I don't find it at all user friendly. My devices do not show on the app and there is no option to activate them. The app reacts very slowly to commands or choices. We use G-Web Ultra device and this app doesn't even provide instruction on how to activate devices or how the app works. I cannot even search by unit number only names and we have 42 units, I don't know everyone of the 210 tenants' names
Highly frustrating app, balance request took forever to load. It was loading .... for almost 24hrs and couldn't get current logs, had to reset the unit and lost over 24hrs of logs. Constantly have to sync and refresh to receive logs, firmware update also takes forever to update with no success !
A useless app, no calls coming through to my phone or my hubby's, can't open the gate from our phones, can't see the balance.... Most expensive useless thing we have ever experienced 😩😩

App does not self populate from the website. Cannot get any devices active on app. Support tells me I am the only one thst has this problem. Not true according to the reviews. The tell me to drive 500km to bring my phone to them to sort out. Ridiculous Apo and useless support!!!!!
Even though my configuration is working at the first time of installation am really frustrated now, why because it takes me more than 3 to 5 minutes for my G Ultra application to load or may not even load if I want to go back and work on other configurations or anything else.
Cant even log in, after entering password and clicking login. It then clears the password. I have tried this many many times but still wont log me in. Even after resetting my password.. very poor.
Beware! This app asks you for your personal details. It then sends you a link which doesn't work. This is very suspicious. You end up with no functionality but they have your details.
I've done every thing but it has not yet sent me the confirmation email so I cant set it up.... but it sends me email to renew my password..... now I cant do anything further with this app...
More often than not, my gate does not respond to my App! I then have to phone the gate to get a response, but for the millionth time today, my gate opened again on command of the App, after I have closed it with a phone call
The app is not login me in .it says wrong username,password but I can log in using the same username and password of my laptop. Try to reset the password, same problem.it only works on my laptop.help please !
App refuses to accept my email address. Despite trying to register with three. Fully working addresses
No defices found on App, but on web browser all found and connected. App do not pick up any defices
Wizard setup not working. Even if I select electric fence and alarm, it setup for gate motor only.

Link sent by email does not work and is out of service or moved. Copy and paste of the link also don't work
This is an useless system ....it goes off all the time and then it is a struggle to get it back
Support does not come back to you and app Struggles to load airtime or data.all ways failing

Not great at all. My area has poor vodacom network. I then chose Cell C. The gate now can call but the app is still stuck on vodacom network and as a result I can't tell how much airtime/data do I have. I was told to unistall and reinstall but that did not work at all. Update 10.02.2020 Discovered that I needed to switch off the device and switch it back on. That solved the issue, though the call centre had said to me to uninstall and reinstall the app (this doesn't solve the issue).
