Like most people, I got the "you don't have 2 factor authentication set up" message trying to log in (-1⭐). I had to go back to the browser to set up 2FA before I could log in. After that, I had no trouble changing my address (free once per some time period). It also shows your driver record points (moving violations). It can also (I didn't use these) do renewals, reinstatements & some other stuff. Wish they'd let you set up 2FA with an authenticator app like Google or Microsoft authenticators.

Set up my account, checked my email for confirmation that the account was set up properly, then tried to login. Unable to login. Keep getting the error message that two-factor authorization is not enabled on my account. The message instructs me to login to my e-services account to change the settings. Uh, HELLO??? How am I supposed to login and change the settings IF YOU WON'T LET ME LOGIN?? I've come across some crazy stuff before, but this one is ridiculous. Nice to see tax dollars at work.

The app keeps telling me my time is expired when I've only been on for 1 minute. I'm trying to apply for a missing license and I cant recover any of my information because as soon as I get to the last line it ends my session.

Horrible app, requires me to put in a security code each time I log on. Additionally there is no way to order a replacement drivers license on the app like your site said I could.

Works as advertised. Wish it would automatically set up 2 factor ID durring set up. You have to set it up online after getting the conformation email of account creation.

Just installed it after making an account and verifying I can log in prior (on Desktop). Try to use the exact same info on the app, get a notification about it locking my account after 6 failed attempts, absolutely useless. It doesn't even work when you know damn well the info is correct. Stop pushing garbage unless it actually WORKS.

What a shame of app. Links do not work. Can't sign up. The web page also is so broken. Shame on the tech department and the heads of DDS.

Trash app but what can you expect from anything created and run by the government... I forgot my password so I click on the "forgot password" button and I expect the usual web page where you either type in an email or a catch phrase... no it takes you to your browser where it then asks you to make an account since... apparently reseting a password is considered an "online feature" that needs an account logged in to function.. what the fu.....

Cant login. Requires 2fa. Set up my account. Got email confirmation. Tried to login, requires me to setup 2fa, but provides no way to set it up since I cant login to eservices. This is an app bug which completely prevents using the app for any useful purpose.

I've had this app for awhile now and never really had an issue until now. Worked just fine, I could log in, change password, all that without a problem. Now as soon as I open the app and error message pops up that you have to dismiss, then I enter my log in info click sign in and it does the loading symbol thing but never actually logs in just stays on the log in page.

The app needs work (I mean the last update was July 2019). I like how there's an option to do certain things without having to login. The issue that (MANY) people have is that, there is an error message that pops up, and when you hit "Dismiss", it closes out EVERYTHING. All I need to do is pay a fee, and I've had to restart THREE times because of that message. Fixing that would be a BIG help.

I'm trying to change my road test appointment, because apparently the app is the only place you can do that, and it keeps having an error. It either thinks I don't have cookies enabled(which I do. There's no setting to DISable them) OR it thinks I'm trying to schedule a SECOND appointment, which I leave the field for untouched. This app needs some serious help, as well as their website, so that you don't have to download the app just to edit a road test appointment.

This is typical Georgia garbage. Someone created an account on this app and now it won't let me sign in or do anything and there's no where on this app to start the process of fixing their screwup here is a follow u of my lady review this garbage app has gotten worse I been waiting on my list for 50+ days and can't get a hold of these idiots by phone or this sorry app

Pointless went to charge my address went through everything then I went to pay and it said there wasn't any money on it it my dam debt card I'm not poor I have money so what's the point of this app the website doesn't work either I try to stay away from people because of covid 🤬🤬🤬 I checked my bank account it took it out then put it back in why???????????

Needs a lot of work. Not able to log in even though I definitely have an account, and not even able to use app as a guest. And please tell me why I have to renew my drivers license AND a State ID 3 years before they expire just to change my address, which will cost me $64? $64 just to change my address?

I see lots of people having the same trouble I was. You tried to create a new account after the update and got an error that said "You are unable to create an account with the information entered." What solved it for me was entering the issue date of the license I had before the one I'm trying to renew. Luckily I still had a picture of it. With that I was able to create an account and renew my license. Whoever was responsible for organizing data screwed up and deleted previous license info.

Not good. I've tried ordering a new license and id, it charges my card, sends the confirmation email, and then just says it fails and can't connect to origin. I've tried the website too, but that's even worse. 0/5. Not user friendly at all.

Terrible. I logged in to renew my license and it closed out halfway through the renewal application process. I logged in through my browser and filled the application out. I tried to log back in through the mobile app afterwards, it would sign in but would leave me at the security question screen. And on top of that the security question never popped up!! Also, my transaction to pay for my renewal keeps failing!!! Please fix this ASAP!!

Great app, layout could be better.

Garbage! This app is a complete waste of time! I'm trying to set up a new account because my previous one was deleted after the site updated. Well, now I can't even create an account! I entered my information correctly, but I get a pop-up message saying an account cannot be made based on my information. I have this problem on the website, too. I hate this update! Now I have to go to the DMV to renew my ID.

"Ooooops something went wrong. Try again later." Whats the point of having an app that you need to be logged in to use if it doesent allow you to even make an account to log into? The idea of the app is great and seems like it would be extremely convenient. If only it would actually work correctly.

I've been trying to renew a license for an hour and everytime I enter information, it pulls up an error message. Tired of dealing with bootleg trash apps when it comes to important information. If you're going to even make this an option, do it right.

I was able to create an account online. I downloaded the app. The app won't open without this error message popping up - "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later". It won't let me passed this! Never had online services with them that actually worked.

The app is great. They sent out a warning that the app was being redone and your previous login credentials will not work and you will have to resign up. Great Customer Service. The sign up process was a breeze and the new layout of this update is easy to navigate.

Terrible app... downloaded it, opened it and it completely loads then throws up error message, when you click dismiss it scrambles the screen and throws error message again. And people think the government can run their lives better than we can, bahaha government can't even run a website or simple app.

This app did not work on my android phone. I needed to change my address and the idiot stupid app can't complete the transaction. I tried 4 times. What a stupid useless waste of time. UPDATE: I downloaded app to my tablet and it appears to work on the tablet, but not a phone. My phone is fairly new. This app should work across devices.
