Gaia's Saga

The game is fun, but as you get through it, it becomes incredibly unbalanced. I was at dungeon level 21, my chars were in the low 40s, and they were still getting one-shot by the mobs. That is silly. The animations and custom enemies were the best part of the game, yet the lack of sound was a bit odd. The game's spelling had a lot of errors and missed words, which was amusing at times. I really wanted to like it more than I did, since the arena premise is nice, but balance is too frustrating.

Would be decent if it worked. 3 stars at best. Ironically the game told me to make sure I saved immediately before crashing the first time I went into the tower. It gave me a programming error saying it couldn't find something. I restarted and was able to go into the tower, but when I came out, none of the menus offer than the item menu would work. They would lock up the game for 5-10 seconds, then it'd resume as if you hadn't tapped anything. Equipment menu, skills, etc. RPGs are based off of equipping better items typically. The error message I got displayed the game was made with RPG Maker... so likely the program vs the "programmer."

I had issues from start. I need get menu up because game is about 2x2 inch square and I needed see if I could enlarge the playing screen. Could never get the save menu to come up where I would think this would be located. I kept getting the item menu up but couldn't remove it. But I think this would have been a great game otherwise if the screen was better.

The concept of the game is somehow enjoyable and fun, however I cant deny the flaws of this game, one of which is the dialogues delivered, i would say its acceptable but its poor to its vocabulary yet its considerable since this is your first project as a game developer(maybe?). 2nd flaw, is the rendering of frames, i experience lag at the "hallway" room and at the dungeons, yet again considerable. Overall nice one guys galing nyu (paturo XD). Even though it had some visible flaws but still i enjoyed your game, unique controls and easy to maneuver. And the characters and artworks done here is also captivating. Thats all :D ...From ICT 12 in UC. Cheers.

This is literally a RPG Maker MV game with so many Yanfly plugins added that the game has poor framerate and optimization on Android devices. They took all of these characters from a amazing artist and I can not find credit to her anywhere. the main character sprites wasnt designed to be a main character but a boss. I knew all of this going into it and I still gave it a shot. Played it for 5 floors and that was enough.

Ok the game is great for killing time and everything but i must suggest a few things, Make the menu buttons bigger its too small for a tap, dont make the whole screen on the menu a tap i cant even scroll down my stats because it changes the screen Please work on the menu and the game will be surely more enjoyable im loving it so far...the grind the items the stats all seems on the spot

Some bugs to report: 1. frame rate issues. Work around for the framerate drop is opening the menu then closing it. 2. Item names in battle sometimes do not show up but can still be used.

There are some noticeable errors like the several mistakes in the dialogue, making it a bit confusing at times. But other than that, it's pretty enjoyable. Definitely will be looking forward for upcoming updates.

Next time please show the controls in a proper way like in the menu of how to go back, and in case check the item menu to fix some parts for a bit. Not forcing you tho but it's a cool game. Thanks :D

Great game but it's really glitched. that's -2 starts. Got stuck in a empty room without reason, as game was saved in there I literally lost everything stuck in an empty room. *update* the game and fix the gliches.

*Decent Point & Click Progression *NES Gameboy 2D/3DS Graphics *Ligitimate Non Ad Spam/Scam Game -1* Massive Memory or Data leak can periodically cause the game to run very slow after instances. -1* Progression through text is difficult on devices with smaller screens than 6in.

Grammar is quite a problem but everything else is great love the animation and characters.... oh also sound effects are lacking

The game feels sluggish and the menu UI could have been simpler, over all this is a pretty good game.

I'm sorry, but the combination of lag, crashing and load times on such a simple style game is unacceptable.

I wish there is the choice if you want to be a boy or a girl like in pokemon that way everybody can enjoy it. Besides it I like the concept of the game its actually pretty good. 👍👍👍

Nice work UC, I downloaded this app right after you came into our room. Me and my blockmates are really impressed with the work you did in the game and you have our full support.

Heard that this was made by students of a certain university, was not expecting much but it's actually engaging Just problems on the dialogues tho And the character introductions feel a bit off
