I would say I love it, but when I checked my debit card account, extra money was taken out, as if for a tip, when I didn't even sign for a tip because I gave it to the delivery guy in cash. And there is no way to contact anyone if you're having a problem. EDIT: I tried it again and this time I was given all of the food I paid for, and I can never find customer service info, so I guess this is the last time I use it. I'll go back to door dash

Very friendly service. I absolutely love it. If I ever have an issue with a driver overcharging and I call the local number they are quick to fix the issue. Thankfully that has only happened twice in the 2yrs they have been open.

LOVE the app! Service is wonderful, always on time and my orders, no matter how specific are always right. Wonderfully convenient and helpful, my family and I use them at least once a week. Finally! As a Gadsden native, I know just how much we've needed a place like this to cater to our local area and businesses. If you haven't tried it out, please do. There's nothing like getting Applebee's delivered to your door and for only $3.99 to $4.99 you seriously cant beat it.

Great service and drivers. Sometimes the app doesn't work correctly when trying to pick certain items.

Girl looked like she was messed up on something. Give your driver's enough change. 60$ order. Paid with 100$. Girl only had 23$ on her. Long story short I told her to keep the rest before she fell down my stairs stumbling around.

Can never really load and management is a bit abrasive. Could use more customer care attributes..

Their hours are extremely limited. At 5pm, half of the restaurants listed were no longer available.
