Galaxiga - Classic 80s Arcade

review status has changed due to customer support issues. Not willing to help me resolve. beginning levels easy. gets extremely difficult as the levels progress. Need to put money into the game in order to advance.DONT. For a free-to-play game it will take forever. The levels get too difficult it makes the game extremely hard to pass like a kidney stone. After you get to a certain point of the game the game is getting boring there is no new anything more features need to be added in the game.

I'll get straight to the point. Difficulty scaling makes you purchase gems or watch ads for for a living to progress. Becomes mundane quickly and the only way to save your progress if you switch devices, they force you to link to Facebook, and that barely works. And if it messes up, you're screwed and have to start over. Which really isn't worth it.

Addendum - horrible service at best, lying rip-off artists at worse. after paying for an in game purchase, and not receiving it, I contacted them on Facebook. After sending the invoice and receipt 4 times, three different formats at their request, they falsely said the package was available in game, then lied about it sent in email - got my refund thru Google Pay. Buggy, designed to separate you from your money, rather than earn it through superior design. You can do better.

Need to fix some more bugs. It crashes about half the time after an ad was played. Mostly at the end of a level to double the coins. Might be under slower 3G network speeds. But otherwise I like the game a lot!

Original message: Great game, good graphics, wonderful music, but I ran into a bug that is not letting me buy ships making it near impossible to progress if this doesn't get fixed. 4 star if u fix it. Update: Thank you for fixing the bug, as it is now easier to advance. Though might I suggest shifting off only gems and ads to more of coins please? It would make this game easier to advance in.

Like the game but there are definitely some bugs. I.e. the Altair "Piercing Spear" does not work in skill mode. And the Vega "spray bullets" appears to be ineffective. Some bugs in head to head also. Definitely broke "Free Gift" with the last update. Whether intentional or unintentional, it's pretty bad. Just when I have watched enough ads to earn the Free Gift, it becomes "unavailable" and I don't get the reward. It's getting buggier with each update! Had to drop you one more ⭐. May 26, 2022.

Game is fun. But difficult to get pass the King crab boss. Impossible to destroy. I guess if I'm willing to pay a lot of money I can get better fire power or ship. Kinda frustrating that you can't revive a 2nd time around without paying for it. I'd be content watching extra ads just so I can advance and not having to keep restarting the same stage over and over and over again. That's why I give it 4 stars not 5

The developers have gotten greedy and changed the game in ways that are unacceptable. Game is now designed that it is mandatory to spend high sums of $$$ to play. Consistently not getting what is promised with paid premium subscription. Would not recommend until issues are fixed.

Fun, just to kill time, can be challenging at times until you figure out the patterns then just need to survive / evade being destroyed riding out the clock and keeping the spray of bullets on them as much as possible just like the 1980's coin operated upright console unit. I am only about 5 or 6 levels deep so far which is about 4 to 6 hours of play time, at 5 mins here, 10 mins there, etc. Just something to kill time. NO SCAMS YET. Ads only for upgrades, which is fair

Ok... few problems with this game. 1.) Is this game created by cathlics? Your punished for useing your left hand to play. 2.) Second level (and will be the last level i play) wave 5 with all the boxes dropping coins... you dont get the coins and givin a measly 19 coins at the end of the mission. 3.) No settings what so ever for play style just music sound and movement sensitivity. 4.) Graphics are kinda poor for a onesoft company game. The 1* review stays. Ive disected enough of this game. Poor.

An absolute money Pitt for progression. The first missions are easy however the second world becomes virtually impossible without spending money on upgrades as your unable to upgrade properly prior to these. The difficulty balancing is way off and leads you to be watching endless videos.

Very fun game. Reminds me of going to the arcade and playing galiga but this time its more intuitive. Good Upgrades and relatively good difficulty increasing through the levels. Upgrades are interesting enough and its a good game if you are looking for some down time

I want to like this game , I really do. I played for awhile and even signed up for the premium daily bonus but that didn't change the game play for the better. I made it to the point in the game where apparently i have to spend way more then I'm willing to progress. On top of the constant clicking and waiting for ads. I can't take it anymore

The sound is only broken for me. But that aside, the lack of availability of ships makes the game one dimensional. One ship you have is unlocked by 80! Ads, that is just wasteful. I don't want to spend 40 min of my time for a ship that can easily be unlocked by gems instead. Safe to say I'm not getting that ship and will Uninstall the app be fore then anyway. Here is a tip. If you make everything free to get, you will get more downloads. Not having ads, will get you more downloads.

Game is awesome, nice throwback amusement. I think everyone should try. I did not go 5 stars because its far too expensive for gems and so forth, and the Real advancement tree is not truely reachable without paying an unreasonable amount of money to achieve it instead of skills. However, the standard advancement process is very fair. Incredible game, Real End game advancement pay scale needs revisited. And the process to that scale requires work as well. All in all a very rebust, Fun Experience.

You have to watch so many ads to get anything in this game it's not even worth it. They even have it set up so you don't even get all the money in levels unless you watch an ad to get x4 which is actually the base amount you earned but can't get it without an ad every level.

Pretty good game highly addictive! I really enjoy the different combinations and upgrades to customizing the ship to your liking. Little disappointed when it comes to the prizes you get from the dices the wheel and everything else it's always the bare minimum. Minus one star for that!

Good fun but need to obtain jewels faster without spending a fortune. Impossible to level up enough to defeat opponents. Stop ripping off the UK!!!! This game like all has in app purchases but the rates charged to UK players are much much higher than other countries. The 8400 gem pack, when not on offer, costs £99.99 The equivalent in... USA...£75 Australia.. £57 Turkey...£11 Onesoft will tell you they can't change this because Google and Apple dictate what they charge but all they do is charge a commission. ONESOFT set the prices and they refuse to do anything. STOP RIPPING OFF THE UK !!!!

New update has lots of flaws. Icons wrong in the ship unlock area, cost me 2000 paid for diamonds. Ad videos often don't play correctly and claim I close them. And after playing for about an hour, I get a notice to "come back tomorrow". I am probably uninstalling even though I do enjoy playing. I have spent some money on this app, which definitely means I enjoy it, but I guess I will step away til yall can get it fixed.

I like the game okay but it's 1 star from me until they get rid of these Ironsource ads. 30 second ad. Then 5-10 seconds trying to get you to sample the stupid game, then 5 seconds to get you install the game, then finally, the last tiny x to close the ad. Absurd.

Like most of onesoft games they are beautifully designed and told that the most important thing is skill. Try that without in-game purchases.😂😂😂. I've worked through quite a lot if it without paying a penny. Great design and clever attempts to boost their cash. Avoid.

Review change. Has potential to be a great game and it can be fun. But it has more problems than any game I have ever played. Constantly contacting support with every update and the problems don't stay fixed. Still needs alot of work. Game just gets worse the more they update it. They barely have any Events. Lucky to get one a month and so your stuck doing the same things over and over day in and day out which makes the game boring. Events are mostly money based and ruins the fun of them

A shameless time waster with no real value, interest or challenge. It's designed to keep you sitting there grinding or paying. If you want to turn off your brain for a bit and do something akin to pushing a pleasure button of flashy lights then this is for you. But I hope most people have better things to do with their time.

The game really pushes adds (watch 80 adds to get a ship), and the subscription fee is huge. I don't get where a low cellphone game thinks charging $5 a week is reasonable. The game itself is ok, but totally ruined by trying to squeeze everyone so hard.

I really enjoy this game the only problem that I have is sometimes it does freeze up on you it's not even the phone and it just ust cut off and you have to log back in and then another little situation is how do you get another battleship I'm still stuck on the second one and I've been playing it for months

Used to be a really fun game but after you have been playing for a bit you have two options: keep running through the same old routine day after day after day to try and build up gems and coins, as that's the only way to really advance in this game. Or you can fork over money to buy those things in order to stay competitive and play new levels. Gets really old having to login in two times each day to watch 20-25 ads every time just to get a few free scraps. Support is pretty much worthless.

If you've played the Nintendo Galaga, you will love this game. It seems like the exact same game with similar ship patterns, and multiple stages. It's like the game had a major overhaul. My favorite thing is that you get to unlock new ships for free just by watching ads. Otherwise, I haven't seen any other advertisements.
