Stupidest insurance company i have ever seen! The website shows you absolutely nothing! Cant even view poilcy info on it! The app wont work at all for me. And i have been on the phone holding for 45 mins trying to talk to someone! They are seriously about to lose a customer because they have the worst customer service
Never could get to talk to a "person". Canceled it myself and went with All-State. Somebody sure called today, a month behind wanting to make sure I didn't lose my coverage. GEEZ, this company is a joke!!!
Super cheap insurance company. But app doesn't give many options as to get info on own account etc.
My app keeps saying "invalid SSL certificate" being an IT I think it's the owner of the website of the relevant certificate details isn't filled correctly. Otherwise I love this company indeed David Castilleja was great and saved me a lot of money I give him 5 stars☆☆☆☆☆
Nothing more than a shortcut to the website that loads in your default browser. Don't waste time with this.
Dont go to them. My car was hit in the night while i slept. In Tennessee uninsured motorist covers a hit and run and it stated in their own paperwork that it covered it. I filled out all the paperwork and 3wks later after they avoided my calls for almost 2wks, they sent me a letter stating they were rescinding my policy and refunding my premium. They had the nerve to say i was falsifying information. 4mo later my car still isnt fixed, but this fight aint over yet. Dont let them screw you over.
The worst app I have ever installed period, doesn't show you anything about your policy.
Horrible. Cant rate below 1 star. They over drew my account by 90. And everyone is refusing to help. Have all calls recorded. Have them admitting they are at fault
Do not download this app because i downloaded it an it doesnt work all you get is a blank screen

It only shows a blank screen when I try to open up this app. Needs to be fixed.
The most garbage app I've ever used. Even the website is junk, takes an hour to load and half the time doesn't work. If there insurance wasn't so cheap I would cancel, probably should because I bet they wouldnt accept a claim.
