Worst user experience ever i had. It is too slow to use. Everytime when i come back to application it loads all data from beginning. I think it doesn't run in background. Very bad experience

Been there in 2013-14 and now I'm getting back in 2019. There's nothing that have changed much. The user interference is too old and needs to be updated as soon as possible. Otherwise, it'll be outdated and boring again. The app needs a new layout and a brand new way of more modern UI to compete with many modern games or apps. Rules and administration are fine though. Let's hope we'll be seeing a brand new look of our beloved Galaxy. Cheers! EDIT: Please add AirTel as supported Provider. I can't TopUp and it's the only way I want to do so.

I used to be good but now after the update i can't see my character, i cant open private message , i cant open anything. 1 star until they fix this.

Interesting application with alot of things to do like playing, chatting, and much more. Don't judge this application on the basis of your first impression. Spend some time here, you gonna love this app for sure 💕 ...

This is a great game app and also a chance to get an outside friends from different language .. A bit crazy out this app sometimes without any risk n no advertising things..

It's not the worst, but with all the purchases they try to shove down your throat it's obnoxious to deal with. There used to be a free way to earn credits in the app by watching ads and such, but now you need to top up once every other week to even do that? That's a little silly, I get youre trying to coutneract bots or whatever but advertising that as "free" is just gross.

App don't give new recovery code when asking for a new one.. and it is a very expensive games, and doesn't give free coins or cu but always ask to top up from the subscriber...

By far the best chat app I've tried, and I've pretty much tried them all. It has a really unique approach with the planets and avatars, plus there are games, gifts, lotteries, and pets. There's a lot going on here, definitely worth at least a try. If I have one complaint, it's that increasing your authority costs waaaaaaaaaay too much. Other than that, in app purchases are very reasonably priced. Solid recommend.

The app keeps on loading. I can't view my info, I can't collect cards, I can't spin and olen chest, I can't even play games. I have a stable internet connection and my app is also updated. I've already sent a message to mobstudio but didn't yet recieve a reply. Been experiencing this since yesterday. What is going on galaxy? Kindly fix this issue.

I logged in this morning after I logout for some while I decided to login and I was asked to put my recovery code to sign in and I was not given any recovery code when I was creating character I just created character and that's all. This app should give me the recovery code of I don't know about and let me sign in to my account 😡😡😡 if I upload pics it will tell me disconnected from server and take me back to create a new character 😡😡😡😡😡

Pretty nice app but I wish the messaging between two people was smoother. I have no other complaints.

When i installed this app then it was very good but after update this is become a worst app and now i have good internet connection but i can't log in my accounts in this app .so this problem make it worst app.

Terrible. In chat rooms half of my screen is taken up by avatar sprites for no reason. Also, once I left that chatroom it took me 10 full minutes to figure out how to navigate back to them. I'm sure theres some good features on this app, but the navigation was so terrible I never bothered to explore.

The standards of this app have fallen from average to worse . Has bugs and shuts down and hangs at any point of time . You talking to someone and the next moment the app shuts down automatically. Need lots of improvements.

The ads you see for this app are deceptive. It makes it appear like you can take a picture and make a character, when in reality you have to pick from very few faces and bodies. Wouldn't suggest installing. Waste of time and space.

It would be great if users can create public chat rooms for easier searching for people who share the same interest. Also for the SMS verification what if you dont have one? It's a nice app, but the avatars take so much space they get a little distracting.

9.4 is better version , this is slow when we got kicked we need to turn off our account then When we re login and see we're in prison , please fix it and it takes time to reload character sometimes user won't show on planet but they kick us... Very slow version , but app is good

You say there are no pop-up ads no banner and stuff. Are you sure about what you sell? This application is like a miniature world, where you can do all sort of things that you do in your real life. I get that they need money to keep the app running but it's so silly to see that nowadays all their ideas are to extract money out of their users. There should be a way through which one can disable notifications for your new events. It kills the mood. Please fix it.

I'm having difficulty using the app for 3 days now, it keeps connectng forever.

There is errors many time that's why reduced a star plz refix the error
