally wastage of time and data. This could have been made more better.
Everyone else's photos look awesome, but ever time I try it doesn't work, and it tells me I haven't moved the camera far enough. There is little to no instruction other than a brief video showing a hand moving the phone from left to right.
This just basically makes short video clips. maybe I am not using it right, but even in the demo images, tilting your phone just plays the video. they seem to map out points, but I am not sure why or what it is doing. Maybe it is for video stabilization. it is not the effect I was looking for. Still, the interface is easy to use.
