Gaian Tarot

I love this deck and the app functionality. The widget gives a card a day. Studying and practicing with the cards is so easy when I'm waiting in line or for an appointment instead of wasting time on social media.

The Gaian Tarot is, of course, a lovely and relevant deck. As an app, it has the same superb, intuitive, rich functionality as the other Fools Dog tarot apps. The full deck is reproduced in its vibrant colors. You have multiple spreads, card of the day, pick a single card, and self-designed spread options. You have the ability to journal cards. The full book is included as well as individual card meanings. You can also add your own interpretations.

I haven't read cards in many years, but saw this deck when searching for one for my daughter. I got her a different deck, but this one called to me so I went back and got it for myself and I'm so glad I did! Everything about it speaks to me, so I went looking for an ebook version of the book that came with the cards. All I could find was this app and it was more than I hoped for. Well worth the price and a perfect companion (or stand-alone) for the GaianTarot deck from Joanna Powell Colbert.

Beautifully hand drawn cards. Great card meaning interpretation. Unique take, earth based, elements for suits instead of traditional coins cups etc. I like the difference in certain cards; like how the Devil in this deck is called Bindweed and has a much more relatable interpretation.

Completely inconsistent within itself. Renames everything. Citations all over the table. Good concept iffy execution.

an inspirational tarot app

I simply don't have the words to describe the guidance and healing this app gifts. I started to struggle with the use of my hands some time ago and thought I would lose the blessing of my card reading. This app means I can continue with it all my days. If card reading is your path, this app is one of the best. It will both bless and challenge in equal measure, if approached with a quiet soul space. Also it is free with no adds. Simply such a gift.

Beautiful and spot on. Every day I see Joanna's incredible artwork and it always speaks volumes to me. This has allowed me to dive into the world of tarot and learn even when I have a busy day and can't sit to pull a card from a physical deck. It has allowed me to develop my intuition and my own tarot abilities. Thank you so much for this amazing tool!

Unless you want scattered diary notes all over, or don't mind taking several different steps to share every single entry in one of this maker's apps. There's no unified way of showing entries made in different decks and sharing to other apps shows a very limited set of them. So it goes like: share to a note app that receives the image, but not the text. Then share to an email app, copy the text and discard the draft. Go back to your note app and paste the text. Now share the note to your diary app. Really?

There's nothing that can replace a good, old hands-on reading, but this app is awesome! It provides quick access to card meanings and even allows you to enter your own personal card meanings. There is a wonderful array of spreads, too. Can't recommend this app highly enough!

I love this app so much and use it often. It inspired me to get the deck. But the app goes with me everywhere I go with my phone.

I love this deck, the way all of the tarot is represented allows a reading that really speaks to me personally. I also enjoy the journal attached to the cards so that you can mediate on the meaning and learn each card more thoroughly

The choice of a tarot deck is a very personal one, and I wondered if an app would be anywhere near as effective as a tangible deck, but the Gaian Tarot is!

Deliciously beautiful cards. I love this deck. And this app is perfect. I actually use it more right now than the actual deck. I love being able to share the daily card, my card and specific readings!
