Cannot even login! I thought this bug would be temporary but It keeps showing my phone number does not match with the account used for redemption. I have used my phone number and galaxy phone since beginning. Before it worked fine and now I couldn't login for many months already!
Im from Malaysia and I bought my phone here. I have no ideas why my samsung galaxy, samsung gift and samsung pay all appears in Thai language now. This happened after I sent my phone to Sansung centre in Kuala Lumpur for repair. Now i re-sent for factory reset back to original english version and the service centre can't even resolve this issue. Bad support and ingorant staff you have.
The app insists on access to contacts .. why? .. it insists on allowing to make calls, access to my photos etc .. why? This is blatant invasion of privacy .. it does not allow to proceed if all permissions are not granted .. then why even ask?

อัพเดท แล้ว กดอะไรก็ขึ้น You cannot log in.your IMEI No. Does not match the conditions... Tab10.1 กับ Note8.0 ไม่สามารถอัพโหลดได้ ติดต่อได้ที่ไหนคะ เพราะอย่างนี้ถ้าเครื่องไม่รองรับ ก็เสียสิทธิ์ หลายอย่างเลน ช่วยแก้ไขด้วยนะคะ
ตอนยังไม่ update ก็ใช้ดีนะคะ พอให้ update ก็ทำตามขั้นตอนคือ uninstall ก่อน แล้ว install ใหม่ log in ไม่ได้เลย ขึ้น you cannot login your imei does not match conditions พอไปอ่าน conditions ก็รองรับ galaxy tab S รุ่นที่ใช้อยู่ ฝากแก้ไขให้ด้วยค่ะ ส่งรายละเอียดต่างๆ ไปตาม e-mail ที่ให้แล้ว
Useless. Choose language as English but then everything bar the menus is in Thai and cannot change so I can't even understand any offers.
Need to re-login every times while open the app. The login process took 2 minutes to complete. It consumes customer time!
I am not sure why this app needs my contacts, or to make & manage phone calls? I value my privacy so am not interested in sharing my info. deleting this rubbish app, it never worked even once anyway.
I can't login. It's use my mobile number on for login. But i have two sim. Registered sim is for call. Internet is another one. It's only prompt "Your phone does not match...".

why the app need so much permission? uninstalled.
i used to be able to use this app. then all of a sudden it says my emei does not match on my galaxy s8. then i bought galaxy s10 and emei still doesnt match. what a joke
I use Z fold 2 and can not log in anytime !!!!! Developer should read recent comments.

On my s9+ I updated and reinstalled the app. It opens with no problems! Good job.

IMEI no. dose not match .. same to many others 😬 should consider to your apps latest version problem instead of keep asking customers to send help request one by one
i can't login. it let me download the lastest version, i try to download latest version form play store until now i can not login🤣🤣🤣

Application update should not impact to user to re-install. Nowsday, promotion lost more 95% in food and bev category.
cannot use error IMEI not match condition Edit: 1 month after feedback issue with IMEI was solved. App can be logged in as normal.
Cant not login a d use the app...I last updated on March 29th...now I still cant get into the app....no need for.me to re install.
Sometimes i really want the appication to notify me clearer wgen some promotions are already fully used as i always lost a chances of getting it when standing at the counter 😥 hope you see my feedback 😀

Cant get the coupon as it should be and i think 30 mins is too short time at least it should 1 hour - too bad for this service if it can not be good just abort it
