Candidates already married has not been deleted. Since admin can only send messages, it is not possible for candidates to inform you about the present status. Admin may call the registered candidates once in a month and based on feedback, the candidates availability for marriage should be modified.

No customer service .I tried reaching the team via call and WhatsApp but no response and also no response or update after I raised a complaint as well

I updated the app, problem is not resolved, on home page, it keeps showing "Send Interest" on the profiles for which interests have already been sent. Also, on sent page,for the profiles who have accepted my like, there should be an option to cancel the interest, currently, it only shows cancel interest option for the profiles which have pending acceptance. And, for the profiles who have sent interest to me and I have accepted their likes, there is no decline interest option, please add it.

App is ok,but there are 2-3 drawbacks, which I feels should be sort out. 1.There should be chat option. 2.My profile photoes not get change whenever I try ,there is option for adding photoes but when I do that it never happens.

Very bad customer experience. Have paid and shared the membership receipt since so many days but membership is not yet activated. Then we called so many times on the customer service number but no one picks up the call. I do not recommend anyone to use such apps.

Same listview is getting displayed multiple times. Also not able to download pdf version of the digital patrika from app. Also not able to understand whether profile is in active status and percentage of the profile completion.

Useless app! They keep on insisting you for taking subscription until you take it and once you take it they do not answer any of your questions neither they help you with any of the problems regarding the app. Will definitely not buy any of the subscription plans from now on and i will advice you guys also not to buy any of their plans .

Appis not working properly from last two three days, takes lots of time to load redirected links from whatsapp or any other platform.

No support team. After paying the amount, account is not activated. Nobody is replaying to the message.

Made a payment for 3 months but still not able see any contact details and can send interest to anyone else... even tried many times to call on given number but no one is receiving ... farzi app ... don't waste your money or time

The app is ok, provides number of options. But does not provide any reply to message, or there's no updates about the queries from their customer care which creates a bad experience in case if queries. How much time does it take to answer any question!

I don't understand why this app not working properly ! Whenever i open any profile picture then unable to open and keep showing upload. Initially that worked awesome but now Reducing 5star to 1star service.

This app never let me create the account, I have tried 6-7 times but it did not let me upload my photo and create the account. Time waste. Please whomsoever is taking care of this app as a developer please get the issues rectified.

Doing Exceptional job. Data collected for the boys and girls should have more details as provided on LiknedIn profile details. Although it may be made optional. I am sure people will provide more and more details. Also the annual income should be on multiple of 5 lacs for above10 lacs also

Pls add cancel like button, if wrongly sent or incase change of mind. Also other than received / sent likes mutual like tab required Other than that one sent reminder button is required, If no response received for other side.

I am unable to login. It takes name and contact no and then app closed. I've tried reinstalling several times. Still facing the same issue

Hi folks, I just suggest you to everyone please don't use app 1. Worst app platform. 2. No properresponse from customer care 3. If you avail membership plan sometime its showing active and sometime inactive then after contact to care then they will active. 4. They just making money through app. 5. Time to time not sharing profile on what's app, when you ask why not sharing profile after they will sharing profile. Useless app it's better to publish biodata on Yahoo darpan book.

It wasn't accept my picture. I am not able to create my account. It's not even through any error. Bad experience as creating profile is failing.

It shows my contact number wrong...always displays 'your profile is inactive:... P:S - How to update contact number? Already informed on that number...haven't replied yet...
