G-Pix [Android Q] Dark EMUI 8/5/9 THEME

The notifications are still not dark (I don't know whether EMUI 9 supports that or not). Although, the notifications on the lock screen are black... There are still some issues left to resolve in this latest update. The options in notifications (like Dismiss and Snooze option in alarm notification when the screen is on) are white in colour which makes it impossible to operate over the white notification. The toggles in the Settings app have same blue colour whether the switch is on or off...

There are problems with some parts of menu. For example, when you open your HuaweiID, you see just a loading circle instead of text with information. Also I don't see the icon of gallery at the down of screen, when I apply new wallpaper. I don't see the text in the messages, that are used in setting of text.

Great looking theme! Just 1 issue & 1 suggestion. Issue: In notifications, the action items (For ex. "reply, mark as read" in WhatsApp) are so dark, they are almost invisible. Having them the same color as notification text would be perfect. Suggestion: Background of quick toggle settings could be pitch black too. (Tried on Emui 9)

PLEASE FIX THE FOLLOWING: (1) In "My Files" there's a problem with the bar at the bottom. It's still white. (2) In the "Notes" the button for adding notes is appears as a white circle and is missing the "+" sign. (3) Some notifications are not readable. Please fix the font color to white when the notification color is grey.

Excellent app. Works perfectly fine with Emui 9.1. It would be nice if the black was a lighter shade(more like google play store dark mode) bcoz the contrast is touch much in the settings and optimize app. There's also a issue in notepad app, I cannot take notes as the text is black by default.

It is pretty great, just some screens have some problems. Like the newly added ride mode has a white background in it's options and the phone ringtone selection page turns the text purplish, I would have preferred the names to be white, looks better in my opinion. Great job with the icons guys

Installed this app 2 days ago. Haven't experienced any issues and, yet, still a better (dark mode) alternative than to risk turning my 3 year old device into a lovely paperweight. 🤓Keep up the great work, guys! 🤓 P. S. Donating for an ad free version would be sweet. 👌🏾

Almost perfect on my Honor view 20 (Magic UI 2.1.0) , and that's great since Magic UI looks a little crippled when compared to Emui ( no option for darken interface in settings/battery, for example).. Thank you for this, finally got rid of all that white/bright layout on my View20.. 5 stars for sure... Donation on the way..

Very nice theme but in certain light conditions a black and white dial pad would be much easier to read than black and blue. Second option would be same blue that has been used for pull down menu and volume.

Lovely theme overall - thank you! Minor recommendation: Increasing the contrast on the quick setting tiles (making disabled tiles darker). Right now it's a bit hard to tell with a quick glance, what's actually enabled/disabled.

This is one of the nicest dark theme for emui 9 but still can improve. Since all the system app changed to dark mode, you still left the video and music app yet to be black. Can you make these to be black too?And also for those system pop-up, some theme manage to make it black with white fonts. Thank you. Definetely going for 5 star since none other theme that include video app and pop-up in dark mode.

Since the last EMUI 9.1 update this app doesn't work any longer. Everything is white. The notification panel, settings, contacts, messaging inbox and literally everywhere except the dark wallpaper. Please please fix it ASAP. Thank you

this app worked greater than i thought although i have one complain my device is honor 7c and the battery icon in the notification bar looks weird its supposed to be horizontal but the theme has vertical so now its both and it doesnt look good! pls fix this and ill give a 5 star review. Edit: I had to restart the device and thanfully its working perfectly now!

Nice black theme out of so many. This works well with emui 9. I personally don't like it's icons hence customize wallpaper & icons from another black theme. This theme is least buggy & works in 98% of the emui functions. Great job done by the developer.

I love this theme! It looks awesome. Just some minor setbacks: battery icon is not working right, permission settings icon color is to dark, and other color problems in settings. If this could be fixed it deserves a 5+ stars! Great work, please fix problems.

The battery icon is an issue...but after the new update in emui 8(when the navigation gestures was added) the icons in the status bar were not changing when this theme was installed. But before the update this was my favourite theme. Hope you fix it soon.(pls fix it soon)

Everything in setting is black including text, you need to fix it. This would have a 5 star rating if only not for the disappointing setup with the black text on black background.

Overall this is a good theme but the only issue is with the lock screen notifications cards where everything is blacked out and because of it its almost impossible to read the notifications.

In messaging, the bar at the top where it says 'Messages' is not black. Also when i adjust screen brightness the adjustment bar turns white. (Honor 10)

works exactly as intended, my one problem with it though is that some icons look like the default ones and some don't. im using nova launcher but when I tried it on the default launcher everything worked perfectly. I'm using an honor play.

The notification icons (Ex: WiFi) and the icons in settings are still the same like the old one. Its not like what is shown in the pictures. I am running EMUI 8

Dark theme worked in settings and contacts but not in messages. But problem was the text was all in black, didn't change to white so I couldn't read any phone numbers or settings. Most stupid thing I've ever seen

At last a black theme for emui 9 . Everything is working fine but the notification shade is broken. Please fix it in new update ASAP.It would be great if you could add an option for light notification.

This app is honestly amazing, it supports my huawei p20 perfectly, the only thing is maybe the colour could be a bit more vibrant, but that's just because I'm very picky with colours, it supports most apps and is easy to use!

It is not even complete the settings is blacked out because the font is the same colour as the dark theme and many others. If it is completed then it is good

stopped working after update to 9.1 EMUI the notification bar remains white and settings become dark but along with the text so it's basically invisible. Reboot doesn't help.

I downloaded it because I wanted to read at night and the bright screen was distracting, but even then my screen was white while only some of the other apps had a black screen. After that I uninstalles it but my settings is still black and I just want it to go back to normal can someone tell me how to fix this?

Themed doesn't look good, everything is dark alright but it feel forced, like contact and messaging could be all black instead of blue and black which doesn't match at all

I prefer having a 'material' dark mode, but this emui theme have this deep black instead. I have emui 8 and some huawei native app is a mess; some text remain black, search bars are not emphasized, and other panels remains white. But i prefer the icons in this theme compared to other themes the developer posted here in play store

Great ui, but theres a problem... In settings on my huawei p20 lite, emui9.1(i dont know if this affects everyone), the font is as black as the background. i can only see the icons and thats basically it. Also, i wouldve liked play store and other google services to be in dark-mode as well
