It's useable but it would be way better if the app lock was fixed so it actually keeps your app's locked all the time. Because as it currently is the app lock doesn't keep my settings locked properly.

Seems nice and light, but is missing some options like after how many minutes the app lock should lock an app, also lost protection is too tightly integrated to the app protection, meaning the screen is flickering heavily whenever I receive a phone call or the alarm is triggered and it is very hard to perform action other than cold reboot of the phone...
Certain updates of this app cause it to stop being active in the background until the user opens it up and goes through the intro screens again.It could be months before you discover this has happened and in the meanwhile you device is not being protected and new app installs not scanned. Totally unacceptable practice for a security app.
For every 'incoming call ring' the password input interface flickers. As a result, I am able to neither input password nor answer the incoming call. I have put my 'phone app' under password protected apps. Developers if fixes this issue, that will be great update.
So far it seems like a very good security program for your Android. Please add a dark theme or another theme. Awesome antivirus "S Klasse" Mercedes of antivirus ,very easy on the android user friendly dashboard
(Edit 3-21-19 update today fixed issue). Ap worked great until recent update. It was constantly asking to allow permission, but does not show what permission it needs, just an okay button. I went into settings and gave Internet Security ALL permissions available but it kept asking for permission. The actual securirty seems to work fine, just this annoying permission message. Issue fixed with new mid March 2019 update.
I bought the app for my laptop. The package is for one PC and one Android Smartphone. It is misbehaving on my PC and unable to activate on my android phone. Only trial version is working on my android phone as attempts to activate the full version are futile.
Please explain why, after the recent app update of gdata, I got "downgraded" to the light version from the full paid one? I am still having a valid license. I had to uninstall light version (to which my app was downgraded with the update) log in via website and erase my device, download apk from website download, install it and activate it with my license... Now it works again 🤷🏻♂️ Only question: As everything worked why did the uodate brake it and had to do all these steps..? Update/fixed👍
I paid for a full license (NGN1900) via my First mobile app and I was requested to choose a unique subscriber identifier number, which I did. Now I'm surprised my ID cannot be verified after downloading the app. Please I'd like clarification on this issue.
I am going to start with yes I am having a hard time with getting a security system that will be able to make it so other people can not be able to get to my phone's . I have an still am having issues with my phone get to be over ran by some one else an not by me the one that is owner of the phone. Im so much looking forward to the chance to finally have a system that will be able to make it so that I can stop people from taking over my phone as well as who an why. Still waiting for that .
Something is wrong with the app locking feature. Took me 45+minutes to get into my phone. The pin screen would suddenly turn blank white. Repeatedly. Uninstalled.
It's very freak application antivirus when I installed the gdata application for about 1 hour my cell phone suddenly got hot and I didn't feel comfortable using this antivirus Please fixed that's your application performance. thanks
I like the windows version. I bought a license and it worked. In the windows app it said that I could get it for Android, but when I tried to log in with my account it said it was invalid. I PAID FOR A LICENSE.
Germany based. Persistent good performance in AV test. Respect your privacy ( only one tracker, which is also based in privacy friendly country ). Double engine for protection. What U need more ?
Used for years but suddenly chomping battery. The latest update shows as now taking 35%of my battery usage. Surely this can't be right?
As a Germany based co. I first tried Avira, but after scanning with 'ClassyShark3xodus' found 11 notorious trackers inbuilt with Avira. Then I find G Data, - same jurisdiction AND only one necessary tracker which is also based in a privacy-safe jurisdiction. 🙂
This is the best there is, effective and light on resources, for mobiles and desktop computers. How can I tell? I've tried them all. That's how. Yes, it took time and a lot of careful testing to come to this conclusion.
Tried to start trial and 'an unknown error occurred'
I made 1year subscription, but my license is still expired. Support is not answering my emails. I'ts not how that should work.
Guys I'm debating whether or not I'm going with you or Bitdefender.. I would love too see the web browser scan work with more than Chrome and Firefox, I use opera. If you had that you guys would win hands down.
Unable to allow all files access. All files access setting does not list the app. Apps settings does not list the app. Restarting the tablet did not change this.
