I cannot seem to be able to check my balance, see a mini statement or even make a transfer. The app always tells me 'your session has expired log in again to continue'.

Hello...plz help out..i have reset my phone recently...and now I'm now trying to login...its send a message SAYING GAB IS UNABLE TO RESET MY IMEI...PLZ HELP OUT

The most useless mobile bank app. Everytime i need to log in i must type my telephone number plus password, time wastage. Why are we charged to check our balance? I never experienced this with other mobile Banks app. Very Useless i dont even see its use if you are charged for checking your balance. Bure kabisa. Recently, am using a new phone. I forgot my password, my account has been blocked. Even after contacting customer care am not able to reset my password and customer care not helpful

Very inconvenient. Can not send money to other mobile phone users that are not linked to pesalink. Also now that Upgraded to android 8.0, I am totally unable to use this app. For earlier android users you can use this if you only wish to send money between your mpesa and bank account.

The resetting of PIN every so often is annoying. Also need to give more options on mpesa that one can easily send to others, or more numbers.

Genuine app it's very safe and simple to use thanks GABPesa.

It is very slow when loading data.

Very difficult app need to type in mobile number all the time charges to check balance does not allow finger print recognition need to type pin password all the time does not allow u to send mpesa to another number only allows to send to you number only

Is not a good App. If you don't login for some time, it won't recognize your device. It keeps showing that "Your device has not been registered".

There's an annoying RuntimeException when the app is launching, it's completely unusable. From one dev to another I know how hard it is but can you please test comprehensively? Especially on android 8+??

It's good but I would you to improve your services in an extent that someone can send money to his or her friend's contact number like other banks do. Two, include category of loans in your App features at least to uplift your customers on their businesses. The bank is not friendly with its customers at all.

Bad & disappointing. I have reset my pin but still can't access my a/c. The app brings a message need to register your phone. Poor service.

Everytime my phoneupdates it's stop's working and you take a long time to adjust or update this application. You have to keep up with the changes and updates

Each time I register for mobile banking i use it for a few months then they have problems and I am locked out of mobile banking again.Calling you to sort out this issue so often is getting very frustrating.

Please upgrade this app to the latest Android version. It was bad enough that it's usefulness was limited before, now I can't use it with v.8.1!!!!

What's wrong with this app? When I open it it's just closes it's self!!!

I don't understand why I have to reset pin every time I log in to my account plus you need to update mpesa options to send to other numbers.

It's good, but improve by creating options of also sending money directly to the other phone number that is not registered with you guys... otherwise it is okay

Why isn't there an option of transferring money to another number? I would love it if that option existed coz its damn too expensive to send money to my phine number then to another number.

doesn't work on Android pie. poorly written app. bad workflows and horrid useability should be removed from playstore

I'm not getting a confirmation message after sending money to another number.

After opening the app it only shows white blank image doesn't go forward I had to uninstall and install almost 7 times

It quite good application, but it lack function of sending Money from Bank Account to someone else Mpesa number instead of your Mpesa.

Mine has failed to operate dont know why i keep on uninstalling and installing again but can't show anything on the screen

The app is not working completely. I ad registered my account and now It keeps telling me that my mobile number needs to be registered again

If you make the pin to be four digits instead of five then their you will doing great, however as for me new version of GABPESA is plus

Not good as the old vasion doesn't have any menu to restart one password
