App just quit working, says No VTO connected. Shows the camera and all we get is a black screen. What is going on???

What's going on with the playback feature? Anytime I try to access it the app fails and shuts down. I get a call that my garage door is open but can't find out what happened if I can't review footage! Ugh!

I use the default dahua app because this i cant view 90% of the cameras. Thier support is no help.

Double tapping the camera allows for a larger picture. My reason for 4 stars is because it will not let me add the same in address with different username and password. I have 2 children and have to log out and in to access the cameras 1 at a time. Unless there is a work around, I can't figure it out. Please update the app so I can add the same ip address with different log ins!!!

What happened to the original camera set up. This is not the app I signed up for. This has 4 little pictures and they do not rotate to a larger picture. This is awful.
