G-MoN is a Wardriving scanner to collect and map all received wifi access points. It is also a 2G/3G netmonitor and field test drive tool for radio planning engineers. Needs enabled GPS for correct position in map!
To import a V3.0 (decimal cell data and coordinates without characters) CLF file, remove all comment lines, rename it to import.clf and copy it to /sdcard/gmon/ then start import CLF from menu.
You can log GSM or UMTS RX levels into a kml file for Google Earth or a csv file. There are 5 color groups for different levels. These levels can be defined by the user in the settings menue. This file is saved into the gmon folder on the sdcard or external memory. When the log is running, the G-MoN Notification Icon changes color to red. 2G/3G logging does not work when the screen is off!

Please update this for Android 9 and 10 as it keeps complaining that it was built for an older version of Android and won't work properly.
Gives you all the network information plus some. It's very thorough app accurate nice simple interface if you're a techie or cellular nerd this app is right up your alley
Phone is completely hanged, screen is not is responding after installing the app.

doesn't find my cell site area. my wifi router shows up 2 blocks away from my house. not of any use.
its a good apps, but can't run map if the android version more than 9
it not work properly..waste app... ask continuely to Wi-Fi allow it.... allow Wi-Fi than wife allow it

good app but a dialogue keeps flashing that GmOn is trying to turn WiFi On or off.
Only shows me on the map, don't show any cells, ,where do i get CLF from,...although i select imperial, lt still shows metric on the map.....uninstall

Forces my phones WiFi on so impossible to do correct volte calls. Does anybody know why this would be happening and know a fix
The app might be good, but preventing you from exiting when you don't want to give it a permission by repeatedly throwing a permission prompt screen that prevents interaction with the phone in normal ways earns this app an uninstall
The app requested permission to turn my WiFi on and got itself into a loop. The only way I could get rid of it was to reboot the phone. Clicking both 'accept' and 'deny' did nothing to remove it.
