~*~The App works just Fine!!!~*~ This app works just fine on my Samsung Galaxy S10e ~ I absolutely LaLaLoVe this app!!! Spin the wheel everyday for FREE Reward Points. Shopping and Checkout is a Breeze. I highly recommend this app....It's easy to use and I like how my reward points can be used with any of the Guess apps. Bonus time you get free shipping and a discount on your 1st purchase through the app. Give it a try....if it doesn't work on ur device uninstall it.
The app is working better but it has a glitch with the wheel challenge. Every time you get a prize over 20 points you don't get them added to your account. I sent a message to customer service and after a few days I have not received a response.
Keep fixing bugs and glitches... app crashes down and gives me so much trouble at checkout.
This app is horrible, constantly freezing and loading and then says its having trouble to wait or exit.
Still can't open the app. Been down for about 3 weeks now on my end.

App wouldn't accept my guess list login. Wouldn't allow me to reset my password. Wouldn't allow me to sign up for a new guess list account because I couldn't get the birthday to change the year. It kept reverting to 1980 even though I switched it several ways to my correct birth year. It would keep reverting back. I got frustrated and uninstalled the app. Tried using the app with the new update and it still won't accept my password even though I can log on through the website. I can't even look at the products because it won't load. What a waste.
Every time I try and look at stuff the app will kick me off and close down saying it's not working iv tryed Multiple times on different days....I am done trying
I can't login on the mobile app
This app doesn't work properly. every time it sends me a notification of a sale when I click on to it, it says contents not available
I decided to edit my review after the app's update. After the update, this app doesn't only work properly, the accessibility and use of this app is so much simpler. I absolutely love this app now just like the clothes! This is definitely a 180° turn from flat out not opening. Keep up the great work!

The new version of this app has a really cool twist on the shop section! I love how long I can stay in the app just looking at all the products!
This is my favorite place to shop. The clothes are great and affordable. They always have great suggestions after taking the style quiz. Absolutely love this app!

I liked this app because I enjoyed browsing the clothing available. However, lately, both the Guess and G by Guess apps are continuously crashing. I'll be doing something else on my phone and I'll suddenly get notification pop-ups that the app has stopped working. And the notification will keep popping up every 2-3 seconds until I go in and troubleshoot it. Then it'll be good for a few days and then spontaneously return to having the same issue. Unfortunately, I was forced to uninstall both apps because of this.

Won't load the shopping bag. It's super slow openning and when you add something to the shopping cart and try to go to the cart the app just crashes. I tried updating the app and it does the exact samething. It's useless if I can't use the app. Whats the point of having it if I can't purchase anything. You would thing they would want that to work as that's how they make money.
