Great unbrickable tweaks for yout G3, which is seriously outdated and archaiic now.
Does not work properly on pie
This app is amazing it allows for many customizations you would need other Roms for. I just wish we could have an option to switch between the old app icon and new one ( I liked the old one) and can you fix the tinted bars for the new google+ and play store updates
Incredible app, for me it has made having a custom ROM unnecessary. Adding long press functions for the navigation bar (particularly switch to last open app) makes the phone easier to use and multitasking faster and easier. My favourite battery option is having just the percentage but there is no charging animation if you do this sadly.
Although there is still room for improvement since it is a paid app, overall it works like charm. Running it on G2 with cloudy g3 rom. One suggestion tho, I see that app is updating a lot, it would be really nice to write short update details on What's new part, even if it's just a tiny one.
Overall app us awesome. But one issue starting to hurt me that after the installation of this app wifi toggle button in notification pane has stopped working. Whenever I tap it to turn on my wifi the mobile screen gets locked. Off feature works fine. Waiting for the developer to fix this bug
It's a very greattt app.. But i got a problem!! I upgraded to lollipop and installed G3TB 1.4.1 RC3 from the internet and bought the unlocker from google play.. And when i open G3TB i can see the tweaks options but nothing happens when i tap them, like I'm stuck on the main screen :( help please
Tinted bars Mod feature seems to be only compatible with a very few number of apps. Most of the Google Apps do not support that feature, which is a big shame. Also, I would like an option to, instead of forcing the status bar shadow in all apps, remove the shadow on all of them. New features like reorienting the volume keys when rotation is changed would also be great. Hope to hear from you. Thanks.
Love this app/module just wishing it had a feature or 2 in it that would make it outstanding for me, 1st being the ability to grab the nova actions intent from the nav bar long presses, wanna link greenify/screen turnoff as well as linking my quick testing through textra, and second to always show the menu key in only the far right side of the nav bar.... Those would both make my year
Been updating this for Lollipop via the XDA thread. I ran into an issue and had to email the developer. He replied with a solution within 15 min. 2 apps every G3 owner should buy: G3 Tweaksbox & Titanium Backup Pro (TI seems a bit pricey but it's actually quite generous for what you get.) G3 Tweaksbox is still 5 stars and runs beautifully on 5.0 Roms (and no you don't have to purchase it again if you already bought the KK version.)
Worked great with KK but have LP now and it doesn't recognize that xposed is installed. Have tried 3 different versions of xposed, 78, 79 and 80 and same result everytime I open it it say it is not activated in xposed.
Forget flashing highly customizable, unstable ROMs. This will give you all the customization you want, and then some on any ROM. With seemingly no stability loss. Best app ever. Couldn't see myself go without it.
Doesn't work on G3 running cloudy 2.1 with xposed framework installed Tweak box activated in xposed installer but when you open G3 tweak box it says no xposed detected
Many useful tweaks and tricks that every G3 should have. Tons of settings and options which will make any other root utility obsolete. However beware to have to pay for all the settings. Also, having to reboot the phone to activate any settings is VERY tedious, so be careful. Otherwise, an excellent, must-have app!
I tried several mods and not a single one worked. Also hate that there's no preview. You have to select then restart to see changes so if you don't like something it's a long trial and error process.
I payed for the unlocker some time ago. Recently all my modifications dissapeared and I am prompted with a message to buy the unlocker. I did not have the time to sort it out so I bought it again. Its still locked. Fix it.
A must have for G3 owners who are rooted. Allows you to fix so many things that LG and Google think work but really should be user controlled. The only thing that doesn't seem to work is hiding the do not disturb notification on Marshmallow.
Works very well, it allowed me to replace the 4G icon with the LTE icon by changing the status bar icon set to aosp. I'm currently using Cloudy G3 rom.
I paid for this app and now i have to pay again to get pro features. I would appreciate a refund for the first time i paid so i can buy the new pro app.
for some reason no matter how many times I enable in xposed and restart my phone the app will,not recognize that it is enabled (on a v10 stock Rom rooted ). I know it is not meant for the v10 but I'd heard that at least some features work and this app made my g3 perfect - I want that now too. any suggestions? (I'm using the 1.5.1 version of the app with xposed v78 alpha 3 for lollipop thats fully working, tweaksbox just wont boot up)
This app offers some good features as GravityBox module does in XPosed framework. One thing special is that this app can disable the wireless charging notification and that is the main reason I use it. Love it app in KitKat ROM !! Since recent upgrade to Lollipop for G3 phone, this app does not work anymore. The sound of wireless charging notification is really annoying. Give it 4 stars for the success in the past, the missing 5th star will come back when it works in Lollipop.
This does not work, period. It says im missing xposed framework. I go to download xposed framework and it takes me to the playstore to download this app.
Good but I bought the full version and it doesn't recognize it. I have two Google account I bought it under my primary one but the app only recognizes my secondary account now. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled. The only thing that works is removing my secondary Google account. Please fix and will give five stars.
Any interest in looking at the somewhat common issue with G3's misidentifying audio input (aux cable or mic) as a headset? This is an issue because in headset mode, it skips music as it tries to react to commands. I'm guessing this is a hardware issue with the aux port but there must be a way to completely disable headset mode, right?
The developer has to stop working on the app due to personal reasons but is hopefully back now.
This is a great app and very easy to use. Thank you 😁 For the people who say it does not work , read the directions you need to be rooted and install xposed. This app makes my stock rooted LG G3 like a custom rom
Useless. After getting a pop up Error message immediately upon install that tried to redirect me to some forum, immediately uninstalled.
