It's a great start to a great platform. Works better for me on my mobile than a browser. Uploading pictures is more convenient. Makes me want to get on gab more than I had just because of issues I was having by using a browser. Overall a great start and initiative by the developer to get something out people want. I'd look into donation option to help to improve. Thanks, Looking forward to updates.
Finally found out that you have to enter user name without @ and with no spaces or caps. Now the app works fine; therefore, I changed the rating from one star to five. It works perfectly! If the developer had responded to my concerns, however, he could have told me that, and this could have been resolved months ago. Thanks.
Getting smoother and more features every update. Once you get this rocking like it needs to be I'll change to 5 stars. U get 4 because it is getting better all the time. I'm ready for gab to make twitter go away
Until the official client is released, this will work for the time being. It's a bit laggy when switching menus, but it functions very similarly to Twitter's mobile client, so it's easy to pick up and learn.
This app does let you view Gab messages. Typing a new message is painfully slow, and the login screen flashes by each time you open the app. These issues need to be addressed.
Was cool but you can't access notifications and profile anymore. Unless I post a gab that's the only way to access my profile other than that this app is still better then the webpage
Works well on mobile, but soooo slooow. Not sure if it's caused by app or Gab's website.
So far so good the pasted bookmark was slow and crashed but this app has successfully logged me in so far every time I check. I love this more than Twitter or Facebook!
It works well. It could do with some small fixes, like checking if it has internet access before continuing, and waiting for your profile to load before it gives you the interface.
It needs a lot of work in terms of performance. Loading times, start up, the works.
Like it very much , haven't messaged yet but learning layout and exploring getting ready to jump in coming from twitter l will have both .
Still can't open notifications.....please fix Can't open notifications at all!! It is slow but posting from news websites usually if not always never works. Easier to just use the Gab website.
The convenience of automatically uploading images to imgur is a real winner. Very pleased with it so far.
Why doesn't this app show up in a google play store search while it does on duckduckgo? Is google up to shadow censoring again or is it just a glitch with my phone?
Cons: Crashes a lot, dissapointed the trending section is always blank, never loads. :( Pros:I do love the look and feel. Easy to navigate. :)
Better than the offial Gab app, sadly.
I like it, although it needs to improve on having it to load a bit faster.
Trending list is nonexistent
No snowflakes, whiners, losers or butt-hurt crybabies.
Gab will take over the world!!!
Works fine except for when searching for users. List of users only shows for a second then is replaced by post results for the search. Bigger buttons for repost would also be helpful. I'm thankful for this free app.
Not to bad for being a third party application. Waiting for the real Gab to be on Google Market. This one needs more work on it. Sorry
I have a LG G5 and this app works flawlessly, no hangs or crashes at all. Do you accept donations? I'm impressed that you'd do something like this for free and would happily contribute a little something as a way to say thanks
I operate an alternative news page, and I just had to revise my review for this app, after the "update". Now I have to switch back to chrome access.
After latest update, the back arrow ain't working for moto x play.
Now i can delete fb and twitter
There is a terrible delay on the keyboard when texting on this app?
Nice to have an app, but it's no easier or faster than the mobile site. Plus it manages to use more data than my Amazon app on Cyber Monday. Can't keep using it.
This app needs to open at the precise spot in my timeline where I was when I closed it out. This is fundamental for keeping up with postings. As it is, it opens with the most current posting, and I have absolutely no idea how far back to scroll to get to where I was. The result is to miss important postings.
