Since it updated, most of the time when I push sign in button it dies nothing have to close app and start it again to sign in, then it doesn't let me get past sign in page. Just some bugs that need worked out. Colors are pretty, but app isn't working properly. And I would think k maybe it's my phone, but I actually log in on 2 separate devices and same problem.

Convenient and prompt to let me know about activity. The app is slow to respond to user focus. For example, each time a new page loads it doesn't bring the keyboard to the front until it seems like it didn't notice the "click" on the field. I tend to click again as I see the keyboard flash up, then back down warranting another "click" to restore the keyboard. Maybe it's a layer of security, but it's definitely the only app I've seen this issue. Always, a "bank" needs 1-2 days to send $ to yours.

Who gave you 5 stars? Cant see total i owe at any point in the app, when you want to make a payment it basically takes you to website in the app you have to put in all the information case number etc after you already login. If you are behind or anything you won't get notified in the app or text or email but actual mail that could get lost or never received. It's horrific and a set up basically. Unbelievable.

Always issues with this app, error messages whenever you click on anything FAQ related... The agents are rude! They never documents the case information correctly whenever I call in. GHETTO... what more can we really expect. No one goes above and beyond. Mediocrity at BEST. Sad.

It sucked I had to go to another site and make the payment. Then still couldn't get everything done that I needed to. It is awful site. It asks for logins and password on everything and won't except the main login and password. Confusing and in the end it still didn't do what I needed to do.

this app is absolutely pointless. It gives no information. The previous app for Eppicard was much better. You could look at your balance and previous transactions, and payments received; this app let's you do none of that. All you can see are you parents received.

Amazing..easy to use, able to text to an agent through app, all case notifications come In a timely matter and case notes even if you have more than one case..everything is right in app. You can even load up documents, update info etc. I love it. So convenient not to have to wait on phone for an agent or having to drive to a child support office. Absolutely love app thank you for creating this it was much needed and appreciated

Haven't received an update in 4 months. I started my case February of 2021 and they still haven't served him. I've been trying to use the app and it says it's loading and then stops. I can't login. It needs an update.

This app is useless to me now. Everytime the log in page appears, a cover page pops up to notify me a 3.2 Version is available. It provides me the "Update Now" button, but It then freezes and I can no longer proceed with the app. Why is this? Im irritated with it and about fed up. Someone help, please.

Update issue is not fixed!!!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled app and still get the same error!!!! You can reply to the same posts a 100 times stating the issue is resolved but that doesn't make it so!!! UPDATE ISSUE IS NOT FIXED!!!! Spend more time addressing the problem/error and less time replying with FALSE information!!!

The app is convenient. However, the processing time of payments is very slow. It shouldn't take 4 days for a payment to be received and deposited into my account. Also, the app doesn't update the support order amount to show that payments are being made by the non-custodial parent.

My document uploads and other request are processed and updated in a timely matter. The notification settings allow me to stay connected to what's going on with payments, an appointment or just any other case information. The system is user friendly.

I can download the app just fine. You people make everyone go through a third party to make a payment. This is unprofessional. Hire someone to set it up where you can take credit/debit cards directly instead of making people jump through hoops just to make a payment. You people make it hard on fathers just to make payments, on top of robbing everyone with outrageous payments.

The app is like Child Support Services, a joke and needs to be overhauled. I was told to use the app to submit payments and documents, but the problem is you have to put an IRN number to register. I don't have one. I'm the one making payments. I don't have a card.... Not to mention the FAQ page doesn't even work. Nowadays you can't even go to their offices. Worthless....

Terrible. This app works no better than trying online or by phone. Getting HELP would actually be a good thing. Please do not respond witn an emsil to get help. The emails bounce back stating the email is undeliverable. So frustrated!

The app may be good or it may not. I can't get it to load. However the DFACS support for this is HORRIBLE. they are rude, non helpful , and short. Brand new cell phone over 50% storage left and excellent WIFI connection. can log in and when attempted to upload license the app STOPS. I have tried other phones, and work computers. Called toll free Dept. of Family/children services to explain bout app. They quickly stated it was NOT their app. it HAD to be the phone. Asked if could use another computer (with employer's permission) she stated NO. it had to be mobile phone. I asked if I could try another mobile phone. NO she said it had to be the phone the person set app up with. Which makes NO SENSE. She REFUSED fax,email and the actual DCSS WEBSITE. I am DISGUSTED my tax dollars pay for this woman to have a job.

You're very limited to the basic things with the app. To email an agent or live chat, you have to open an internet browser instead of using the app. There's also no way to apply for services on it...

Shelby!! Hey Girl Hey! The exact same thing is happening to me! i uninstalled and did it again but same thing. What I need isnt available on the website. Grrrr... Ok so Im updating because I played with it and when I immediately hit the menu button on the top left, right when it popped up, it did its little update thing and now its gone. Hope that helps.

Didn't work when I downloaded it. Its just as worthless as the GA DSS always is. Since the new site isn't working, how about you give us the old one back until it is. Or here's an idea, test it and make sure its working before you roll it out. I mean that's common sense. It seems like this app has been out for a few months and isn't working yet?

Everytime you try to log in it will tell you your password is wrong. How can it be wrong if it's your IRN# or social? So you have to re- set everything up again. This happens on the website and the app everytime you try to log in. I believe this is intentional.

heard of the app thought it was great downloaded it could not get into it everytime I hit Register or sign-in give me a black screen you have to jump hoops to get any kind of technical support by the time you get any kind of support you thinking is it worth the hassle
